I visited this store to inquire about having someone just take a look at one of my tires. They state in several places online that they service tires and do several services of the sort. One of my tires had not been taking air when filling it and I wanted someone to verify that it was not damaged in any way. To begin, there was nobody present at the counter when I arrived, fine . I walk back outside and pull my car up to what seems to be a check in point. After around 10-15 minutes a gentleman named Brian walks up to my car to ask some intake questions. I begin to describe what had been happening before he cuts me off and says they aren t doing tires today and to try to walk-in at 6am the next morning. I explain that I d be more interested in setting up an appointment, since I already know they offer tire services and I m comfortable with waiting a few days as the problem is not urgent. He gets all of my information, address, phone number, everything and says that they could see me on Sunday. This is 5 days from today, i ask for what the time would be for the appointment. At this point Brian tells me to hang on for one second before he leaves for thirty full minutes. At the 30 minute mark, i decide to try to find someone to speak to, I waited much longer than I should have but i wanted to give Brian the benefit of the doubt. Once again, there is no one to help and I only see one younger gentlemen servicing a car and no one else in sight, it was like he vanished. I cut my losses and left at this point, don t waste your time here hoping i had a bad experience and this isn t the norm however I can t imagine any customer willing to sit for that long. Cars were piling up behind me and each customer looked angrier than the next. Visit Action Gator Tire right across the street or the Firestone in Winter Garden.

My experience was amazing! Crystal and Caleb were the best person! They explained everything and changed all four of all my tires extremely fast! Great place with great people!

The best quick and friendly service I ve encountered at a Walmart. Auto Care Manager Mike found an issue on my axle and answered the question of why I was hearing this annoying clicking noise. They not only installed my brand new tires, but also gave me vital information to save me thousands of dollars down the road. So much thanks goes to you Juan and my friend Maverick.

This place is absolutely the WORST car center in Orlando. My parents had an appointment at 7 am, and after four hours waiting they got the car back. This was the first car they started working on. They are slow and are not mindful at all about the time of their customers. DO NOT GO THERE! Everyone I speak with has something bad to say about this car center. They are lazy, and they disregard work if they don t feel doing it. Terrible service. Don t waste your time!Service: Tires

Avoid avoid avoid.Bought tires online and made a reservation to have installed. Showed up, took my car and was called 2 hours later that they didn t have my tires. Was told that I d be contacted when they came in, never did. Instead, they closed my order as completed. The team was unhelpful and had to call corporate to help.Saving grace is Walmart is massive and provided a refund immediately. Running on a month of going back and forth.Execution, staff and service were all terrible

Over a period of 2 days and a total of 7 hours and my issue was still not resolved.I took my car here on Saturday and was told it would take 2 hours. I returned after 3 hours only to see that nobody had even looked at the work that needed to be done. I couldn t keep waiting so I left and brought my car back the next day, as early as 8Am. I was again told it would be 2 hours . I waited 4 hours and had received no updates , the app kept showing status as car is being serviced. I finally went over only to be told that they can t resolve my issue.It s frustrating to have wasted 7 hours. They had multiple ways of reaching out, phone, email, app. Anything would ve helped and I wouldn t have kept wandering wasting my time, hoping that they were working on my car. Worst is when I call nobody ever answers the phone !I guess one can never expect customer service from Walmart.

They don't even deserve a star today, May 25, I went to have the oil changed in my car. A man named "Carlos" helped me, apart from the bad treatment of attention by this employee, he told me that I had to wait 5 hours for a simple oil change. dw oil which is illogical since there were not even 3 cars inside the workshop the managers and directive of this store should definitely review this situation in the vehicle part because apart from having super bad and lazy employees one pays to have to put up with a bad service and it really is not worth it I prefer to go to other places

This place is absolutely the WORST car center in Horizon West area. Don t waste your time coming here for any car services. Employees are slow and are not mindful at all about the time of their customers. Big mistake coming . They don t care about customer and they disregard work if they don t feel doing it. The other day I needed some air in my tires from the cold weather and the workers at the Walmart Auto Care Center generously helped me fill up the tires without any charge! I really appreciated their time and effort. Recommend using their services!Service: TiresService: Tires

This service is very bad! Please stay away from this store! I waited for an hour, my car tires tied a nail, this black man told me to change a tire, they can not repair, I went to another tire shop, spent 15 dollars, the boss took the nail out to give me Look! Very simple job! It only took half an hour!

Made an appointment. Couldn t get serviced because QA didn t show up for his shift. Made another appointment. Got serviced 45 minutes after the appointment time.I hope management sees this, the guys seem smart and capable, just wish they would show up for the appointments as scheduled. Or don t let people schedule shifts at 7am when the workers spend 30 minutes opening up and building the tire towers outside the shop before taking customers.

First... no one ever answers the phone. So. I drove there. I bought my 2 front tires 2 weeks ago with all the protection stuff and the balance was off. No appointment so I knew I would wait. I arrived at 1130am.It took 30 min before anyone came outside to log me in and the others waiting. Then, 1 hour later, my car was brought in. There were very few guys working at all but 1 seemed to be running around making sure everything was getting done and done right.My car was completed at 2pm. It is what it is with no appt and few people working. Above all, that 1 worker (I can't remember his name correctly), Menci (maybe), was incredible! If he isn't a manager..... then shame on Walmart. TY to that 1 man for treating this customer right! Otherwise.... it would have been only 2 stars.

All of these people complaining are probably not truthful and just decided to write bad reviews. I am a car guy, take a lot of pride in my ride that I have dumped a ludicrous amount of money into, and I would trust this Walmart Tire center with it over just about any other tire shop in the area. They have always taken care of me and have always helped me out when I ve been in a tough spot (ie a double blowout, car on Jack stands in a garage halfway across town, etc). The manager, Mechi, was very knowledgeable and helpful to me and saw to it that my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner before they got super busy with other vehicles. Before you write a negative review, you need to also understand this shop works with a quarter of the bays a normal shop has and still has an excellent turnaround time. Some people can just never be pleased. Excellent job Walmart tire center, you will always have a repeat customer in me.Service: Tires

It takes 4 to 5 hours for an oil change, 3 bays for 40 cars including tire service, you ll need to drop your car and go away for 5 hours

They did not call me or text me as they said they would and I wasted 5 hours getting nothing done. I would give negative stars if I could. Go to action gator tire instead. You ll spend a little more but the experience will be much better.

By far the worst experience I ve had , they closed at 7pm and when I showed up at 3pm saying that they are short staffed and there supervisor shaiene and edicer refused to help us in any way.

Understaffed, long wait, & mixed customer service.Showed up ~1pm on a Friday, it took 15 min. to get any status. I walked inside but was told to wait at my car. About 5 min later, 4 people, came out, 1 went to another car in line and talked to that customer, the other 3 stood around talking to each other. I tried to talk with them but was repeatedly told to wait at my car. Finally, after 15 min, another person came out, and answered my question about timing. He let me know it would be about a 2.5 hrs wait to get into the bay for an oil change.Overall, poor customer service combined with a long wait, I chose to leave.

Customer service is terrible. I dropped my car off for an oil change and never got a call that it was ready. I called back the next day a few times and couldn't get a hold of anyone. I didn't need my car right away so I waited another day to see if they would call. Never got one. Called again the second day and someone answered. When I described the situation, they laughed saying "of course its ready it's been 2 days" and no one apologized for not calling me sooner. When I went to go pick up my car, it took over 30 minutes for someone to check me out and give me my keys (only one person ahead of me). They laughed again when they realized who I was and still did not apologize for not calling. This location is the most convenient for me but I will not be back.

Manager is always late (3 to 4 hours late) very rude and disrespectful. Left my wife s car for a oil change and 3 hours later they tell me that the oil wasn t changed (they didn t have the filter) Walmart oil change is cheaper than others but is not worth it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The service is terrible! Nobody answers the phone! You show up and nobody knows what s going on! You order on line tires and schedule on line only to find out they can t work on your vehicle! Do NOT order Tires online here!! Lesson learned!!!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. Came in for an oil change, left with an oil leak. Brought it back to get it fixed, left with a WORSE oil leak than before. This place is terrible and the technicians are inexperienced and do not know what they are doing. Go anywhere else but here, Walmart does not specialize in car care, they are just meant for grocery shopping.

Played a hour and a half game of phone tag with customer service and their tire center. Had to be transferred to the tire center 4 times only to get hung up on. When I did get through finally me and the gentleman on the other end could barely understand each other. I call another location and they pick up within 2 minutes of me calling, I could actually understand the service rep and they had the tire size and reasonable availability.

Currently I m number 1 in line. Been waiting since 6:10 am. I have work today, that is why I worked hard to get to the place of business early and it s currently 715 still not open. Why post 7am when it can t be honored l?

Came in 4 tires. Was told 2 hour wait. Didn t mind since I needed to shop anyways. After 1 hour I came back, sat and waited until they called me to the desk after another hour. I thought the car was ready, but they had put the wrong size tires on my car. It took them another 1.5 hours to fix their mistakes. Very unprofessional technicians. I now know why I don t come to Walmart for anything to do with my car. The convenience just does not outweigh the hassle. I was there for close to 4 hours for 4 tires on a Monday evening. Never again.

The Service Manager Carlos was rude, not willing to help while the customer service area had 6 people waiting. He asked me what I needed, then when I explained my reason for coming in, he said " Go and wait in your car" nothing else. I asked to see a Manager and I was told by another employee that Carlos was the Manager, which was not true. He is only the Service Manager. The experience at this neighborhood Waltmart was terrible. I would not recommended anyone to go there. Drive the extra 15 minutes to another business in the area that will appreciate you as a customer.Silver the Assistant Manager was excellent! She tried to address a bad situation in the best possible manner but the guys in the Auto Center were not helpful at all!It the Walton family makes a million dollars a day, perhaps they should invest some of that money and find better employees that will attend to the needs of the customer that supports their business!!!

The staff is always friendly when we go for an oil change. We've never had any complaints, and they did an excellent job this last time. My car was vacuumed and that annoying tire pressure light went off (no matter how many times we tried to do it ourselves). It's always busy and the staff works hard.

Came here because it s close to where I live. I was the 3rd car in line when they opened at 7am. After waiting over almost 4 hours for an oil change, I can say I will never be back here to use their auto center again. I might have to go a little further to another mechanic/auto center, but if it saves time, it will definitely be worth it. Do not recommend.

Don't come here. I showed up for an oil changed and picked up my car. No problem. The next day I hear this interesting noise when I closed my door. Turns out they did not put the skid plate back on correctly when doing the oil change after draining the car. I'm late for work now and did not get any compensation for the wasted hour or so while three or four people stumbled under my vehicle trying to assess the issue.Don't. Ever. Come. Here.
