Some of the kindest people, Logan and Chris told me what my car needed without pushing things on me. They got me through quick. If you need an Oil Change, come here over all others. They always have been and are the best.

Took my car here for the first time on 11/27 for a simple oil change. Today is 12/9 and I heard knocking in coming from the engine. I check my dipstick and it s dry! I had zero problems with my car before going here. From the comments it sounds like the manager there is argumentative and won t take responsibility for doing something wrong. I will be going there tomorrow to address this issue with them and hope it is corrected. I can only hope there is no damage to my car.

These guy are great! Gavin and Kevin initially greeted me with great customer service. Gavin, Kevin, and Miguel made some magic happen. Oil change, wipers ( had options), and replaced the battery on my dodge durango. I just replaced my wife s battery on her truck and found their pricing was competitive and it includes install. Wasn t easy since the battery was under the passenger seat but Miguel tackled it! Really appreciate these guys! I was out in about 45 minutes. Even with an oil filter not in stock they were able to acquire one in 9 minutes. Dedicated fellas!

I really don t do much on the price comparison, even though I probably should. A lot of my automotive work really just done out of necessity rather than preventative. Each time I ve been here, all the reps I ve worked with have been knowledgeable, pleasant, and not pushy. They make their recommendations and take the answer they re given and politely move on with service. Couldn t ask for more

Kevin did a fantastic job today when I got my oil change. His friendly and helpful attitude made the experience so much easier to run through for an oil change. He informed me of the things that my truck needed without being pushy about closing the sale. Give this guy a raise ASAP!!!

They opened promptly at 8am on a Saturday- checked all my lights and informed me of discounts. I got a new filter with my oil change. I came here because another oil change place 4 min away was rude. Aja was professional and thorough. Makes all the difference.

The worst service and most rude experience coming from what seems like the female manager. I went to go get my headlights changed. I have the manager not using her words and only giving hand gestures behind my car telling me where to go. She asked the employee initially helping me if I spoke English. So racist on top of everything. She took a long time to fix one light which I ve never had anyone have trouble with. And ONLY PUT IN ONE LIGHT knowing that two of my headlights were out.and insulting with my doing the job with another employee on top of it. And charged me 26 FOR ONE headlight.

I've utilized Valvoline oil change service for over 20 years, and today had to be the worst experience. Upon moving from Maine to Winter Garden Florida seven years ago, I've been using the Valvoline oil change service in Winter Garden. The last couple of times the service has not been to the same level as it use to be. Today however was ridiculous. I arrived at the business at 8:05am to have my oil changed since they open at 8:00am. I find the place completely locked up with all the security doors pulled down and locked cover the office windows and entrance door as well as the two service bay doors. There's a Safety Clean truck and a Universal Environmental Services truck at each of the back bay doors that had been waiting to service the business. I asked the operator of the Universal Environmental Services truck if he knew if Valvoline was closed and he stated he was trying to find out himself as he's been waiting to service the shop. I then went into the gas station attached to the Valvoline shop to purchase gas for my vehicle and asked the clerk if he knew if the hours had changed for Valvoline or if they were closed since this is out of the ordinary, and the clerk had no idea.My wife and I then called the phone number listed on the website for Valvoline and spoke with a young lady named Lisa. Lisa stated that the store should have been open at 8am, but she looked and found that none of the employees had clocked in yet and this was now at approximately 8:40am. At 8:45am a female in a Valvoline uniform with the name Keri on it walked around from the side of the building who weren't in Valvoline uniforms and started opening the security doors. We were still on the phone with Lisa from Valvoline who was apologizing for this incident and stating she would look into it, when the female Keri waved us in to bay one of the service bays. Mean while the two service trucks were still parked at the back doors to bay one and two servicing the shop. While Keri and the two male employees were serving my vehicle. Upon completing the service of my vehicle, I than had to wait because Keri couldn't get the card readers to work, to process payments. Finally she got one of the male employees to come and get the system to work so I could make my payment. Then I was unable to drive out of the bay so to the trucks still being parked at the bay exit doors with big suction hoses still running into both bays. I then had to back out up and over the ramps for the oil change pit to exit the service bay. I called the same number my wife and I called when we found the shop closed. This time I spoke with a female named Megan who was as pleasant and customer friendly as the first lady named Lisa. Megan then transferred me to the customer complaint department where I remained on hold listening to their advertising, until I got annoyed with being left on hold and hung up.In reading some of the recent reviews I see other people have been experiencing bad service as well. I won't be doing anymore business there and will be sure to let people know about the unreliability of the service at this Valvoline location.

This valvoline was absolutely wonderful! The service was quick and efficient. The gentleman by the name of Ash that assisted us was so personable and professional. We had a great overall experience!

Used a Groupon which also gives a discount on other services needed, and Aja was knowledgeable, personable, and professional in walking me through what my car needed. I felt very safe and taken care of. Great team overall!

Shout out to Aja, Kevin and Logan for being extremely efficient, professional and showing expertise with impeccable customer service. They were handling the whole shop on their own and didn t miss a spot. Love my new wipers Aja installed correctly as I watched.

Second in line, and it took me more than 1 hour to have the service done. They try to push additional services too hard, and that's what makes the oil change to take forever. Making recommendations without pressuring the customer will be beneficial . It will increase customer satisfaction.

Super slow here. Expect every car to take 30+ mins at minimum.I arrived at 3:30p for a simple instant oil change. There was one car in the bay and one additional car waiting in the front of me. I didn t leave with a completed oil change until 5:10p. This is unacceptable and unfortunately not the first time I ve experienced a wait like this.

I took my car in due to very noisy idling and startup trouble. The Manager (he said he was new) helped me and fixed the issue only suggesting services I needed and didn t try to push unneeded services on me. I just had the WORST EXPERIENCE at this location, which I had been going to for 5 years, but will never go to again. They didn't do ANY of the checks they are supposed to do and I had to tell them and demand they do them - checking the lights and brake lights, filling the tires, testing the battery. You shouldn't have to demand these things be done, it's supposed to be part of the service. I wanted my battery replaced and the guy didn't even know how to tell what kind of battery, I had to pull up what I had found on Auto Zone. Then he didn't understand CCA and tried to tell me something that was not true. When they did finally add air to my tires, they read the sticker on the door wrong. He said "35" when the sticker clearly said "32". I'm glad I paid attention, or my tires would have been dangerously over-filled. They struggled to get my air filter back in, struggled to get my oil stick back in, struggled to get the battery in, as if they were all completely new to working on cars. I was there for a total of 42 mins from the time I first pulled into the bay. And, the icing on the cake was that one tech took my credit card and another brought me my receipt - without my credit card. I had to wait another 10 mins to get my card back. Totally unacceptable service!!

Beware of this Valvoline, my 22 year old son went in to get a oil change on his car May 22. 2023. This was my son 2nd visit there. The 1st visit was with his father. This 2nd visit he was alone. The price was much expensive for an oil change this time being he was alone, not to mention the price they charged him for transmission fluid. They definitely overcharged and took advantage of my son being he had no knowledge about car's or what to look out for when going to shops. $400.00 total They charged him in all. 219.00 dollars for transmission fluid change and 109.00 dollars for an oil change. I called the very next day to only speak to a Manager by the name of Mika, still wondering how he became a manager with the way he spoke to me about why my son was over charged. He kept saying they didn't force him to pay it. I will definitely be reporting this business to the local news so folks can beware of this company, not to mention the type of Manager they have running a business. I hope this review saves someone else from being over charged and definitely taking advantage of.

Just sat in line for over an hour watching the techs try to change lightbulbs they obviously didn t know how to do! Roll that car outa the bay and figure it out so others can get service done. Other car sat for just as long and nobody touched it while 6 cars waiting outside.

Love this team! Super quick service, felt like hanging with old friends while getting my vehicle serviced. They went through all the vitals, got the oil and filter changed, and gave me a print out of services I need to address sooner vs later. Morgan was fantastic! Super friendly experience!

Do NOT come here. Utter horror show. Took over 2 hours tapped in line. Simple oil change took us 45 m. They said our new ford had non standard bolt sizes No discount. stay away.Service: Oil change

The staff is so wonderful and so nice they definitely know what they re doing here and I 100% Recommend getting your oil change looked at at this location. Today Marina and they were so helpful and nice.

1st they put in the oil drain plug the wrong way. When I saw it was dripping oil after the service, I brought it back in and they patched up the damage. By doing so they caused further damage that was irreversible. It was confirmed by a different (other than Valvoline) location. Had to replace oil pan and plug. Total cost; $770. I brought it up to their attention, I even contacted corporate. They're denying it, they take no responsibility. Obviously they refuse to pay for the damages.They lost a loyal customer and they're about to loose more thanks to social media. How petty full of them.
