My first experience with this family owned business was nothing short of amazing!! John treated me like I was a long time customer from the very start. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and he suggested a different route that would save me time AND money!! The integrity of this company and the people running it is something to be modeled!! I would drive an hour to get this service that's how great it was. Even shorter than the quoted time. Well done John. We'll done. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot and I do believe you will nor be disappointed!!

I don't know much about cars and how to fix them, but I felt very comfortable at speaking with the mechanics at Tray Wicks Garage. They were very kind and helped me figure out what my car needed. I definitely recommend this place. Great service!

It was a relief to meet these guys. John and his team take the time to listen, understand and explain everything needed to make your car perfect. I ve been lied to many times by going to the average tire shop / mechanic and now my Lincoln Continental found his home for any kind of repair.

John and his team at Traywick's have always taken good care of our personal vehicles. In addition, I have started taking our fleet vehicles form work to Traywick's. Everything from a ford Escape to an F-250. There's never an issue and the care is superb.

I recently called Traywick's just an hour before they closed to ask if they could fix a tire with a puncture. They had me come right down. The staff at Traywick's is very professional and made me feel right at home even though it was my first visit. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire staff.

I am so grateful to find a mechanic team that treats me with respect as well as my vehicle. I get a full detailed estimate with photos. I have never been made to feel pressured and I always leave with more knowledge about my vehicle.

Highly recommend!! I brought a recently purchased (used) vehicle here for an inspection. Getting an appointment was easy, staff is very friendly; a great sense of community here. The news for my car wasn't good but the owner(s) & staff were very thorough in my inspection and everything they told me was completely spot on. And more importantly they listened, they passed a lot of good knowledge on to me, & they were very empathetic to my situation. Just the customer service alone will be what I come back for. The pricing is very fair, I did shop around first. I checked local and neighboring cities. Thanks Traywick's, I appreciate it.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We have been using Traywick's Garage since they were recommended to us by a friend 15 years ago. They are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and have competitive pricing. I really like their online portal where you can make appointments and easily access service history of work carried out. We highly recommend them to our neighbors in the West Orlando area.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My daughter had a flat and couldn t find the nail in her tire. I called up Traywick s and they made an appointment for her same day. They looked at the tire and found it was a leaky valve stem. They repaired it, put air and validated everything was good then swapped it out with the spare she was running on. Whole thing was done in 30 minutes for less than a sit down lunch.Thank you all for taking care of my daughter and making this a really good experience.Service: Tires

John (owner) was a pleasure to work with, He quoted me a price to fix the jeep my mom left me when she passed and ended up calling me back when he saw that a part he had quoted me for was still good, saved me about $600. Now what kind of shop would do that?An honest one.I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here for any work I need done. They keep you updated with text messages and the work is done in a timely manner. These 5 stars were most definitely EARNED.

My experience of this garage has been very poor, let me explain.The previous owner Mr Traywick, who still works there a few days a week is a great and informative mechanic. He is very pleasent to deal with and I am sure were he still the owner operator the following would not have been an issue. However I went in to have my unused spare tire changed to the front of my Jeep Wrangle and my other unused spare tire ( I have multiple sets of tires) put on the front so I effectively had two new tires on the front of my vehicle following an issue with my tracking that had worn one tire unevenly but the other was still in great shape.Obviously I needed to have my four wheels aligned to prevent recurrence. I called to see if the person who does wheel alignment (original owner, Mr Traywick) was available and was told he was but need to be there before a certain time, 4pm. I drove there immediately about 11.30am to be told he was not available despite me driving for 20 minutes. The receptionist who knew I was coming said she had meant to call me to let me know not to come as person had had to go for a family emergency, but she had been busy. Not helpful but these things happen so I returned the next day.During this visit tire alignment went well, but during the tire rim change they removed and failed to refit one of my Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors (TPMS). The tried to tell me the full size spares (Jeep Wrangler full size spare for off road use) do not have TPMS; Jeep dealer assures me they do have these sensors. . They also advised me they could not balance tire because my spare was four years old, this is simply not true as I had it balance by another garage, as it wobbled so badly when driving after I left Traywicks. Instead they insisted on trying to sell me a brand new tire, which I declined.I note most of Traywicks' much older part worn tires for sale in their forecourt look much older than four years old. When I went to leave I discovered that they had kept my best tire of the two front replaced and put the worst on my spare. They then tried to advise that the had put my worn (but still very good) tire in my trunk but they had not and after i challenged them they brought it through from the tire bay. Also discovered second TPMS sensor was missing.This is not acceptable and with the very rude lady on reception not being interested in resolving concerns I realised it was pointless trying to resolve. I was also charged more than originally quoted and left with two TPMS missing, one unbalanced tire, the worn out tire fitted to the spare and the good tire recovered after a confrontation about not leaving without it.Needles to say I will not be going there again and would advise that if anyone does they check everything meticulously. I then had to pay to have wheel properly balanced elsewhere (tire was not too old at 4 years -it could not be balanced) as well as yet to buy two new TPMS sensors.

Had a bad battery and called Traywicks, they were happy to help. Ever since I ve been going there for all my oil changes and repairs. Great service and kind people. They put a lot of care into their work & I appreciate it.

First time to use Traywick's Garage for vehicle repair. Excellent work performed!They are truly a full service mechanic facility. I had to have an engine replaced. In seeking estimates from 3 other "full service" mechanics, two declined to do engine replacements, one never provided an estimate.Traywick's provided an immediate estimate and provided a reasonable time period to conclude the work.As this was a bigger job, a deposit was requested which is fine but I got 3 different amounts from pay nothing until pick-up time, and later two different amounts. All ok but seems like they do not have a standard deposit policy, just whatever they feel comfortably requesting.Friendly staff, fair pricing with repair options provided. Repair status communication provided.I definitely recommend Traywick's Garage to service your vehicle.

Had fuel.pump go out on my Dodge truck. John at Traywicks said he was booked but bring it in. He managed to diagnose the problem the next day and had it replaced in a couple days. He is awesome! Two thumbs up.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Traywick's is definitely top notch!! They let me pick my service time, 7:30 am, which was super convenient for me. They estimated a repair time short enough to that I could stay in the waiting room and we're done much faster than I expected which got me onto my day ahead of schedule. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and fair priced mechanic. Special thanks to John Ocampo for making sure I was well taken care of. There aren't many business owners left like him and he deserves continued success!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I don't usually post a review but Traywick's deserves a Great Review! My Grand Caravan broke down on the turnpike 200 miles away from home on a Friday afternoon. They were able to squeeze me in and replace my alternator. The secretary, Tatiana, was as pleasant as can be and the garage was the cleanest of any garage that I have been to! #MatthewsHopeMinistries uses #Traywicks for our fleet of Mobile Outreach vehicles.Traywick's is professional, thorough, and tech Savvy.... we use an app that allows us to access all work done by them for our records. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Let's discuss how they were open before I had to be at work! I pulled up at 7:30 and the sign said 8am but they happily helped me! The tire I needed had to be ordered, and the process was easy! The staff was so nice and professional! As a female, getting tires done or service for your car can be a hassle, rip off, or a nightmare! NOT THIS TIME! They even took the time the educate me on what happened to my tire! Not pushing unnecessary services or fees on me. I felt comfortable and I really appreciate that.Thank you guys so much for the great services this morning! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
