Don't say you don't have me on recordNOCKY EXPRESS is onCustomer deserve better!!! I took my truck down there several times cause the apu wouldn't crank. Everythink they said was not the case. Finally in January 2023 it worked I picked up but cause everywhere was cold except Florida , I was in Miami trying it , it would run for couple mns. I took it back they replaced the belt. After that it could even crank while on the road. I took it back again cause I was still in 90 days coverage. They wanted to charged again after spending over 3k without the service . Guess what they said imma release the truck but don't come back here !!!If I new where to file a vomplaim with corporate I'd do it

Thank you Thermo King for looking out for the small Owner Operators, my husband(Stan) was recently in your office because we had an emergency with a reefer breakdown. This particular day you guys were busy and slammed with work however, Troy, Sal and the entire parts department went above and beyond to help us get his trailer back up and running. Every time we come here you cater to our needs, I really appreciate the time and effort of everyone at Thermo King, including the ladies that work in the front. You are truly one of the best Thermo Kings in the country and we have been to a lot of them! Thank you so much.Service: Air conditioning

As soon as I arrive and fill up the paper work, the technician start working on my APU, I not even had a load, the personal that were at the office was very friendly; the work in my APU was done timely despite that was a kind of a complicated situation, the technician was very professional, if you are going for a repair to this place you can go with confidence, BTW they are pet friendly

I have been doing business with this place for over 20 years. They have always diagnosed the problems correctly, and the work has always been done right the first time. The shop has always had good experienced guys working in it. You can eat off the floor in their new shop, that tells you a lot. They also have smart knowledgeable guys in their parts department.

They are good people and they do have a good reputation...but I should have asked more questions though when I was trying to get my APU, and trailer serviced.They charged me one Mechanic hour(I think it was $183) to inspect the APU, and the reefer trailer...and all I asked was if they had the parts...and then proceed.They put the cart before the horse so to speak.So when you go to this place make sure you ask them if the estimate is free or not...and to only proceed when authorized, ya need to rein them in a little.Companies do whatever they can to get that cash nowadays...they probably figured well he's here so we have to charge him something...jus sayin

Friendly, Prompt service!After getting my truck back from freightliner my APU a/c decided to crap out. This location was the closest to me. I called them and they said they would be willing to look at it. They were trying pull the truck in before I had what I wanted out of it. They ended up replacing 3 parts and refilled the refrigerant. Surprisingly, Everything was under warranty. I might have been in the shop 3 hours.

This is twice I have been here with APU problems. Absolutely AWESOME experience. Diagnosis my problem each time and fixed it quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable. From the Service Desk to the Service Tech. Thank you. Solid gold.

Positive experience, everyone was cordial, I m an owner operator and they worked with me while under a load. The only thing was the in and out time. Could have been better.Nevertheless overall great service.

Took my truck here a few weeks ago to have my apu fixed. After sitting here all day i was assured it was right only to discover 600 miles later it was still doing the same thing. Talked to the service tech and will bring it back this week for round 2. Hopefully it will be fixed and i dont get double charged.. i will update soon. Fingers crossed.

Andrea Nadolu, your post makes absolutely no sense. So they charged you a few $$'s more than what they quoted you? Hello?! And after all, it is just that...a quote. What was your complaint anyway....the cost or the time? I was looking for a local Thermo King for a quick repair when I came across your post. I ended up not needing their service but I would ask you to be more cautious when posting negative scores on service providers. How would you feel about someone providing erroneous, negative remarks about your reputation?

Needs serious work on customer service and communication. Hours are 7-7 Monday thru Friday. Day after Thanksgiving we went at 3:30 to pick up truck and they were closed. Do you think they could of mentioned it during the two calls and email that transpired that morning.

The place says it s open until 7pm Monday-Friday. Well it s 6:13 no ones here. How can you claim you work those hours of no ones here at 6pm. I prior to driving all the way here from Deland and no ones here.

I was cut off and almost hit by one of your vehicles today after the driver crossed a four lane road, when they had plenty of time to see me coming. They wouldn't pull up to the stoplight next to me after that, and I can imagine why. I hope your business doesn't treat its customers like your driver(s) treat people on the road.

This company or rip you off and the staff in order old rip you off even more I was an employee there for a while I would never recommend this place even though my family I understand getting things done in a timely manner however crunching the time line means sacrificing quality the owner and manager didn't care about they just wanted the job done however they don't care about the employees

They dont know their work. Stay here for 3 hours till they found that i have to replace 2 fitings that they dont have it. Never came here you will waste your time and money for labor. Nothing more. Totally incompetent workers
