Abosulutly rude manager. Was chewing out his employees the whole time. The employees were great and he was just mean. He was rude to me as he took my money. Demeaning to me and employees made rude comments under breath when k showed him a coupon. I will not be back again.

It was not exactly the best experience. I ve been here many times before, and today, they were swamped. They did do an excellent job of making sure people queued up, but they didn t let us know how much time it would take. They were helpful but didn t seem to. Whether I was there or not made a difference to them. I ll give them the benefit of the doubt, and they still get four stars. It was a hot day, and maybe it was just an off day, a busy Sunday for them. But I ll be going back to them, and hopefully I ll have a better experience next time and I ll edit my review.

I love taking my car to Take 5. They have always been very professional and helpful. And they do a great job. The only thing I would say is that it getting high in price it would be nice to have better percentage off coupons to use. Other wise I definitely would recommend Winter Garden Fl Take 5

I ve taken my car here several times now, and all of the guys have been very courteous and knowledgeable. This past experience, the service line was a bit long, and one of the employees saw my toddler in the backseat and offered me a water and made a special trip to get my daughter a juice box and snack. Good customer service is hard to find these days thank you and keep up the great work!

While the service is polite and quick, I have now had two issues leaving this location. I rounded off oil cap, costing me a replacement and another oil change, and now a crack in the seal of the same location. They can't fix it, so it's always someone else's problem, but I think I'll try somewhere else.

Everyone at this location are very nice and quick with service. I ve been to other take 5 locations whom I wasn t happy but this particular place is fabulous. I highly recommend you go there for your oil change.

Incredible every time. I choose this place as my go-to for an oil change. Fast, friendly and efficient is the only way to describe the service. You never have to leave your car you pull in, usually get offered a water bottle while waiting at this location. They then proceed to do everything from air filter, oil change, oil filter, windshield wash and fluid checkup. This is all done within 20 minutes. Have been there with several vehicles and will continue returning to this location.

Really great service. It is nice to see all the air and cabin filters checked and shown to you. Mine didn t need replacing at this time but a great full service and fast!

They did a good job but the wait was over an hour. I came earlier in the day with one car and they had 2 out of the 4 bays doing oil changes and a long line. Took 1.5 hours. Came back in the evening and they had 1 bay out of 4. Took over an hour. Sounds like a staffing issues but they definitely should not advertise fast service. Won't go back as the wait was too long and the cost the same as all the others out there.

Nick got it done! They topped off my tires, wiper fluid, and gave me some savings changing my cabin and engine filter today during my oil change. Also let me know I should change my battery due to corrosion and that it failed when we were about done. They gave me a jump and I was on my way. Great crew at this location.

I had to lower this from 5 stars to 2 on my second visit. Waited 35 minutes to pull in, only to be told they don't have my filter. When I asked for a coupon for my lost time, I was told if I brought my owners filter I would get a discount. Had to drive 2 minutes up the street to Jiffy Lube who got me in within 15 minutes, had my filter (2022 Hyundai Tuscon). That is por customer service, especially with Napa parts a Block away.******Nothing but a great experience from start to finish. Was greeted by a young man who offered me a cold bottle of water. Pulled in. Shardel, my tech, was spot on, good customers service.After being told TWO HOURS at Greenway Hyundai, I was in and out FAST!

My friend told me about this place a couple of weeks ago. These guys know what true customer service is! They don't try to talk you into services you don't need, they are quick, and super friendly. I'm definitely going back!

I called the local phone number to the location and asked for a price for fully synthetic oil for my specific vehicle. I arrived at the location and the pricing was $15 more than I was quoted on the phone. When I asked the employee, he replied you called the call center and they don t know anything . Then the employee said they would top off my fluids. I asked if they had the specific orange fluid for the coolant that my vehicles calls for. He said that they use universal coolant for domestic vehicles. I told him that I didn t want the coolant topped off then. He replied - it won t hurt anything. I repeated again that I didn t want the coolant topped off. He walked to the front of my vehicle and came back and said they already did it .

First, I will be calling customer service about my experience. I came here for an oil change in March. I usually prefer Take 5 because of their great customer service and quick oil changes. When I came in, I was informed that most of the people in the shop were new. There was a lot of goofing off, but I thought nothing of it. I wrote it off based on my historical experiences at other locations. The oil change went okay, I had to remind the service writer, Aiden, to check my wipers and tires. I drove off, and went on my way. A day or two later, I noticed dragging under my car. It came and went, and I figured since it wasn t a huge nuisance, I would wait for the next oil change (I live over an hour from this location). I assumed it was something from Take 5. It got worse, went away, got worse, went away, etc. A friend of mine looked under, and told me I was missing two bolts on the skid plate. He tucked it back in and said that should temporary help until I can get it looked at. It didn t last very long, and I decided to just take it in early. When I finally came today, the first tech was very kind and apologized, asking me to wait while he got help about my skid plate. He walked away, and I was fine waiting. I noticed my previous service writer, Aiden, walked over and started guiding me in. I was hesitant, but assumed he knew the situation. I started moving, then heard the plate snag, and he stopped me. He asked me what happened to the skid plate. I explained the situation to him, and he said he would be right back. He came back a couple minutes later, and said they would not fix my car. He said if I drove over the bay, my skid plate would break off. He also noted that because I told him my friend looked at it, they wouldn t be fixing it. I explained he didn t fix it, he only tucked it in to avoid it dragging more. He persisted and told me to back out and go somewhere else. I guess I will have to find another place to fix my car, and if it cost me extra I guess I m SOL according to them. Unbelievable experience.Service: Oil change

Simple oil change only. Nice people and everyone makes mistakes but this really stinksThey failed to remount my air dam cover on the bottom of my Nissan titan. It started dragging on my way back to work. I had to slide under the truck and unscrew the only bolt left and I did it with my fingers because it was not tightened up. Terrible. So disappointed

In and out in 10-15 minutes. Very honest This facility does not pressure you in purchasing unwanted, unneeded services. I appreciate that philosophy. Lead technician for the shop is very personable, supervised less experienced technicians closely

Love going to this location in Ocoee. Great employees, like CJ, that just makes it feel like a valuable customer. They got the job done quickly, and were very flexible when asked about getting other things fixed, like my windshield wipers. 10/10, I'm going to keep coming here for oil changes. Thanks for being open on Sunday!

I went to Take 5 on 2/3/24 at 5:45pm as I always do to get my oil change and the young guy is gonna tell me today we can t change your oil because someone put a bigger plug/screw in the oil pan and we can t remove it! I asked for the Manager and he said he ain t here! I said well that someone was the person that was here because I have my receipt showing I was here 3 months ago. He looked into the computer and said we fired that guy he no longer works here and he should ve told u that we couldn t remove that. Not looking at his computer it shows on my paperwork that it was changed and replaced by them and no one told me that it was done and now I have no way to get my oil changed!! Well I will be calling Corporate and writing the CFPB and whomever else because it was TAKE 5 EMPLOYEES that messed up my car and TAKE 5 Company is gonna fix it!! And damnit I mean it!! How u gonna mess up someone s car and you re not qualified or your company wasn t qualified to do the job. Then the employee is gonna sneak type on the bottom off receipt major oil leak I said no buddy you should ve put that in previous paperwork don t try and cover up for your company now!! The guy that was under the car never communicated to me that ma am we put in a larger plug/ screw and they didn t note anything on my receipt or in the computer. He entered that comment on there because I told him I ll be back so he tried to cover it up for himself but it ain t gonna work. The employee that they fired did something he wasn t supposed to do and therefore TAKE 5 will fix it correctly!

Luis & Aiden were very kind and approachable individuals. This was my very first time getting an oil change at this Take 5 location, Luis was helpful and informative throughout the whole process and Aiden helped me redeem a discount and assisted with the following services: oil change & wiper blade replacement. Overall the service was fast, transparent and affordable. The workers are kind, knowledgeable and seem happy to work there.Keep on smiling - thanks guys!Honest review: I rarely leave reviews.

These guys have been so great! I got my first oil change here about 2 months ago. My car burns oil, and I spend quite a lot of money on quarts of oil between oil changes. The beauty of this place is that between oil changes, you can go back, and they will check your tires and "TOP OFF" your oil for no additional charge. I just went back today, and they put a quart in there for me. That right there saves me about 15 bucks! For those of us on a tight budget...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I arrived early for my oil change, and there was still a long line. I think that says something about the quality of the work when people are willing to wait almost an hour on a Sunday morning! I was happy with the work and glad they showed me the air filter that needed to be replaced but were not pushy about it.

Service took almost 2 hours. Also, after showing my military ID to one of the technicians the other technician didn t believe us and had me show ID once again. I thought that was very odd and frustrating after one technician had already verified my military service.
