They were very respectful and honest about what my car really needed, they did not try to add on any other issues just so that I pay more like I have experienced at other places. Car was done when promised and they hace good prices. I would definitely being either of my 2 cars back there whenever I need to.

I took my Dodge Caliber to Auto Service Pros because it was running rough and the engine light came on. Franklin, the General Manager, greeted me as a came in and had his service tech Kevin check my vehicle. Kevin was able to pinpoint the problem with my vehicle right away (camshaft sensors). I left my vehicle with them and they were able to fix it one day. I recommend Auto Service Pros for their great customer service and how fast they fixed my vehicle.

Despite the place looking somewhat busy, they immediately took my car as a walk-in with a smile.I'm not exaggerating when i say that this might have been the most pleasant car service I've ever had.

Had my daughters vehicle towed here after her alternator went. I had Swinson's replace the alternator and also changed a hose and replaced coolant. Once my daughter drove off the lot, she called me to say that air conditioning wasn't working correctly and then eventually the car started overheating. None of these problems existed prior to coming in. During the work they informed us that the radiator had a previous leak that stop gap was used and they could replace it for XXX of dollars. Since it wasn't leaking I decided not to get it replaced.Upon contacting them about the current issue they said bring it back in but it probably was the radiator. Upon my daughter bringing it in, I was told the radiator needed to be replaced but also the fans because they were burnt out due to my daughter trying to use the AC while the car was overheating. Needless to say I am not dumb, unfortunately she was just 1,000 miles away from me for me to do anything. I had her take the vehicle to another mechanic and explained everything that were told, no reason to lie, put it all out there.The new mechanic found a clip that was holding the fan from turning. Not sure if it was intentional or if had been placed on there when the alternator and hose was changed but none the less it was on there. Once removed the AC works fine and there is no overheating. I can understand missing it the first time but when it was brought back in you don't see it and you tell me that the fans need to be replaced because they are burnt out.It cost me an extra $250 to correct Swinson's mistake not to mention the UBER fares. I used the contact form to ask for at least my $250 back but till this day I have not received any response from Swinson's. They state that they are Christian, but this experience was far from it.

This is the first time I used this Swinson s car care. I am very satisfied with their services, very professional they take care you as soon you arrive and immediately give attention. My first impression was that everything was neat even when this place was busy. I was refered for my girlfriend and she is right because this people are professional, they have excellent customer services, fair prices in comparison of the market, quality in their job, good advices to avoid bigger issues in my car with estimated reasonable. Something that I took my attention was the honesty. I saw an older lady came to oil change cause the signal system requested however they told her the last oil changed was 3k miles ago and it doesn t need yet it was only reset the system and that s all. I had an amazing experience here! I decided to take my car here after reading so many great reviews and it was worth it. They were extremely professional and kind. They explained everything they were going to do and the prices were fair. When they found out a part I needed wouldn't be delievered that day, they offered to drive me home and they also gave me a disounted rate. 100% recommend!Services: Brakes, Oil change

My window in my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country broke and we needed it fixed badly. My husband found this place and made an appointment. Kurt assisted us and he was very friendly, professional and I absolutely loved the energy. I was nervous at first, because every other place we called the estimate repair time was 2-3days to fix due to lack of mechanics. Swinson seemed busy as well but, they took us in with no problem and got window fixed within hours. I'm not one to leave feedback often. This team deserves it. I had a check engine light come on and believed I needed spark plugs. I did not have a mechanic relationship established yet in this area and made a few calls. Wasn't getting the vibes I was looking for and decided to call Swinson's Car Care. Franklin answered the phone and I got a good sense that this was the place to go.The next day I called back, spoke to Kurt who was very helpful. After diagnosis, it turned out to be a bad coil and spark plug. While I could have replaced all the spark plugs and spent more money, these guys were honest with me and said just to change the one and I could replace the others and return at a later date when I was ready. It was the first time I was asking the mechanic to do more work on my car than they were asking of me. I went ahead and changed all the spark plugs anyway and it was refreshing to know that that was my choice to spend more money and I wasn't having my arm twisted or being lied to. To top it off, they were reasonably priced too!!Everyone was very friendly and helpful, huge shout out to Franklin, Kurt, Gregory and Daniel. My clients vehicle was recently serviced here. They paid an astronomical price $1800 for a new radiator and fans. Not only was the fuse box cover not closed, the foot at the bottom of the radiator that secured the coolant tank, was unsecured, and a hood bumper now missing. Not only were the parts cheap and generic, they were marked up several hundred dollars each. I compared what was available locally at the parts store and on rock auto and there s no explanation for why a $100 at most part was $300, and this happened two more times for the other parts. The fluid that was serviced was also marked up from what should have been $50-60 to $100. $700 In labor to change a radiator and fans, and another $80 labor to drain and fill coolant. Unbelievable. You guys are completely taking advantage of people doing this. It makes the industry look bad.

Swinson's was easy, fast, and professional. I got a car inspection before a planned roadtrip to double-check my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport could handle the drive. Swinson's mechanics found my oil had leaked a few quarts due to a loose drain plug. They took the liberty of tightening the plug, then topped-off my oil. Both services (inspection and oil refill) cost less than $70. Great value. And did I mention they were fast? Got all that service done in less than 30 min. I almost want my car to need servicing again just so I can go back to Swinson's Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Excellent service here @Swinson's. Came in for an oil change, and they handled it with professionalism and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. No upsell on trying to get me to pay for things my car didn't need either, so the experience was pleasant all around. Their prices might seem a bit high for some services, but you're paying for great customer service and keeping your money local instead of with those big service chains. Definitely recommend!

My 2005 Corolla's CEL came on, and being new to the area, I did not have an auto shop. I heard good things about Swinson's, so I gave them a call and was told that I could bring my car right in.90 minutes later I left with the situation solved, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the fair pricing. I highly recommend Swinson's for their courteous service and expertise, as well as very clean waiting room complete with beverage fridge, coffee bar, tv, and massage chairs!!I was kept informed about the progress on my vehicle at every step, and an estimate was given in writing for my approval. Two days later, I even received a follow-up text from Franklin asking how my car was doing!Thank you, Franklin and Swinson's Auto Care for making a stressful situation much better!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Hands down the worst customer service. This place used to be the best. Problem is the guy at the front desk always looking at his phone. He's really bad at keeping customers informed, very curt, and sometimes outright rude. He's must be really good at using the office tools -- then again, maybe not. I needed my oil cooler replaced on my Dodge Caravan to fix an oil leak. So, on the estimate, they try to charge me for the oil cooler replacement and the oil pressure switch. That's not honest -- the pressure switch is PART OF THE OIL COOLER! I paid the diagnostic bill and left. What they didn't tell me was that the oil was still nearly empty. I would have gladly paid for an oil change if I knew just how low it was. Luckily, nothing was damaged on the way home. I don't know how they're still in business.

Swinson's is amazing! We took our car (2015 Ford focus) to the dealership because we were having some sputtering and stalling issues. We were really afraid that it was going to be the clutch issue that plagues these cars, and we're outside the recall window of 100,000 miles. The dealership gave us an 1st estimate of 1200$, then 2200$, and finally 4200$ (without tax) as they kept adding on things the car needed. Mind you, they just verbally told us the price estimates and rattled the things that were needed. A friend told me to go to Swinson's and I'm so glad I did! All told I spent 688$ versus the 4500 I was going to be paying. Swinson's was SO upfront about what needed to be done, they told me i should have received a list with costs from Ford, only 2 of the things that Ford said needed to be done were required and they made sure to test it until they saw the problem we were having, not just run it through the computer diagnostic. They've made me a loyal customer for life!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

They did not perform any work on my vehicle. However, I am providing four stars for Kevin the Technician ONLY, simply because I believe he was honest with what he advised based on his capability and seemingly thorough capacity. I did not get the same from the manager. He left me frustrated and confused based on his assessment of reviewing the recommended parts (All OEM accept one). I am just going to chalk it up to the size of the proposed job and his hesitation to commit based on one aftermarket part by a HIGHLY respected and recommended company.With that said, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle for service. I believe that Kevin is a very thorough and caring technician. You do not get that feeling a lot when dealing with mechanics.Update: I like for my reviews to be open and honest. The person I had the disagreement with was NOT the manager. Though, he told me that he was. So, the actual manager Franklin called me and I explained my situation. Since, I do not subscribe to the customer is always right. In this case, Franklin agreed that the employee should not have misrepresented his title. I came away with a LOT of respect for Franklin because he posted his number approximately 20 minute after my original post. I've had my car break down twice in the past few weeks, both major issues requiring my car to be towed into the shop. Franklin and his team are knowledgeable, friendly and will always find you options. I know little to nothing about cars, but at Swinson's they take time to explain the issues, provide options and deliver the best service. No hidden surprises or fees, quality repair and hands down the best customer service you'll ever find. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car and I'll never take my car anywhere else but Swinson's from here on out. Thank you Franklin and team, you are THE BEST!

Happy I found this place. Great customer service from the minute you walk in. The team there knows what they are doing and are not trying to rip their customers off. Franklin, the GM, took the time to explain the problem and did not try to sell the service. I went in suspecting I needed a CV axle replacement, but was told I still had several months before it needed replacement. Most places would not be that honest. He also mentioned how they are working towards making changes, to make their customers have a very comfortable environment and experience when there. They definitely have their customers best interest in mind. Wishing the entire team the best of luck in their future growth.

I had an engine light on and they saw me right away to see if my Chevy really needed any work or if there was a real issue to address. I was in and out in five minutes to find out nothing was wrong. They could have said some work needed to be done but they were honest and helpful. Will definitely go back when the Chevy really needs work and would highly recommend them.

My husband took his car in and they said they were unable to fix his car. It was the fuel injectors code .Then told us it was the pcm and to take it to Chevy. They said it would be done one day and then said a few days later.... apparently the parts company sent them the wrong part in the box . they said it would be done by 4 . That day my husband went to look for his work keys and his Bluetooth head phones that he always leaves in the car so he does not forget them. On the day they said his car would be ready he went to get this items he needed. They told him maybe he took them out . He left them in his car. But they go missing saying the men are 40 years old and have Bluetooth speakers ..... Ok They said they would review the cameras but that is small when the car was moved to be serviced some one could have placed them in their pocket......Yes the earphones can be replaced . But it's the principle that we trusted this company to do a service and trust the employees that work there not to have sticky fingers. That is bad for business and I do not recommend anyone to use them. If it was not for my husband I would have filed a police report. The owners don't care . Or maybe it's not the owner but the people gunning this place. I guess they did not want to fix my husband's car since I was not happy they his earphones wentmissing. When we went to pick up the car they did not charge us that is the only positive thing since apparentlythey said it was not the fuel injectors. I honestlythink they just did not want to deal with the fact that indeed someone took something and it's like their word over ours. .. But God knows all so He will deal with who ever did what they did.Services: Exhaust, Engine repair

I am a Swinson s customer for life! Picked up my car today and I am so happy! Went to Ford and was quoted an outrageous price for oil leaks and Swinson s repaired for a fraction of the cost. Also repaired a clunk I was experiencing when car went into reverse. I am so impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and trustworthiness. I will never go anywhere else, I m sold!! My car needed to have the alternator changed out today and I had the greatest fortune of living around the corner from Swinson's Car Care Center. Service staff was friendly and they did everything they could to make our experience pleasant. We walked away extremely grateful for being able to find a reliable and reputable auto mechanic in the area of Winter Garden, FL. We got our car back the same day at a great value for the service received. Ask to speak with Nick if you call. The guys at Swinson's are knowledgeable, honest, friendly and helpful! They communicate everything that's going to be done to your car before they do it, and actually call you when it's done. They even checked in a day or two later to make sure everything was running ok and I was happy with my experience. From start to finish, these guys are pros. I don't want to have to be back, but if I have to bring my car somewhere, it's going there.

I brought my Lexus RX350 in a week ago to Auto Service Pros after another local shop botched a brake job. Auto Service Pros is a super clean facility, not your typical mechanic shop. I had an appointment for new brakes and rotors. They got me in and out quickly. While I waited, I enjoyed a massage-chair massage and a coffee from their coffee bar. I intentionally waited a week to be sure the brakes performed well before reviewing. My vehicle's braking is 100% better. The job was done well and I plan to be back soon for 4 new tires. I highly recommend Auto Service Pros, my new go-to auto service provider.

I had a great experience earlier this week at Swinson's. The technicians were able to fix the problem with my VW in less than an hour. Very quick, professional, and honest. It's great finding a shop who does a great job and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it. Definitely coming back next time I need car work done.

This guy is great! I've had 2 different cars that breaks went bad and he did them both. Not only did I spend way less then I thought I was going to, but I never once had an issue after that with them. Compared to other shops I've been to, this one is the best. I drive from Clermont so they can take care of my cars. Excellent service, excellent customer relationship. I will never take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend for any mechanical need.

My daughter and I had just left the house to take a 2 hour trip to move her into her freshman dorm. We were alerted that our brake lights weren t turning off when the brake was released. By chance, we pulled in and spoke with Justin. He was knowledgeable and made us a priority. He got the car fixed and on the road exactly when he said he would! And for a fair price! Swinson s has taken great care of my family. They worked hard to repair an oil leak which presented itself again after replacing pavers at our home. Frank got my Jeep right back in and even had his team come pressure wash our driveway to ensure we would be in compliance with our HOA. They are honest and keep my family safe on the road. I ve been 100% pleased with both their work and customer service.
