Chris and his team are very accommodating! They run a great business and have quality vehicles. They are friendly, hospitable, and get to the point. No hassles, no deception. After months of searching my husband and I finally found our truck here and we love it! It was an excellent car buying experience.

I just bought a truck a few days ago here and it was by far the best place I found. I got lucky. I always worry about going to any of these places but I highly recommend you stop here if you want a vehicle. MAURICIO GARCIA was fabulous. The most friendliest and honest person. I was very lucky to have met him. If you want a great vehicle for a great price at a very honest and friendly dealership, I highly recommend you come here thank you Southern trust I love my truck!

Mauricio and Jeff have the most complete knowledge in cars, trucks, heavy vehicles and financing. We have been working together for years, all my clients have been more than satisfied. I just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Southern Trust Auto Group. Chris was pleasant and helpful. He didn t have the car I wanted on his lot, he found it within the hour. Impressive to say the least.Jeff was the finance manager, he worked hard to get me a good deal on financing, even after I left with the new to me car, he continued to make sure I got a good deal. Mauricio was my salesman. The process was Haggle free, Personal, Very professional most all fun. I didn t feel like I got taken advantage of. You all make my car buying experience very pleasurable work with these guys they went out of their way to find me a hotel room for the night due to the fact that Im in the military and I flew in from out of state to purchase the car. With that being said most of the transaction happened over the phone. All things we spoke via the phones was carried out as so. The car was detailed sitting out front waiting my arrival.Jeff thanks for the assistance with all things in the financial department and get everything set up for registration. Recently purchased a truck from Chris and his team. Very nice dealership to just walk around. Chris and his team were very respectful, honest and trusting. They helped me get the truck i drove 3 hours for. Truck had some steering issues Chris gave me his word that they ll fix it. Truck is fixed and working superb. I definitely recommend Chris and his team at southern trust auto group. Business well done

Mauricio went above and beyond to get me and my wife into an awesome Dodge changer !! He made the buying experience hands down the easiest car I ve ever bought ! The owner Chris really cares about customer satisfaction and wants to see you happy ! We will definitely use this dealership again ! Jeff you made the financial part of car buying a complete breeze . My wife and myself just purchased a beautiful Ford F 250 Supr duty from Southern Trust Auto Group. This is my second truck purchased from Southern Trust. Chris the owner, Mauricio the Sales Manager and my sales person are very sincere, honest and just really good people to do buisness with. Purchased a truck from Chris and his team about a month ago. I m from Texas and had to do everything via email/text. They were responsive and helpful as could be. I am very big on being cut and dry as to what I want. This dealership took that and made it happen. Once purchased Chris had me new vehicle shipped to me before shipping my trade in back to him. He did so without hesitation to accommodate my situation of needing a vehicle in the meantime. I also had several questions following the purchase that never went unanswered. I am extremely pleased with the service and staff there. Even out of state I will be checking with them first For my next purchase. If you are in the market for a vehicle in state or out. These guys will go the extra mile to keep you happy with your purchase.

Took a bus 2 hours to come check out this Infiniti G35. Mauricio was my salesman he was extremely helpful and polite answered any questions I had. Great experience the car performed amazing for the price I definitely got a great deal!!!

After several weeks of looking for a F450 super duty, I only found one here at Southern trust auto group. Do not let the Google reviews trick you. They may not have very high rating on there but I can assure you these guys do not match the negative Google reviews that you will come across. They are way more than that, this place is a stress free awesome group of people Jeff, Noah, and Mauricio and Chris are really good people down to earth and straight to the chase. No pressure no hassle no haggling back-and-forth. This is the only known dealership car sales place that I have ever seen have a great quality of vehicles on their lot, give them a chance to go over there look at what they have the offer we came all the way from South Carolina to get our truck and I promise you I will drive back there again for our next vehicle. Thank you guys.

Wow! What a GREAT experience!! I have never purchased an automobile via the web, and have to admit, I was a little skeptical about doing so. I almost passed up my "dream car" thinking that Florida was just too far away from Pennsylvania. When I discoved that it was cheaper to fly to Southern Trust Auto Group than any of the other three locations of cars that we were considering, I decided to make the purchase but not without a lot of questions, texts and e-mails back and forth to Mauricio Garcia, the sales representative, and Jeff, the financial officer at S.T.A.G. I think the name of this dealership is apropos because it includes the word "Trust"! I trusted them, that they were representing the car truthfully and accurately and they trusted me to take my test drive to a local mechanic to verify that the car was solid; and that is exactly what the mechanic said to me, "Dan, this is a solid car. You should have no problems taking it back to Pittsburgh and enjoying it for many years to come." When he inquired where I was purchasing the car, I told him, "Southern Trust Auto Group." He knew of therir reputation and said that, although he did not know anyone personally, he knew of their reputation in the marketplace and allayed any of my fears by saying that I "could trust them." Mauricio was so kind to pick us up at the airport, even though our flight was delayed and it was his day off. Joseph (love the bow ties, I think that they are your trademark, don't stop wearing them) made us feel so at home. Because of the flight delay, the inspection taking a little over an hour, plus the travel back and forth, Jeff and Joseph remained well after closing to complete the transaction; which could not have gone smoother. Thanks gentlemen! Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting the owner of S.T.A. G., Chris Niccoli, it is obvious that he knows how to surround himself with good people who perform their duties with excellence. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to all in need of good transportation, and will even go a step further by saying, that if you don't give Mauricio and all of the folks at S.T.A.G. an opportunity to help you with your next car purchase, you're doing yourself a great disservice! By the way, the drive back to Pittsburgh was an absolute blast! Thanks everyone!! We have had the top down more than up -- it's going to be a great summer!!!Dan & Gail

Let me tell you all, this has been the best car buying experience that I have ever encountered! The folks at Southern Trust Auto Group (Jeff Anderson, Mauricio and the other Jeff) all made the experience simple and also made me feel like they were not sales people trying to make a hard sale. I have purchased several automobiles in my lifetime, but I have to admit this was the best! Thank you all for staying late and waiting for me to get in town also! Just check them out, you won't be disappointed! By the way, I don't work for them either! :-)

Amazing car buying experience. Bought a 2012 Nissan 370z here a few weeks ago and have loved every second of driving it. Was a bit wary of going to a private dealership but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them after the experience I had. I had been searching for a Z for a few months when this one popped up on my radar, one of the best deals I found for the price offered.I called them the day I was going to stop by to take a look at it and they had it pulled out front, ready for a test drive once I got there.Joseph was the salesperson who assisted me. Extremely knowledgable, didn't skirt around tough questions, and didn't push me at all like you'd see at bigger dealerships. It was clear that the mission of Southern Trust Auto Group is not to just sell cars but to sell good cars.My car needed some bodywork done so Joseph offered to lump that into the price of the car for an almost 50% discount since they have a shop onsite. The bodywork done looks almost brand new and not cheaply done.

I just wanna take this time to say a big thank you to everyone at Southern Trust Auto Group. I had been looking for a car all day Saturday and wasn t finding anything in my budget. But let me say Southern Trust came through. Jeff the finance manager helped me and my family out so much. We have an amazing SUV that will fit our family of 8. Friendly staff. Just be aware to crawl under the vehicle. Drove from fort Myers to check out a truck. Asked for photos under the truck, which they had sent. Just happened to miss all the rust on the frame. Than proceed to tell me they should have mentioned it. They seemed nice and willing to sell me another truck. Just lost trust in the establishment. Keep a eye out. 2013 Toyota tundra TRD pro make sure to look at it and be okay with it before you purchase it.

Bought a 2005 Wrangler from here. Staff was super friendly and very professional. They had everything ready for me to sign and go when I got there. Super easy. Will definitely buy another car form there. You guys ROCK!!!!

They skip the high pressure sales tactics. You can find anything from high end sports cars to economy cars and everything in between on their lot, all at comparable prices. I had my eye on a slightly older truck with very low miles and knew before I went that financing would be a challenge but they got me approved quicker than any dealership has in the past.

While doing a search online, I found my car that I wanted and came across Southern Auto Trust Group. My decision to come here was not only the quality, style and value of their car selection but also the great reviews as well. I ended up buying the car from here and I have to honestly say it was the most stress free experience I ve ever had from a car dealership! I have to give Jeff H, the finance manager a BIG thumbs up for making this process so simple and he� was super nice and cool. He was personable but also professional and knowledgeable in his position as he made us feel laid back in the entire process. He made this car buying experience fun for once!� His team there were also very nice, and welcoming. For once I didn't feel intimidated and pushed around from a sales perspective. I expected this buying process to take a long 4-5 hours or more but the time frame for us was only 2-3 hours! I was able to see the car fax before I even came here, test drove when we got there, did the paperwork and was done!I would definitely recommend my family, friends and anyone who I happen to run into needing a car to come see Jeff and his team! We were very happy customers. I have to mention I've had a few rough moments with car issues in the last 7 months and you can say he had me leaving with a smile on my face.� You made my day, I love my car. Thank you Jeff!

We contacted Southern Trust Auto and initially corresponded with salesman Mauricio Garcia by text and phone then on Thursday March 2nd 2023 we went in to speak to Mauricio about the Red 2010 Toyota Sienna, Mauricio was off that day so we worked with Jeffrey Anderson the Finance Manager and closed the deal on that particular vehicle.We were satisfied with everything except that there were two missing wheel covers on the drivers side of the van and there was no manual for the vehicle.Before we departed we were assured several times by Jeffrey Anderson that the wheel covers would be shipped out shorty and that he would print up a copy of the manual for the vehicle and mail it to us but weeks passed with nothing showing up.When we called to inquire about the delay we were told that it was being looked into, we did again speak to the salesman Mauricio Garcia who did acknowledge that they owned us the wheelcovers but he said that I needed to speak to the owner Chris Niccoli.After speaking the owner he told us that they were looking into why the wheelcovers weren't shipped out yet, after several more calls to the owner Chris Niccoli he began to hang up the phone on me as soon as I said who I was and as I began inquiring about the wheelcovers. He is truly a despicable individual.The most shameful behavior and thievery on the part of the Southern Trust Auto Group was from the Finance Manager Jeffrey Anderson who had us sign off on the contract saying they owed us nothing more on the purchase of the vehicle after verbally assuring us that he would ship the wheel covers and manual, He's nothing more than a lying thief and conman.They saved money by not shipping us the wheel covers and vehicle manual but they should remove the word "Trust" in the name of their auto group because they are far from trustworthy.To anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Southern Trust Auto Group in Winter Garden, FL please be aware of their deceitful practices and get everything in writing from these shysters.Oscar Diaz

No games here. Their prices are reasonable, and they treat you like intelligent people, not idiots to be taken advantage of. We needed a minor cosmetic fix done on the car we bought, and they took care of it. We would definitely buy from them again.
