Great experience, professional and courteous. I had minor damage needing a good paint job, the owner Ali gave me a fair quote, and got the job done in a few hours as I had a time crunch with work. Excellent customer service and excellent results, can't even tell where my car had damage! Highly recommend and will use again if I ever need to.

This review is long overdue. Solomons Auto Body is the best body shop that I've ever done business with. My daughter moved here a few years ago, and approximately a year later she was side swiped on her way to work. Since we were from out of state, we relied on the internet to find a body shop. We are thankful that we were able to find Solomons. All of the staff were wonderful to work with considering that I had to coordinate between our insurance company, my daughter and Solomon; all from my home in Illinois. The work that was done made her car look as if it were brand new again!I came back in town this week for a visit and noticed that a door guard was starting to peel off. I took it to Solomons to get their opinion. They fixed it and refused to take anything for the work!Not only is Solomons a great place to take you car, they truly seem to care about their customers.

I ve had two projects for the group of professionals at Solomons. They work very fast and do miracles. My Audi s door was deeply damaged when cutting into the garage too tightly. Other repair shops wanted to charge twice as much and replace the rear door. Solomon s was able to take off the door and reshape it, perfectly matching the contours for a fraction of the price. Besides this, it was done within a few days. I also had a bedliner sprayed into a truck and it was done in a day, with amazing results. Highly recommend and will go back if needed (which hopefully I will not)

From the initial phone call to the completion and pickup of my Audi that was rear ended I Must acknowledge the Professionalism and Efficiency of the entire staff there especially Mr. Imran! It was under insurance coverage and I was so happy with the fact that they treated my car like their own in a sense - very Neat work!! Lights and sensors all work as they should and the rear looks as if nothing happened. Highly highly recommended especially if you have a luxury vehicle!

My daughter was in an accident on the way home from college and we had to make a quick decision on where to get the repairs done since this was 140 miles away. Solomons was on the insurance company's list in the area and are highly rated. They did NOT disappoint!!! We gave them a strict time frame that the car needed to be repaired within due to school timing, of course understanding parts availability through supply chain may be the biggest delay. They were able to finish the repairs a week early...AMAZING. Our plans were changed by school scheduling and I didn't really want to tell them we now have more time. They accepted that with grace and professionalism and said we can pick it up when we need to. I don't like rushing people unless absolutely necessary and it was until the plans were changed on us. Thank you to the team at Solomons, this excellent experience will not be forgotten and you have a customer for life!!!

I have used Solomon's Autobody for three separate cars over the years. I am so pleased with the experience. The team at Solomon's did an excellent job with the auto body work the results were flawless, and my car looks as good as new.What impressed me the most was their attention to detail, not only in the repairs but also in the meticulous detailing of the car. It's clear that they take pride in their work, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.For communication, I give them 5 stars also. They worked so well with my insurance company and the communication was seamless throughout the entire process. I appreciated that I could pick something up that I left in my car after the accident and incredibly happy they were open Saturday mornings. The staff at Solomon's kept me informed about the progress of the repairs, which added an extra layer of confidence in their service.Overall, Solomon's Autobody exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of quality auto body work. This business is currently attempting to defraud me of over $5k. They promised to repaint my whole vehicle properly by removing all 4 doors and not only did they not remove all 4 doors, they didn't even redo the paint nor clear and still tried to charge me like they did everything we talked about. I had discussed exactly how they would complete most of the work and the longest it would take and they lied on both. It took 8 weeks instead of 3 weeks and they are pretending that they honored our agreement. I had to call Winter Garden police for assistance on September 21, 2023 and they told me they have visited the business numerous times for related escalated fraud issues with other consumers.This business depends on an uninformed insurance provider sending your car here because they will bid the lowest but rest assured you are getting the lowest quality and lies about everything. Your vehicle deserves better!

Awful communication, unwillingness to do work as assigned. They had me waiting for over four weeks for two estimates that were assigned by the leasing company of my fleet vehicles only to let me know, once I walked in unadvisedly in their office, that they had rejected the assignment because they could not find the parts from the vendor. After over a month? What a joke. If you need to get your vehicle fixed, go literally elsewhere.

They restored my 6 series BMW after Hail damage last spring. And they also cleaned my engine my car was spotless. They do beautiful work.Ali is a great guy!

Consumers beware! This shop attempted to defraud me and failed to honor our agreement in some egregious ways. I trusted them to make my vehicle look like new as Ali promised in 3 weeks and we specifically talked about what would be done and I ensured my expectations were clear. He promised to remove all 4 doors to repaint both quarters panels that were both 95% pristine but needed to be redone due to a paint line on each side. He promised to refinish and restore all panels on my vehicle except for the trunk lid.After 3 weeks, I called and the rude, unhelpful receptionist told me they were still working on it and finishing up. I call after 3 more weeks and they still need more time. One week later I call again and the rude receptionist tells me that my vehicle was ready yesterday and that she was supposed to call me. I arrive to pick it up and I can't believe my eyes. My gorgeous vehicle is covered in dust and splattered in white bird feces. I've never seen so much bird feces on one of my vehicles. To make matters worse, it looked like barely anything had been done to vehicle except for touching up my right quarter panel that needed body work that was never done and painting my hood that was misaligned. I was in disbelief. It had taken over twice the promised time to complete repairs that weren't even completed. I told Ali it was unacceptable how my vehicle is so filty when they knew I was coming to pick it up that day and I called go confirm. I was offended by all the bird feces being left on the vehicle that was parked out front of the shop in the sun and Ali felt I was overreacting and responded sarcastically and aggressively that he should come from his house last night to cover my car with a blanket. I told him I was upset and wanted my vehicle back. He had agreed to accept American Express before starting any work and now he immediately said cash only and he wanted the full $6k despite 80% of the vehicle not even being touched much less refinished how we agreed. I called the Winter Garden Police and asked what my options are for a shop lying and then trying to steal my vehicle. They came up and talked to each of separately and told me that I should have read the reviews more carefully. The officers was very nice and they hoped the civil issue would resolve itself. I went back in to talk with Ali and then showed him all of broken promises and undone work and he said give him one more week to get everything done. He promised again he would paint my quarter panels with the doors off and said he would take pictures too. He even said he would pay for the wasted Lyfts for me coming up and needing to call a new one to get home. I was hopeful that he was just having a tough day or week and he would make up for all this wasted time and the countless lies. I call a week later and he says just one more day. I go to pick it up on a rainy day and it's parked in the back under plastic. Right when they took the plastic off, the vehicle looked so good and finally some of the other work had been done too. I looked over the vehicle and noticed a few small issues and then a few big ones but remained calm and hoped Ali would explain more, offer discounts, and make up for how I had been mistreated and forced to wait unnecessarily. I was shown a picture of my car with a door off on the left side and was excited to see the quarter panel finally with no paint line and also the other side too. Unfortunately, they lied about painting my quarter panel with the doors off and I have a big paint line on each side on the door curve to prove it. Im genuinely wondering if they removed my doors the picture and hoped I wouldnt notice the paint line. They did a good job trying to hide it but that wasn't what we had agreed to nor what I was paying top dollar for. The paint work on the inner sides skirts is horrible, bodywork wasnt done on some panels, and the vehicle has clear oversspray all over it. I called Ali after seeing those major misrepresentations and issues and he refused to call me back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

One of the best, if not the best, Collision Repair and Body Shops I ve ever been to. I found these guys years ago after having bad experience with the Insurance approved shop . I ve never had to bring anything back for anything. It s always done right the first time. Panel alignment, gap, and paint match is always perfect. If you have any issues with them, then it s a miscommunication on your end or your insurance s, not theirs. I ll be a lifetime customer, because we all know with the invasion of New Yorkers, New Jerseys , Massholes, and the Commies from California, there will be plenty of idiots running us Floridians off the road or backing into us and not leaving notes. Consider this shop when your insurance tries to bully you into having their shop repair your ride. You won t be disappointed.

I went there a few weeks back. I saw the manager while I was pulling in. He looked right at me l, maybe 6-8 ft away as a rolled down my window to talk to him and turned around and walked back down the driveway to the back office. So I parked the car in the front and walked down because someone was blocking the driveway/path. I went inside, and he s like being your car up to the office - just park behind the guy there. So I do and the guy in front of me now blocked in is complaining. I said to the guy, you saw me pull in a roll down the window , you could have told me to come to the back then. He goes, do you have a problem with me? I said no need to get confrontational, but I don t think that s how you talk to a customer so let s start over. He still was short tempered with others but toned it down with me. I told him I didn t need a quote anymore and he just asked if I would wait for the print out. Came in $250 more than my previous quote (50% more). Finally let the guy out who was blocked in for 20 mins. I think he was dropping off a woman who worked there.

Update: Ali, perhaps the owener, confirmed the opening sentence of my review today 2/8/2023 around 2;48pm, when he called my cell phone to give me a poor and rude response to my honest review and ended up hanging off after venting off about my review. Thus their unprofessional service has been confirmed. I've never been approached that way from someone offering a service. I've made sure to protect myself with FL CC Consumer Protection Coalition, as this business ended up with some of my personal information. I'm trying to protect someone else from risking it with them and end up worried after getting reatilation from sharing our honest experience for their service.Not professional. Go at their office seat and get an estimate before you commit to using them. Should your experience be like mine, you'll realize they're not professional and they are disorganized. A one man show, so you'll rely on what he can remember.After getting an estimate where I noticed all of the above, I could not get proper communication back from them after assigning my car insurance claim to them as the repair company. I quickly switched to Caliber Collision and could tell that was the right call. You should checkout multiple shops when considering this place.

They went above & beyond really for me! Both Ali & Dave are characters. My car was not tied up for long with them. I had a rubber trim piece (which goes under the edge of my hood) sitting in my passenger seat and never said a word to Ali, Dave or one of their Techs...and yet, someone installed this for me during the intended removal of my existing damaged front bumper & the accomplished paint matching & installation of my new bumper. A couple days after the job was completed, I finally decided to go ahead & install that rubber trim piece but could not find it...it was gone. After panicking, I opened my hood and that piece was in-place! Thx guys...& KUDOS to Solomons!

They do good body work is the best I can say about them. My problem is they quoted under 4 weeks and $4500. Turned out to be over 6 weeks and $5300. I called on the days supposed to be done, only to be told it'll be longer. Last call I made, I was told not to call again. That they will call when ready. Some pieces were missing or not installed correctly. Will not return calls or letting you know the progress. Body work is a 5. Customer service is a 0. 8/12/22 after calling several times to find out if parts have arrived. Decided not to bother anymore with them, not worth the hassle. I regret having them do the work with all the frustrations I've had to endure. Also, when they put the body back on, they messed up the wiring to the rear lights. Didn't find out until pulled over by a police officer. Took to another place to fix, which means more $$$.

For sure he worst experience as a customer. from a week (time to be ready) to almost 30 days waiting my car get ready and this because we schedule to drop off the car a week before.If they treat someone with a 40 cars fleet imagine a regular customer.

Yikes, not sure where to start. They had my vehicle for months, no movement. Received the vehicle back with inoperable headlights, (very dangerous liability and also safety of driver) two windows were marred from the workers that the tint needed to be replaced. I had to pay out of pocket as this business would not cover their mistakes, also the employees left black tar on my white leather seats. Unresponsive and uncooperative with USAA on top of it all, now I am stuck with headlights they won t/cannot fix. I truly hope nobody is injured in an accident due to their negligence.

I ve never encountered a more disorganized, unprofessional organization. State Farm assigned them as the auto body shop for my claim. I took my vehicle in for an estimate. I was told they would get back to me on the estimate. After a week, I had to call to inquire as to status. Had to leave a message. After multiple messages being left and not returned over multiple days, I involved State Farm. I received a call from Solomons and was told the necessary parts had been ordered and they would get me in 2-3 weeks. After 5 weeks of waiting, I again called multiple times without calls being returned. Finally, reached someone who informed me the parts had never been ordered. Just an overall terrible experience. Took my vehicle elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

My car is still there being repaired after it was damaged by Hurricane Irma and the ppl there are doing a awesome job! I saw my car and it looks like a new car, as they go above and beyond to fix it at an affordable price.

Ali was courteous, professional and quick with the work performed on my vehicle. I had a dent in the hood, paint imperfections on the front passenger fender as well as oxidation on my headlamps. I like the attention to detail with the repairs made. They even wash up the vehicle for me. Top knotch service. They also were the cheapest out of the three estimates i got from other local wintergarden body shops. He also ordered a new hood latch for me and stated he would call me as soon as it came in and that when i bring the car back they would put it on immediately no waiting.
