Not the best. They do have a great selction, but their prices are high. Whatever you do, don t let them mix paint for you! I took my vehicle there to have it scanned so they can mix the proper color and it was so far off. It was unbelievable. Wasted a whole night, spraying a hood and fender only to have to do it over again. This is actually the second occurrence. So, definitely no more for us. And unfortunately, there s a sign posted saying no refunds on Mixed paint. Now we know why

I don't know about all the other Napa around but I know that Joiners Napa is great. The employees there are always polite and knowledgeable about what you're looking for. I don't think I will ever buy my parts or tools anywhere else other than Glenn joiners Napa.

I needed to have a hydraulic hose made on a Saturday of all days. I arrived within 1/2 hour of them closing, and the hose was complete before they closed. Great service and very helpful over the phone. Of course it's Napa so they also sell auto parts and supplies.

Ordered part online from NAPA. Told me I would have to wait until Monday for it to come in or I could drive to an adjacent county and pick it up immediately. Ordered the part pre-paid online and it stated it would be here Monday. I called this location for hours on Monday to verify part was delivered. Every time I received a busy signal or no one answered. I finally drove to the location to pick up the part, just to have them tell me they don t receive shipments on Monday. Worst part they acted like I should have known that. They said they don t have any control over online orders. Unfortunately, they don t answer their phones here either. Poor customer service!

This place is great for parts and hard to find parts. They didn't have what I needed but worked hard to find what I needed and found it for a lot less than I expected. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

I was impressed with the rep. at this store. I needed a hard to find part for a ac condensor and I was needing something compatible. The rep had a willing to help me find the right part and went over and beyond in my opinion helping me find it.So thank you Ganesh for your service today.

Everytime I go there they have the parts I need. At a great price. And service is always awesome.

These guys were great. All I needed were too small things and they were very busy but still helped me. I spent a total of $2 but they treated me like I was buying an engine from them. I spend more time in other auto parts stores because of my work hours. Napa caters to mechanics and closes somewhat early. But I will be happy to make the time to stop here again and have already called them about something else I needed.

This is a well established, respected, and reputable business. Everyone is helpful and makes sure that you get what you need. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need and will answer any question about your particular automotive project that you may have. You'll never leave with the wrong part or a cheaply made part. All of the parts, tools, and supplies sold here are high quality and priced competitively. I have been a customer here for more than fifteen years and will continue to be a customer.

Just had my break lights quickly repaired by Jack in the heat of the mid afternoon. Offered him a tip and he graciously declined, yet he generously stopped what he was working on when I pulled in. There's great businesses, but there's also just great people. These guys are certainly both!

The best part about going to NAPA parts stores is they ALWAYS have the parts i need for my vehicle. I also love their receipts because they don't fade like the others so it is easier to keep track of any dates and warranties i may have.

Great auto parts store. I was needing 2 hydraulic hoses and couldn't find them anywhere. The guys and girls at napa made the hoses for me in shop in 10 minutes. Prices are good but the customer service was excellent!

Was looking for battery lug to replace my OE. Store had few which were not a direct replacement. The counter staff searched book and couldn't find one either .... so with his kind help and a little creativity we found another solution. 5 star for great staff and willingness to understand the customer's need and effort to provide solutions. ...WITH A SMILE!

I like to support the local small business. They are independently owned. I try to buy American made parts. Most big brand name stores employ people who don't have a clue. I like to support NAPA.

They are the best parts supply in the area, always have everything I need for my 88 bronco and 94 gmc, they are very helpful and polite been doing business with them for over 40 years now and I won't go anywhere else!!!!

This place price gouging is what they do. I went in for a $25 belt and they tried to charge me $78 dollars for it. Never will I ever return to such a scamming and deceiving place ever again. Worst Napa I ever went.

I brought in an aftermarket radiator plug that needed to be replaced. The employee spent an hour finding something that was close and modifying it to fit my radiator. No one else could help me, including the dealer.
