Without a doubt, the best in the business. Nobody knows Volkswagens like these guys do.It s a little out of the way and may not quite look like someplace that provides top notch service with the utmost knowledge, but I can assure you, it most definitely is.I ve been taking my VW to these guys for the past 5 years, ever since I had first bought it, and it s the best decision I ever made; aside from the car itself!Every single time I ve had it in with them, I know they re going to do the absolute best job possible. I never have to worry that something is going to go wrong after driving away.These guys really know how to keep a customer happy and coming back every time.If you ve got a Volkswagen that needs ANY kind of service, this is the place to go.

Anyone looking for maintenance and/or repairs on their VW should look no further than Jason's Bug Ranch. They provide honest and reliable service. Nate is great! He explained every detail of my issues and provided a thorough explanation of what my problem was and what the outcomes would be, along with a breakdown of repairs. I appreciated their honesty. I had recently bought a 2015 VW CC that was making horrible noises. I contacted Jason's Bug Ranch to hopefully gain a professional insight. Nate was super helpful and very honest about what was going on. I went back to the dealer where the car was purchased and was able to be upfront about the issues and the noise due to Nate's insight. I am more than grateful for their honesty and super appreciative.

Nate is awesome. Jason's Bug Ranch is the ONLY place I would trust with my Volkswagen. Transparent, honest, fair, never pushy.... I feel like their priority is to keep me safe on the road. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thanks, especially Nate.

Anyone looking for an experienced mechanic for their VW, I highly recommend giving Jason and Nate the opportunity to help you with their service. I had a battery draw that I could not troubleshoot myself and did not want to return to the VW dealership. Nate was great with keeping me updated, explaining what they discovered, and how to resolve it. Jason was a savior and with his expertise he was able to find the issue and replace the bad part.My frustration of having to deal with a defective part is over and I'm back on the road!Jason's Bug Ranch has gained another loyal customer!

Best Volkswagon repair shop around. A budget friendly place, that stomps the dealership competition out. They will only do what you ask them to do. They never try to sell you more service. Tell them what you need, that's all they do. Competitive pricing, best service around. Appointment is recommended, as they are busy.

Very honest and at a great price and great quality. I don't trust my VW Golf with anyone else (other than an oil change)...Although they have done those for me, too. Highly recommended!

Can t recommend them enough. Nate and his team are wonderful. After a long search, I ve finally found a shop that is both knowledgeable and fairly priced. They do great work. Have had both regular maintenance and repairs done. All to my total satisfaction. If you ve got a VW, this is your place. Glad I found these guys!

I've recently purchased a VW New Beetle and brought it into Jason's Bug Ranch because they were highly spoken of from the individual whose car I bought. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, I didn't feel gouged, and was brought up to speed on a few things that could be done in the near future. I'm hoping that should I have any issues with my vehicle, Jason's Bug Ranch will be able to take care of any issue at a reasonable price.

Awesome guys, awesome service, they can do anything and everything Volkswagen. Better than dealer service at a lower price, always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. I've been going here for over 3 years and have never been let down. I wouldn't have been able to own a Volkswagen without their support. Thank you!!!

They are the best! They are the best mechanics I have ever dealt with. They are honest, professional, competent, and friendly. The work is great and the prices are quite Fair. Anybody who drives a Volkswagen should take care of their car at Jason's.

My first experience with these guys, while it took a couple trips, has been great. The AC issue on my out of warranty 2015 Golf was a bear to diagnose but Nate kept me informed and advised of costs along the way. I really appreciated their approach and I'll be back for regular maintence. There is nothing fancy about their facility but their team knows VW's. I highly recommend them!

I have taken my Volkswagen Jetta there many times. The team over there is great! They always had time to fit me in they're busy day. They are very appropriate and they took their time to explain everything to me about vehicle. The pricing very fair. I highly recommend them! It had been my best experience with car repair. I would still be going to them if I still have my Volkswagen.

I took my 1995 Gti Vr6 to Jason's Bug Ranch for multiple repairs. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received from their team. Nate educated me about the ins and outs of my car, they are very passionate about working on Volkswagens. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who has a VW, they are very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them for future repairs. I can say they are one of the best shops in town. Great service and excellent prices.

Expert service at a fair price! These guys know there Vdubs! The dealer will not be seeing me again anytime soon... Great communication through out the process and let me know what to target for future maintenance without the pressure you get from the dealerships; reminded me of chatting with a buddy who happens to be a mechanic.

This is the place to take your VW. They love what they do and strive to do the best work the first time you bring it in. They don't sugar coat repairs and are up front and honest about cost and time of repairs. They want you to enjoy driving your VW again and that was exactly how I felt when I got my car back. They are experts in VW vehicles and have reasonable prices. I highly recommend you give the Bug Ranch a try before emptying your bank account going to the dealership.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Called to ask where the garage was at? The person who answered the phone was completely rude. Asked why was I going there without an appointment..Was basically offering him a free car because we had no use for it and figured he was a VW guy and could use the car for parts. We never got that far sadly due to his lack of professionalism on the phone. Luckily we found another place VW Euroworks in Winter Garden as well. Way nicer people and service ..I ll be using them (we actually own two more VW SUV)

I highly recommend you take your VW to Jason's Bug Ranch. Nate takes good care of your car. He explains what needs to be done and what can wait. Prices are reasonable. They have gone out of their way to fix any issue my car has.

Enthusiastic crew and well-run shop. Came in for an oil change, which took longer than expected, and left with a big laundry list of recommended repairs on car that runs beautifully. Really wanted to like this place because I can walk there fm my house and it's locally owned. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing new-customer experience for me. I recognize they have their fans and wish them the best of luck.

Jason's Bug Ranch is AWESOME. THESE GUYS KNOW VW's. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy. They do not try and sell you services you don't need. (Unlike the Dealership) their prices are very reasonable. If you own a VW and you need it serviced, I highly recommend you give them a call!

Best VW shop in FL. When I moved to FL almost 20 years ago I was driving a Jetta. VW of America suggested I see Nate and Jason at the VW dealership on OBT (forget the name of what it was called back then). I am currently driving my 5th VW and all of them have been fantastically maintained by Jason and Nate. I am so glad they decided to leave the dealerships and open their own shop. If you own a VW, you'd be crazy not to take here. The workmanship, integrity, knowledge, friendliness, and prices are outstanding.

Brought my 2001 diesel beetle with Nate and his guys, they are awesome, explained everything in detail, car is like new thanks to Jason's Bug Ranch, truly professionals. Recommend to anyone needing service on there VW.
