Great experience. Stopped by to browse their selection of fifth wheels. JD Dance assisted us. He answered all of our questions as we toured the models they had available. We appreciated that we didn t have to deal with any high pressure sales tactics. The entire staff was welcoming.

We bought 2015 Dutch Star early 2023. My sales man Scott was a dream to work with. He is always available if I have questions, even after the sale. I had it in for service, I can't say enough good about Warren in the service. He always kept me updated on the service work. They gave me a price for my Newmar Baystar, and they had the exact same one on the lot with more miles, not as clean and not as many options for $129,000. They offered me $60,000. I knew it was not going to be close to the $129,000, but come on $70,000 less. I would have closed the store and gone fishing with a profit like that. When I questioned them about the difference they said theirs had some wiggle room. So if you're shopping there ask for the wiggle discount. Hopefully there won't be a gone fishin sign on the door.

Needed a AC unit ASAP for a emergency and was actually recommend by another local RV store competitor. Was helped by a gentleman named Bud and he was extremely helpful and responded to my emergency. When I went to pick up the unit the staff welcomed me and was taken care of promptly. The place is clean and organized!

Our experience with purchasing a new Baystar through Independence RV was exceptional. Everyone we worked with....Zak, Jodi, Paul, and Justin were all top-notch. Very quick response to any question or concern, and an obvious dedication to incredible customer-service. We were even introduced to the owner and able to share our positive experiences with him. Although we were 3 hours away, "the difference was worth the distance." They now have us as customers for life. Thanks to all!

This dealership is an absolutely wonderful location and well represents the finest RV's in the industry Newmar. My wife and I researched RV's for over a year and after dealing with our salesman Jeff Hazen he made the experience to trade for a 2020 Ventana a wonderful one for us, no pressure and was always there to answer questions from us. Another awesome group of team members was Justin Jordan who went over the entire coach with us the day of delivery and I can not express enough thanks to Paul Morrow and his mechanic Jeff as they made sure everything that was not perfect was corrected or replaced they went above and beyond representing this Diamond dealership, also my hats off to the parts manager Chris Crawford he was very accommodating and well worth the mention. Purchased our 2702 Bay Star from these guys and hands down the build, make and service is in a class of its own. Malcom our sales rep was very instrumental with assisting us from showing us several models to talking pros and cons. Jody with their office/admin staff was very punctual with information and follow ups during the process and a pleasure to deal with. Justin knocked the demo tour out of the park talk about experience and service . Someone should buy that guy a tractor . All jokes aside this is more than a dealership, service or detail shop . They are down to earth and make shopping and buying a pleasure from start to finish. Thanks

I work at a Newmar dealership in Indiana and was unable to effectively fix a decent sized issue on one of our customer's Ventana's we had scheduled in to wait for that and another couple jobs. They were heading down to Independence's area, so I called and spoke to Tom in service. He got the customer's info and had Shane call them an hour later to schedule them in. Both fellas were awesome and I would definitely use their service department if I was a Newmar owner.

Independence RV is a wonderful dealership that truly cares about their customers. They earned Newmar's prestigious Diamond Award for 95% customer excellence, and it's easy to see why. Their sales team knows their products, and they're honest about each deal. Their prices are incredible. The service team is equally amazing. Their top two service techs have over 70 years combined experience. Management actually cares about their customers. This all comes from ownership that is dedicated to making a difference. I've been to quite a few RV dealerships, but my experience at Independence RV is unparalleled!

Pam and I want to thank Chris, Don and Warren for outstanding support in repairing our Kountry Star in only three days from the time we asked for assistance. We had several lightning strikes at our home that took out our drinking water well along with several other items including damage to our motorhome. Both of the A/C units were taken out along with two GFICs. I purchased a new circuit board for the front A/C unit on Monday but that did not fix it. Pam and I were in talking with Chris and Warren on Tuesday which resulted in an appointment on Thursday. Don came in while we were talking with Chris and then the conversation included Pam, Chris, Don and I. Don said he could look at our coach the next morning at 8:00AM. I ended up being about an hour late, a mix up on my part. Warren called to see where I was and I was about ten minutes out. Don had our MH fixed by early afternoon. I tried to pay for the hour that I arrived late, but Warren refused to accept that . It was my fault and felt I should pay for the hour that was reserved to repair our MH. Don saved our trip to the Keys this weekend that has been planned for several months. We purchase our 2003 Kountry Star from Independence RV in 2003 and all service and repairs have been outstanding.

We found Independence RV by accident when searching for a new RV. During our search, we saw what we wanted on their website and gave them a call. Negotiating with Ricky Dee, our sales persons was easy and stress free. No pressure tactics, no games. Once we reached an agreement, the whole team at the dealership jumped in an made our buying experience one of the best we have ever had. While we were onsite doing the run through of the systems, they could not have been more welcoming, helpful, and positive. The word "no" is not in there vocabulary. They are perfectionists about the quality of the product and service that they deliver. Not only do we feel that we got great value for our money in the Newmar coach, but we are confident that we found the best RV dealer on the east coast. As we were leaving, the Service Manager said "You are part of our family now". We truly felt that way. I highly highly highly recommend Independence RV.

I wanted to take a minute to thank the service team at Independence for solving my AC problem on my 2022 DS. Briefly the AC system would remove power, as if I hit the power button to off, but it did it on its own after 2, 3, 4 hours, intermittently. The real concern was the fact that we live in Florida and have a small dog we d leave alone in the coach. We do have Waggle monitoring system but were very reluctant to go very far or plan more than a 2 hour event knowing the coach would heat up.I first contact Newmar Support to see if they had experienced thsi type of issue or there was a systemic problem, they were very helpful, connected me with tech reps working at the factory but couldn t quite figure it out. As the coach is still under warranty I was planning to head to the mothership, thinking it may be too technical or ?? for dealer to resolve. Boy was I wrong!!!!!!!!!!I had been to Independence for a few small items and they were great, right on time and made the right repair. I know they have a stellar rep but sometimes the factory is the answer, I was coming due on an annual service as well.I contact Warren and he arrange a service date a few weeks later, when I arrived they we ready for me and wanted to proceed. Warren and I spend a few minutes talking about the service and when we started to discuss the AC problem, he paused and asked Don Snell, shop foreman to join us so he could hear it first hand. Don was there in a few minutes, he didn t rush me, asked numerous questions and listened attentively as I described the problem.Over the next week I hear from Warren that the service was completed and Don was working the AC issue. I also hear from Don twice updating me on the progress and ways he was working to isolate the issue. After seeing the write up when I picked up the coach, the process he took was evident of the determination he has to resolve the problem. He was on the phone often with Newmar and his troubleshooting process was over 2 pages. His last call to me was he was removing the electronic control and installing a manual one to isolate the automatic system. This being done the system ran for 3 consecutive days, Don isolated the issue, he then arranged for the new system controller, installed it and for the past 2 months everything works the way it was intended.I can t thank the service team for their attention to detail, can do attitude, professional knowledge and most of all keeping me updated via phone calls. I ve heard stories of dealer having coaches sit for months, both visits to Independence were very timely, coach worked on as scheduled and returned quickly.In closing, thank you Don for your in-depth knowledge and determination and to Warren for keeping on top of everything. The entire dealership is a model for all other to emulate, customer service is #1. Thank you

Buying an RV can be a process from hell...but not my experience at Independence RV. They advertise that they are highly rated and I can confirm that for this family owned business which has been sending RVs out the door for 50 years. From beginning to end I was tended to by Scott Hamilton, a most customer service-driven , non-pushy fine man who treated me with professionalism and courtesy from beginning to end. They made the transition over from coach to coach as easy as it can be. A company associate photographed me with my purchase. All in all, I was highly satisfied beyond expectations. Thanks Scott and the whole team at Independence RV!

Just purchased a 2018 Dutch Star from Independence. The transaction was very smooth from start to finish. We needed various accommodations as we lived out of state and were transitioning from our house into full time RV living. The staff at Independence was happy to help in accommodating ALL of our needs from scheduling the inspection to the delayed delivery as well as several pre purchase repairs. The post purchase orientation was extremely thorough and presented very well by an extremely knowledgeable service tech. I Wish I lived closer so I could get all my service work done at Independence! Thanks especially to JD, Jodi and Shane for making this huge purchase as painless and enjoyable as possible!!

Just bought a new to us Airstream trailer. In just one minute as a New Owner I busted the safety chain hook on the tongue.. long story short Independence RV was minutes away, I pulled in all shook up and explained my self-induced dilemma. The folks here jumped right on the repair and will be under way shortly! Currently near Orlando and have a thousand miles to go for home! Yes.. four stop enroute!If I could give a hundred stars rating I would!

We bought a used 5th wheel at Independence RV and from sales to service were treated like we bought one of their new high-end motor coaches. Malcolm worked after hours to let us come by to look at our new RV, never did we feel rushed or pressured. He went above and beyond, as did everyone, else to make sure we were 100% satisfied. From parts to service everyone we met was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone encouraged us to call anytime we had a question or concern even after the sale was completed. We had our new to us RV brought to Independence RV for an annual service. I cannot say enough good things about Tom Jenkins and the Independence technical service team. Tom kept us informed throughout the process and even assisted us with a warranty issue. The service timeline was met and the cost came in under what was quoted, and was very reasonable.
