Very, very pleased with the fair and reasonable service at Happy. I dealt with Jonathan, and I can t say enough good. My transmission was dying and he gave me an unbiased opinion to move on with the vehicle. He took the time to chat with me 3 times between in person and on the phone. I highly recommend.

Needed 3 cars inspected for a new auto insurance policy. Happy Cars performed the inspections and took care of all the paperwork in minutes, free of charge. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend these guys for good honest service at a fair price.

Jonathan and his staff were fantastic. I called yesterday and was concerned with my brakes/rotors. My dealership quoted me over 4K. Jonathan and his staff not only got me in the same day, he had my car running fantastic within a few hours. His pricing is absolutely outstanding and almost 10X less then the dealership. I will continue to bring my car here in the future as they are fantastic people who I trust will always look out for the customer. Thank you guys again for your great service.

Was traveling on my way back to TN. Needed a last minute MAJOR fix, and they squeezed me in the next morning after a phone call. Very professional. Don't let the outside "clutter" of vehicles scare you -- I will go back if I ever visit that town again.

Had a great experience with Manager Jonathan. Was beyond honest, FRIENDLY, and took the time to explain things whereas other big chains just dont do. I was referred to his shop from a vendor and hopefully passing along this referral. In the least compare his estimate to your others. While I was there I observed him help a stranded motorist who literally idled in and left free of charge! Great job Jonathan

It is extremely difficult to find a great mechanic and one you can trust. Happy Cars has both! My husband and I were half our way there when we noticed they had already close half our before. We send a message to their Facebook page and they came to make the sale. They're wonderful honest people. The SUV we purchased is in great shape and we haven't had any problem with it. The owner also make other repairs such as a/c, breaks, and almost everything in cars. I recommend 100%

Very kind people, but I visited a month ago for a photo inspection for my insurance, and they still haven't submitted the paperwork. After a few calls and them assuring me it would be taken care of, I'm still left with no photos and driving with suspended insurance. Not pleased.

I'm very disappointed. My car was leaking oil and they charged me $ 213 for the service, unfortunately the car came home a lot worse now with 2 problems: another oil leak and a sensor problem (which it there wasn't before) and they want to charge me more than $ 300 to do a job that should have been done before.

This is only for the "dealership" side. Do not waste your time. I drove over an hour to see car they said was in perfect condition. I got there and it should have just been in a junk yard.

Place is slow. Appointment for an installation that is supposed to take an 1 �. Is taking 2 and still going . Waited an hr past appointment time to even start on my vehicle
