I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with this business. I initially went in to get a quote for two tires, and although there was a misquote in the price, it was still fair. Unaware of the misquote, I decided to order the tires anyway. Just a few hours later, the tires arrived and were installed swiftly and without any issues.During the process, the staff informed me that I would also need back tires and I assured them I would return in the near future to purchase them. When it came time to pay, the gentleman at the counter informed me that there had been a mistake with the price, but to my delight, they honored the original quoted price. It's rare to find a business that would do that, but I knew it was an honest mistake.Furthermore, all my questions were answered promptly and accurately, and I was in and out of the shop in just 45 minutes. I will definitely be recommending Clarks to my family and friends. Their exceptional service, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond have left a lasting impression on me.~Moses~

Had no appointment, but pulled up at 8:05 and they took me right in after speaking about my ac issue. Checked, added Freon and dye to system and will monitor for leaks, etc. Not a 100% fix, but I felt like it was an honest assessment of the system. This review is subject to change based on future actions. But as of this writing, I good to good in this holding pattern.

I'm from Connecticut I bring my car to Clarks they're the best. the best prices the best atmosphere they do great work never had a problem they stand behind all their work I bring all my work to them thank you all you guys you are the best

We had a nail in our tire, when we brought it in it was looked at right away and Tony was so fantastic showing my son how to fix and patch a tire. He was so kind and considerate !! We will be back for sure!

Google is asking for an update. So I will confirm it's still a great place. Not sure what you say for a place I go for tires and oil. Other than they have always been on time and nothing has failed me. They are nice? All I can really say is I trust them with my car for what thas worth from a random guy on the internet. 10+ years of putting the drain plug back.

There truly are not any honest mechanics anymore. The only positive I can say about this place is they were able to get me right in, which should have been a red flag. Came in for an alignment, rotate and balance, the guy did the call me into the shop to have a look trick to try to convince me to buy new tires from him. Tires had minimal wear because they have less than 5000 miles on them.

I call and ask about getting my car looked at he told me to come on in. I drop the car off as plann within a couple of hours he call with the information. I am please with the service I received great job

The folks at Clark tire and Automotive are gold. They are amazing group of people that truly care about the repair of your car and not about the money. They listen very carefully to you and they fix the problem right the first time. It s a family run business and it shows. They ve been around for a long time for a reason. I've brought my vehicles here for over 7 years and am so pleased with their service and honesty. They give it to you straight, and only perform the service that needs to be done. Never an up sell or any shady, unnecessary "repairs". If you live remotely near the Winter Garden area, Clark Auto needs to be your mechanic. Excellent business!

Clark s does great work and more than anything else I believe they are honest with me about the repairs my vehicles need. I ve been using them for 5 years and I drive used cars so I have used them often. I highly recommend them. Don t go anywhere else.

The main person in charge, I believe his name is Kyle, is very pleasant and professional. He always gives me great service and I have been going to him a little over a year now. The pricing is fair and the repair is usually fast. This is the place we always take our cars when there is an issue. They have such integrity and do great work. We have older cars, so if there are multiple repairs they will let us know if we can wait on any of them to help us not have as big a financial hit at once. 100% recommend them!

Clark Tire and Automotive is top of the line when it comes to auto repair and maintenance. Although the facility is a bit run down, the staff is honest and helpful and the cost is very fair. I have been taking my vehicle here for years and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

I hit something in the road on Daniels and one of my rear tires lost all air immediately. I limped to Clark Tire. i have an unusual car (Italian) with run flats. No problem for Clark, they ordered the tire and had it mounted and ready to go by the same afternoon. Even gave me a lift home and back when the tire was finished and the price was reasonable. By far the best mechanic I have ever been to. Usually I feel like whenever I take my car in other places I get haggled into doing more than I need to and for a price that is sky high. Here, they always work with me and I ve even walked out paying LESS than what I thought I would because of how they addressed the problems with my car. I would recommend them 100% and have only ever taken my car here since discovering their business!

I've used this shop for over 10 years and I refer people here every chance I get. Each person I've referred has come back to thank me for helping them find an honest shop with fair prices.Services that I've had performed here are:Toyota Camry - replace water pump & timing belt (Todd advised me to replace these at the same time to save on labor), CV axle, alternator, and many oil changes.Chrysler minivan - battery testing, tires patched, and oil changes.On more than one occasion I've asked them to troubleshoot an issue ("what's causing this noise?") and after throwing it on the lift they report back the issue without even charging me - when I ask "what do I owe you?" they just ask that I come back in for future work. This is very rare in this day and age, in case you don't know!I read another review about bad customer service and let me just say the customer service is outstanding...it's a family owned company with a small staff, so sometimes the guy behind the counter has to answer the phone, the staff has been very professional with me in every case, and yes sometimes I have to wait in line for a minute or two (but not usually), and I've only heard a professional tone towards other customers.Summary: if you're looking for a shop that has a fair price and honest staff go here. If you want to get ripped off while someone smiles at you, then look elsewhere (aka the dealership).

Great people to work with and I love supporting small business. I took my tires to be mounted and balanced and they were quick. When I took it back for an alignment a week later I asked them to check the balance as I know it can be difficult to balance bigger tires. They told me it was spot on. After 2 weeks of tire shake I took it to Discount Tire and they told me every single wheel was off.Also for my alignment, it was off. The tech didn't make my steering wheel was straight. So they did it again and somewhat corrected the issue but it was still crooked. Also, the alignment is still off. This isn't the first issues I've had with them but I figured I'd give them a 2nd and 3rd chance.My suggestion to management/ownership is to trust but verify. Follow up with your techs and make sure things are being done correctly. Clearly in my case it was not, multiple times. Also have your balancing machine calibrated. It has now cost me $100 to have it fixed. I coulda took it to a big box store to start and saved myself $85. I gave it a 3 star for their friendliness. 0 star on the work.

Great customer service. They just checked out my RX a couple days ago and gave me the honest truth on what I needed done. They weren't trying to talk down on me or upsell me, they just gave me straight shooter response of what needed to be done. They were understanding of my budget and gave me a list of what needed to be done, in order of importance.Toyota dealer wanted repairs done that didn't need to be done, and the mechanics picked up on it, and assured me no such work needed to be done.My rear valve cover was leaking, and they said I'd need to replace it, but if I was tight on funds, just to keep my oil topped up, if I noticed any major loss in my oil level.I plan on returning to have them install the gasket and any other fluid changes or repairs that may be needed in the future.They are busy a lot so it's best to come in the morning. And they sometimes they slightly misquote a price every now and then from past dealings, but they're honest people.

I'm relatively new to the area and my warranty ran out from my car dealer so I needed a less expensive option to get my oil changed. Clark Tire is that place because oil change, tire rotation, and tire patch were just under $100.In addition I felt very welcome at this place. I interacted with 3 different employees and they were friendly and very informative when I asked questions.
