Very very nice guy to do business with. Exceptional customer service and knowledgeable team. I came into the shop today to have cam bearings installed in a Chevy 4.3 V6 block. Little did I know, the camshaft was slightly warped as well. He straightened it out for me and even polished the journals on the cam to make sure it would spin smoothly in the bearings. He had this all done for me in less than two hours! On top of that, prices are very reasonable. I live about 45 minutes away and there are other machine shops closer to me but I will be traveling the distance to go to this machine shop from now on for all my machine shop needs. Thank you...

I've had some machine work done here, and have had them correct work done by other machine shops. Rob and his crew know what they're doing, and they don't try to rip you off. The work they've done has been reasonably priced and perfect. They are cash only - as a heads up. If you need an honest machine shop, look no further.

Was recommended to these gentlemen after I had an engine built somewhere else and failed. Robert was upfront and direct with all the info provided. They did take a little longer than expected however Robert did say that this may happen and to give him a call anytime, was never bothered by my calls to him. Instead provided me with updates every time. Greatly appreciated and I will def have these guys build me another engine if need be. Wish I knew about them sooner.

Very nice guy. Very knowledgeable, but find a different place to go unless you don't mind waiting 6months or more to get your engine done. Was told it could have gotten done sooner if I called every of day but that's not how I do business.

My experience was a 3 year nightmare!!!!!I took my engine here because of the positive reviews and Rob said he had oldsmobile torque plates.From the beginning I stated that my number one concern was reliability. I paid for the best parts available plus an additional$11K. that I paid Rob to insure this engine would last ( although he ordered the wrong valves and cut them down ). Then I paid to have the engine dynoed to make sure there were no leaks and no other problems. Finally got the engine back many months after he promised even though he charged an expedite fee .When I started the engine with the old starter, the new started he ordered was wrong ( over $200 wasted ). The engine leaked severely from the oil filter housing ( wrong gasket ).From the beginning the engine had extreme blowby coming from the filler tube ( that Rob made excuses for ).Within months the engine seized ( never been over 5000 rpm )!!!Rob said to pull the engine and bring it to him. When I told him that the shop I had remove the engine the first time would not remove it again because it took so long. Rob gave me a number of another shop that he recommended. The guy wanted full payment up front as he had to store the car. Midway through the rebuild he demanded that I get the car out the shop and would not return the money.Rob ordered the wrong pushrods ( was supposed to be restricted ) plus the bronze distributer gear was almost gone . I had to order new connecting rods as one was destroyed. I found a composite distributor gear ( Rob said they were not available ).I also had to buy the correct restricted pushrods plus new roller lifters ( another 4k+ ). Was forced to do so ( no place to store car ). When I finally got the engine back the second time it smoked severely and used a lot of oil. He admitted he didn't use the torque plates ( may not have even honed the engine ).Had to take it to a second shop to have it rebuilt correctly . Now it does not use any oil nor is there any blowby or smoke ( for a fraction of what I paid Rob!!!!!! )

Very nice and timelyPontiac 400 camshaft ate itself when i accidentally ran it dry and the debris in turn ate the cylinders and crankshaft of course which wasnt fun but they shaved it down to 30 within a weekRuns beautiful now

Incredible service, Took my car to power coat my wheels. He got is done in less than a day, that included dismounting and mounting/balancing. They came out perfect. Super professional, courteous service. He even cleaned my car, and fixed my front lip on my car. Would very highly recommend. 5 stars!!

Recently had a set of 343 cyl heads redone. They did a great job. Excellent customer service the heads were finished and ready when promised. Highly recommend them.

Phenomenal experience. Shop owner went above and beyond any and all expectations to help with a small issue I was having regarding a charge pipe for my girlfriends car. Past business with them has been perfect! This is truly a business that provides great customer service and cares about helping their customers in any way they can!

This is the best motor shop in the southeast. They have a Dyno for testing and tuning. Some of the best guys work there. This shop knows HP! They do a great job and have great prices. Would recommend to anyone.

Have been friends with Robert lizzi for around 40 years. There is nobody more honest and upfront with you than him. I highly recommend that you visit his shop and talk with him. He's very knowledgeable and personable. The shop is a great place to do business with.

After making about 12 phone calls all over central Florida, this was the only shop that would give me the time of day. I was in a bind and needed a crankshaft balanced. Every other place I called said it would be 2 to 3 weeks. Not this shop. Robert told me to bring it down and had it done in two days. What awesome service !!! Thank you guys.

CJ at central Florida machine did a FANTASTIC job on my cylinder head and was very good at communicating down to detail how the process works & had the work done in a timely manner. He did such a great job! I ll definitely do business here again!

Great work, highly recommend if you are NOT in a hurry. Was originally quoted 2 weeks for a block bore/surface and head job. Took 9 weeks. Other than that, excellent staff and work.

Known these people for a very long time, like back in high school. Very knowledgeable, excellent workmanship, great prices on parts I need to build my motors. They can do anything from stock to exotic, like a blown alcohol motor.
