Caliber did a great job with our car. They kept us informed throughout the process and stuck to the promised time frame. Our car was clean and looks awesome. Highly recommend them! It was the best body shop experience ever.

I had my car in for an insurance claim and Caliber handled everything from the insurance estimate to performing the repairs in a very professional manner. Roger was great to work with and knows what he's doing. The work was done well and completed ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend getting your collision repairs done at Caliber.

My car was stolen and damaged right before the holidays. Caliber Collision took great care and keeping me informed in the process if the repairs. They went above and beyond and even were able to address some minor issues that were not related to the theft. When I picked up my car, it was better than it was before it was stolen. I hope never the need use their service again but if I do, I know all will be fixed.

Tim from Caliber Collision was truly the best! He was so friendly and helpful with my car and I loved working with him throughout the process. He even drove me home when I dropped the car off which was so kind of him. Definitely would recommend this place and Tim to all my friends.

If you like orange peel, this shop is for you They have no respect for people s time. Had my GMC worked on about 2-3 months ago. During the disassembly process, they broke two pieces of molding. They replaced one with new, and it says Silverado right across it instead of gmc. Other one they never replaced. Many phone calls later with no response. Finally drop the truck off yesterday morning to get it fixed and went back today afternoon to pick it up, guess what there s my truck hasn t been touched. So I grabbed one part they had available on install myself , Bill said he ll drop off the other part when it comes in. We ll see.

2 week repair took more than 2 months due to lack of paying attention and quality control. Still dont have my car complete and am still waiting on a refund due to their oversight.

Worst Shop Ever! Had my Jeep in for Repair, Jeep has Rhino Coating Texture on it, They had to repair the right door and replace step. This took weeks longer then was told and when I picked up Jeep. You can clearly see the door was patched not even sanded down properly, then took the easy route and just painted half my Jeep, So most of my Jeep is Rhino Coated and now the right side is painted and does not have the same texture. Went to talk to Manager and they said sorry we did the best we could, you need to take it up with insurance (Horrible Response from a Manager). I understand this was not an easy fix but simple communication with the customer before doing this would have been preferable. We could have discussed how bad the Jeep would look and discuss a better solution. Frustrated that they had the jeep for so long and to this day very frustrated when it rains because one side beads up because of the paint the other side is matte. If you insurance provides you with this shop as an option, save yourself and choose one of the other options.

I recently got into a fender bender and had dropped my car off at this location. It needed to be towed elsewhere but Roger Palmer went above and beyond helping me when I couldn t be there. He was extremely informative even though I didn t use his services. If he s this attentive and helpful with someone who isn t his customer, I can t imagine for someone who is!

They did fine work, but extended the ETA multiple times throughout the whole process, and communication on their part was a bit lacking. Thankfully my rental was covered by my insurance, but if I'd been paying for it out of pocket, that would have been a serious problem.

Excellent customer service. As they waited on the delivery of parts, they kept me updated every step of the way. In addition they communicated with my car rental place which I didn't have to do and I appreciated that. It basically was a One-Stop shop.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Roger and The Caliber Collision team in Winter Garden treated me like family. Not only is my car as good as new now, but they also helped me to get my rental car squared away and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I am so very thankful for all of their hard work. I never would wish upon anyone to have something happen to their car, but if and when something goes wrong, I will absolutely be recommending Caliber Collision in Winter Garden!

Caliber Collision did a Great Job on my Vehicle repairs they got me in a rental and finished up my repairs a week ahead of time I was kept updated during the whole process and Tim by Service Advisor was ***** and the rest of the staff was great as well.
