No stars if it was a setting for thatplease don t go to this car lotThey sell lemons cars.They use to be good but over the yearsThe service is very poor and the cars are lemons.Warning don t buy a car from here.

I just bought a car from here yesterday and I m so happy ! First off I was there for less than 2hrs everything was straight to the point and they answered all my questions. I went to 10 different dealerships before I found this one and I wish I would have found them first! definitely would recommend this place!

I was very suspicious of going to a used car dealer, however I've been pleasantly surprised by these guys. On our second car from them. The first one drove and worked great. It was totaled in a wreck, B&A got us into another vehicle the same day we went there. It also has worked great for over a year now. They have also been very good working with us financially, more than fair I would say. I Highly Recommend them!

Bought a 2009 Nissan Cube few months back and it looks and drives like new. The staff was great and really took care of me and really helped me out with I was desperate and didnt take advantage like other dealers. Highly highly recommend getting a car from them

With so many buy here pay here places it's hard to know who to trust. I've been buying from Todd for years and he is always helpful and the best deal by far. Any problems I know I can call and get an honest assessment of the problem and a great price. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family any chance I get.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend at all. My husband and I bought a cash car here back in March of 2022, and it didn't even last 2 months. Broke down in the middle of the highway, had it towed to the shop and they said it would cost 10K to fix! Go anywhere else but here. TRUST ME.

I purchased my Pontiac Solstice from here approx 4 years ago & I am back looking at what they have for sale now that I'm ready to purchase another vehicle. The Owner was very kind and helpful when I bought it & made the buying process quick and easy as well as the lady that works the front desk. They have been helpful each month when i made my payment & I paid my car off 6 months ago & didn't have to wait long for the title. I recommend this car lot & I appreciate the great experience. Thanks Y'all!

Well I want to comment on my experience with B&A auto sale, I bought my car 2 and a half years ago and so far I am about to finish paying for it and I have not had any type of problem, B&A auto sale has the best service to the public for sale in car, and apart with my ex-wife we bought 3 cars that also turned out very well, and I say if you need a car go there Todd and his brother will take care of you, as well as Carmen who is also a very professional person, well do not wait start for B&A car comes out they will welcome you with open arms. take care

Paid around 17k for the vehicle and monthly repairs. Paid it off it broke down and I was told it was 10k to fix. They were rude and told me it was my problem since I paid it off. Awful experience. Do not use their mechanics. They took out my drive shifter supposedly rebuilt the engine and transmission. Everything was messed up. I was in tears. Carmen was the best. She catches hell because of their foolishness. Sorry Carmen. I will find payments and post them to show you are a liar.

Todd at B&A goes above and beyond in working with you. I absolutely LOVE my experience there, they work with you on payments, the office staff especially Carmen know you by first name, always courteous. This has been the best car buying experience ever!My vehicle an HHR, has been reliable, the only thing I had to do was get new tires, and brake pads. Which is normal wear and tear.I would highly recommend B&A to anyone out there looking to get a reliable vehicle at the BEST prices.

Todd was super nice and super helpful to find me a really good safe car and had a lot of knowledge about each car and how it runs and what not. This place definitely it s a place that rips you off on a price for a car. They are in great condition and it s not a car lot that you would expect. Super friendly environment and best of all really good prices for really amazing cars.

Just about finished paying off my car so thought I d give a review..My experience with B&A has been the smoothest and most pleasant car buying option I ve ever had. Everyone was extremely nice from the first moment I walked in and since paying on the vehicle. I bought an old 2001 Highlander and still love my car! Only have to get the normal maintenance for the car like oil change and tires and it still runs great. Looking to purchase another vehicle with them soon! Thank you, Todd, John, and Carmen. It s been a pleasure!

AMAZING team! B&A helped us secure 3 15 passenger vans for our special needs schools. Great price and they made sure we got good safe vehicles, still under warranty for our kids! Cannot say enough great things about John, Jenny and Mark! So so thankful!

Today I bought my first new car. I was referred to them by my friend, and a few other people and I was NOT disappointed. They were very friendly, quick and helpful. I was there maybe a hour and drove off the lot. The car was clean and everything I was looking for. 10/10 Recommended. Thank you B & A Auto for everything.

I bought a suv for my son 2-3 years ago from B & A. The buying experience was very simple and the staff was quite helpful. They have treated me great when it comes to the repairs on that vehicle, as well as the other cars we own. I have friends who have bought several cars from B & A, they have also told me good things about the dealership!

I wouldn t go to these people at all to buy a vehicle!!! My nieces unfortunately bc of her situation had to get a couple cars and they are so shady and lie!!! Don t waste your time or breath!!! Horrible place of business!!!

I have been searching for a car for foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrr thank God for ba auto and Todd and his team. Not only were they patient but they were truly genuine. As a former car salesman I know there s a lot of loopholes to get more money out of customers but I can truly say at B&A auto sales this is not the case. They were completely honest upfront about the price and conditions of the car. Our family will definitely be returning customers.

To be completely honest and to the point. B&A Auto Sales has hands down been the most helpful car dealership I have been to. For my first car, I have everything I need in working order. I've had my car for about 3 months almost and I have had issues with it, but they've been right there beside me the entire step and have fixed everything that's went wrong. I will defiantly be back when I need a new car.

I'm a repeat customer. They will work with you. Todd is great. Highly recommend going here for a reliable used car. They are the bank so everyone qualifies with verifiable income, proof of residency, valid driver's license, and of course insurance.

The cash cars are all lemons. Why would you sell a vehicle that you know won't last more than 2 or 3 months to a customer. I brought 1 vehicle from there before was told it runs good very reliable 2 weeks later transmission stop working.

I went to B&A on Dec 27, 2013 to purchase a car for my daughter to drive to school. B&A Auto Sales was very friendly and helpful as well as professional. They let me drive the car and take it to my own auto mechanic. My mechanic found a few small items (IE one od the electronic door buttons it not work). B&A fixed all of the items. I paid cash for the car. I will return to B&A and buy cars in the future. Highly recommend them. ask for Todd the manager.

B and A Auto is hands down one of the best used car dealers in Central Florida!! From the excellent customer service to the quality of cars they offer. Their pricing is great and the offer ZERO percent interest!! We just bought a Chrysler Pacifica, which is our second vehicle we have bought from B and A! If you are in the market for a quality used vehicle than go see Todd at B and A Auto sales and you will know you are in good hands!!
