I have been in this store twice and both was the same. A lady who is suppossed to be the manager does not show any sign about wants to help customers. She is a kind of rude and does not know anything about customer service as I can see. Mr. Hector is the only one who wants to help genuinely to customers. My husband had buy in this store for years in a diferent location and never happened this. I hope this review helps to improve this situation.

I picked up my car from the repair shop next door only to be greeted by a battery alert. Apparently, the repair person left the lights on which drained the battery and caused it to start failing. That shop shrugged their shoulders and told me it would "probably be fine." Luckily, Hector and AutoZone were right next door. I drove over expecting to buy a battery and install it myself. Instead, he took care to ensure that I had the right battery and and swapped them out himself, right there in the parking lot. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Thank you!

I have been several times now. Employees have yet to say a word to me, even when I'm the only person in the store. No greeting, no "can I help you find somthing?" Severl times I just stand at the register waiting g to check out while they mill around stocking shelves or messing with boxes.There are not a lot of people in this area that work on thier own cars. If they can't figure out customer service, people are gonna opt to keep driving further to stores we know and trust. If it doesn't change soon, I'll gladly drive up to 50 to go to O'reilly'sAdditionally, I understand that they are not performance engine builders or even mechanics but the lack of even basic knowledge to help you find an item in the store is off putting. At least know what is in your store or how to look it up.Only up side is its close to my house.

I said it before in a earlier review and I will say it again. Today was my 7th time was visiting this specific store since it opened when I live 5 minutes away from the one on west colonial - I will not return there the customer service is mediocre at best and the workers do not give off the vibes that they are happy to help. Hamlin is the auto zone of choice after my initial experience with Hector. I look for him when I enter the store because I know I m speaking to someone who is not only friendly and professional but knows his stuff when it comes to vehicles. My civic is 8 years old and I like to do the work myself which means I find myself going into auto stores more than the average Joe. I may not know everything but I have a good idea and I know when I m speaking to a knowledgeable employee in a store. Hector is just that. Knowledgeable. Because of staff like him I can say with certainty I ll be back.

Employee "Jonah F." was very polite during a phone convo AND when I met him at the Store. He was pleasant, responsive & very helpful. If I were not Retired, he is the type of employee whom I would want working for me! KUDOS Jonah !

When it comes to my vehicle I m very lost. My last visit was probably one of the best services I ve received in a very long time. Hector helped me find what I needed while also teaching me about my car. It s rear that a person will take the time out and make sure you understand what it is you need and do it so pleasantly. I can tell he has a passion for cars and now I will be coming back to him every time. Thank you so much for the great service. One happy customer!!!

Incredibly helpful team! My sister broke down while driving her small kids to visit Disney. The team checked out the car, determined the alternator had failed. They were able to connect her with a local mechanic who got her back on the road. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I visited this store yesterday and it was pretty busy with people but i still felt noticed by the employees there (that is rare)- these two guys working seemed to know what they were doing it was Hector who helped me get the information i needed with my wife s Mazda and helped me find what i was looking for. This guy was professional and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what i was saying (this was refreshing) i left the store with what i needed and peace of mind knowing when i do need help again with my vehicles that there is someone working at this store who knows what they are doing and is happy to be working. Thank you Hector and my local auto zone for saving the day and helping me fix my wife s suv.

Absolute lifesavers! Our car battery died when we were at the gas station at Walmart. We asked for help from the Walmart Car Center and also the Action Gator Tire across the street and neither place would help us. We called this Autozone and Justin L drove over to where our car was and gave us a jump! Then we drove our car over to Autozone and Mel T and Justin replaced the battery immediately. Both Justin and Mel couldn t have been nicer and we are so grateful that they were willing to help us on a Saturday afternoon when we were stranded. I wouldn t hesitate to come here again for their excellent customer service and care! Thanks Justin and Mel!

I m Donald Wayne who owns a Toyota Camry and walked in and out of the store satisfied due to me being ableTo talk to someone who knew what they were talking about, had experience and was very kind, named Hector. Who was very easy to work with and had a lot of knowledge on how to help me with a specific part I was looking for.

Had a CEL come on this morning and decided to stop in to get it looked at. Hector was able to scan the code and get me a quick diagnostic. Great customer service all around!!!

So this afternoon my car was having trouble or making a weird noise so I drove into AutoZone. I walked in an was immediately greeted by the salesman hector I explained what I was hearing an he knew right away that I needed brakes he was super helpful in the selection he waited with me an answered all my questions he even told me when s the next time I should stop in to check them out again not only was he very nice he was also super knowledgeable about cars an the products he is selling I will definitely be coming here an asking for hector when I have any issues on my car.
