Super Reliable and Friendly Service at Action Gator Tire, Hamlin, Winter Garden, Florida! I just had to share the great experience my daughter had at Action Gator Tire in Winter Garden. She went there because one of her tires was losing air. The team there was so helpful and friendly. They quickly found the problem, explained everything to her in a way that was easy to understand, and fixed it without any hassle. The place was also neat and welcoming.I'm really grateful for how they took care of her car and made sure everything was safe and sound. The service was quick, professional, and the price was reasonable. It's such a relief to know there's a trustworthy place we can go to for car issues.Big thanks to the folks at Action Gator Tire. We'll definitely be returning for any future car needs and I highly recommend them to others.

Don t use these guys. You could literally hear air coming from the tire. Told them are you sure there is no leak. Nothing according to them. Get into my car they loaded that tire up with 49 psi. Recommendation is 29psi and car tire says to not exceed 40 psi. Released the air down to 34. Then what do you know the psi goes to 15 on the tire I told them it had a leak. Used to use them all the time before mavis took over won t use them again.

I had the best experience today at Action Gator Tire (Hamlin). Upon leaving my house for what I anticipated was a quick lunch grab and go, I discovered one of my tires was down to 7psi. Thankfully I was in the area and able to make it to the location safely. Mike politely checked me in and had me out the door in 5 minutes. My tire was patched by the end of day, and Jose made the check out process pleasant and quick. Overall, outstanding service and a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this location for your tire needs!

I had the best experience at this location. Jose Cruz was so incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help my daughter with her car. Action Gator Tires, I am SOLD. I m a customer for life! Thank you Jose !!

I had a fantastic experience at the tire shop, and Navar went above and beyond to help fix my car. His expertise and customer service were exceptional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and dedicated staff.

Great experience! Medical issues got in the way of me remembering to get my tires rotated. With an upcoming trip, I finally got around to making an appointment. Jose and Michael were great. Both were courteous and the service was great. I was not made to feel bad for forgetting to have them done. I expected to need 4 new tires today, but thanks to the honesty of this shop, I only needed two. I will go back next time.

Took my Subaru for tire installation and an alignment. The manager Scott and his team took care of my vehicle in a timely manner, checked all fluids, battery life, and even hooked me up with a discount. I trust this tire shop and the location is perfectly located near walking distance to food places. Will definitely return here.*Pro tip: Call ahead, make an appointment, and be patient. This store gets very busy.

Jose and his staff were awesome today. Took my 16 year old for his first ever oil change, and they were extremely patient with him. Can t say enough nice things. Customer for life!!

I went in today due to having a flat tire. Mike M was super helpful and had us in and out of there within 15-20 minutes with the tire all patched up. He saw the struggle we were having, listened to our concerns, and was empathetic throughout the entire process. Great customer service. He definitely made new customers out of myself and my father-in-law.

I ve been buying and rotating tires here since they opened this location. The staff are great! Shout out to Jose and Mike for always taking the time and showing the knowledge with my questions. They are very patient guys! Thanks! I ve always been happy with the work and the recent building and lobby refresh to open up the space is very nice! Thanks again gang.

Had incredible service. From making the appointment, to service, to pick up.Called and was able to get an appointment for the same day! Looking for an oil change and a tire rotation. Dropped it off.The service was done in just a couple hours. No haggling for upselling of service. They topped off fluids and the overall inspection of our vehicle was in good shape.Was called and informed that the vehicle was ready. (Something that the Dealers these days do a terrible job of.)If you don't have the time to change your oil I would recommend Jose and his team at Action Gator Tire. Great job!(Jose, I told you I would leave you a great review.)

The team was so helpful!! We called ahead with an urgent request, and Tony helped us right away when we arrived. After Tony removed the faulty part on our car, he didn t even charge us. 10/10 experience, and I would go back in a heartbeat. They definitely care for their customers!!

Would 10/10 recommend this store, I blew my tire and they replaced it in less than an hour. Mike helped me out and he was straightforward and very quick with his work, also let me keep the car in their lot for 3 days while I shipped in a tire. If something happens to your tire or you just need new ones I would 100% recommend coming here and asking for Mike!

Another great experience at Action Gator Tire. Mike R. went above and beyond cleaning everything under the hood of my Jeep, along with the oil change, tire rotation and air filter replacement. My headlight went out and I bought a replacement, but after a quick YouTube tutorial I realized changing it might be a challenge with needing to access it under the hood as well as behind the tire. I called Action Gator Tire and Jose answered. He said bring it in after work and he ll get it swapped. I came by after work and it was a busy day based off the parking lot and seeing that every mechanic seemed to be actively working. Jose stopped what he was doing and took the time in the parking lot to swap on my headlight. Thank you, Jose, and Action Gator Tire!

Although there s a store closer to my house in Windermere, I prefer to drive to Hamlin because of the customer service they provide. Jose always goes above and beyond to make sure that my car and my whole family s car is in good stand and up to date . He makes us feel cared and not just like one more customer.Thank you to the whole team for being amazing.

Experienced an unexpected flat on a busy Saturday yet they were generous enough to still get me taken care of even though they were pretty busy i give all credit to JOSE he was so helpful and kind he personally took care of my flat and got me in and out in no time i highly recommend them! I have been going to the Action Gator at Hamlin since September 2021. They are fantastic! It was easy to get an appointment, but I have also called with a last minute need and they have gotten me taken care of same day! Will, the store manager, is wonderful! He truly remembers every single person that comes in. He explains everything that is going on with your car so you can understand and doesn t rush if you have questions. If he is not been available and another person works on your car then he does his best to check in with you before you leave. I don t trust anyone else to work on my car or do regular maintenance. Thank you so much, Will and staff!

The undercarriage of my car was dragging on the ground and I stopped in for help. The crew helped me with no questions. Instantly put my car on the lift and worked their magic. I am so happy for the help and would recommend anyone to Action Gator in Hamlin. The best crew ever- Scott, Mike and Navar!

Went to action gator hamlin today, in my opinion the most organized shop in Orlando these guys knocked out my oil change and 4 new tires within an hour they had two technicians work on the job since it wasn t busy and that made the process go by smoother and faster I dealt with Mike and Jake at the front desk and they were very respectful first off! Not only did mike get me in and out of the system fast, Mike kept informing me about the wait time of my vehicle Great communication!

I ordered tires through Action Gator Tires website and scheduled to have the tires installed at the store. It took ~ 2hrs right up to close. When I got home I realized they charged me more than the website total. I went back to complain. They said due to it being Saturday they would submit the reimbursement on Monday. It never came. I suggest using another location.

Jose was very attentive to detail. He was very knowledgeable and aware of my car s performance. We talked about the tires and how to get the most out of their lifespan. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely be referring every and any opportunity I get to do so to make sure they request Jose.

Visited February 8, 2024 as I believed the valve stem on my tire was leaking air. The gentleman at the counter, Mike, greeted me as I walked in and followed me back to the car to take a look. He rolled the tire up to the garage to inspect what the problem was, and sure enough, after filling it up with some air, we found that the valve stem had been practically severed from the tire. Mike informed me he would get it squared away, he just needed maybe 15 mins. After waiting a short time in the lobby, he came back with the tire having fixed the issue and told me I was good to go!!! Even if it was an easy fix, they did more for me than the shop next door did. I can t thank Mike and the team enough for helping me out! I ll be back, though hopefully not too soon thanks again for the help!
