This pharmacy short-changed me by 30 pills, giving me 60 instead of 90, which caused me to run out 30 earlier. When I complained and requested the full order I had paid for, the low-IQ individual who claimed to be the manager said, "We have no record of you being short-changed." How can somebody be stupid enough to say that? The only way they would have a record of short-changing a customer would be if they did it on purpose. At this place, they are always right, not the customer. Avoid.

The lady pharmacist at this store kept me waiting for an extended period just to get a flu jab. When she finally came out of the back office to attend to me, she couldn't care less about apologizing for the delay. She simply carried on as if nothing had happened and was impatient in the process of giving instructions. It was almost as if I was wasting her time. Unprofessional. I'm a Pharmacist too but I don't treat my patients like that. Do better!

Says they open at 9. Technically true. however if a business opens at 9, then they should be operating by 9. We arrived at 9 am to pick up ear drops for a very painful ear infection. However, they told us that they had just got in and would need 30 minute as they hadn t even began their processing systems for the day. They stated it in a very terse, condescending manner. When I worked in a coffee shop, we opened at 6. That means we got in at 5:00 am to be open when our hours began. I now work at a doctors office-we open at 8. So we come into work at 7:30. If you aren t ready to begin operating till 9:30, then you should change hours to match accordingly. Alternatively, if your hours begin at 9, then you should come in at time that allows you to begin operating by 9. Very unprofessional and an easy fix.

This pharmacy is by far the worst managed and incompetent I have ever encountered. They blatantly lie and jerk you around with excuse after excuse as to why theyhaven't filled your RX. I finally had to go to a different pharmacy and pay substantially extra out of pocket.

I was having issues with printing a photo and this was the second Walgreens I stopped at since the employees at the first Walgreens I went to were extremely unhelpful. When I went to this Walgreens I was greeted by a friendly worker named Lee. She was so kind and more than willing to help me fix an issue with printing a photo. She went out of her way to help me and ended up solving the issue. Lee was absolutely wonderful. Great customer service!

I ve been coming to this location for years and never had an experience like the one today. Donavan gave me a really bad attitude and was super rude with me and my wife. We just needed a passport photo and he was a really rude guy. Please train better to your personnel specially if they are up front as customer service people. Donavan should be in the warehouse where he don t have interaction with customers.

I had an AWFUL experience at this Walgreens. The manager Maria Lourdes was very rude and carried a very unnecessary attitude. I was checking out with one of the employees & she was called over to the register for help .. when she was walking over to the register I said hello , which she completely ignored. Customer service was not okay .. She did not want to accept some coupons for the purchase that I was making . I tried to explain to her how I had a 25% coupon which I showed her on my phone from MY EMAIL and she did not want to take it ... because I HAD TO have it printed out .. although the coupon clearly says, show this coupon from your phone OR print out... I did not go back and forth with her.. just very upsetting how because of customer service from the manager, that s supposed to be EXEMPLARY , I will not be visiting this store again ..

Worst customer service at the Pharmacy ever! No one addresses you. I had an appointment for 4pm for a booster. Never received a call or email saying they ran out of vaccine. Stood in line for 15 mins and was told to go to another store and make an appointment there. Pathetic.

Racki the pharmacist at this location is likely the most kind person I have ever met. She truly cares about everyone. She is thoughtful and selfless and goes above and beyond for all of her patients. We are are very thankful to have the opportunity to have her as our pharmacist.

This pharmacy is the worst when it comes to being competent at their job. We have been having the same issue for 2 yrs now apparently its tricky if you have 2 insurance. Sad

Had to drop off a package for FedEx, had a problem with the bar code but Donovan was very patient and helpful. Also the location was recently remodeled and looks very nice.

Can't tell the difference between in stock and out of stock and make you drive 50 miles because they are the only ones who have a medication in stock. Once you get there they too don't have it and instead said they ordered it for tomorrow. These liars caused me to stop searching for a pharmacy that truly did have what I needed in stock. A medication that I could not wait a day for, otherwise I would have used the store .5 miles from my house. Terrible customer service.

The pharmacy here is terrible. They always tell you they ll fill prescriptions in 5-10 minutes and we end up waiting at least an hour. Definitely don t listen to them when they say 5 minutes. Leave and come back. Terrible customer service!

Labcorp at this walgreen could not find my blood work order although my doctor s office has sent them twice already. Wasted whole morning there!

Horrible Pharmacist who cannot apply common sense and make unethical comments to the patients. I will not trust them to count the pills for my patients. Pharmacists needs to stay in their boundaries and not act as doctor as they are not one. ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS WALGREENS. Little convenience can be dangerous to your life.

Terrible customer service. "Wildfire" (I can't believe that's a real damn name) didn't understand what Mineral Oil was, and was completely uninterested in helping me find it. "I don't know, go look." Was her responses. One awful employee for a whole store at 12:30 on a week day? Ridiculous. My business is 100 yards from this place and I will NEVER bother going here again.

Terrible service in the Pharmacy. There is no point to a drive through, as I was ignored. I had to park and go into the store. The blonde lady with the accent, cashier, is unfamiliar with customer service.

This location had me waiting up until 7:33am with the store still closed when opening is at 7:00am on 09/15/2020. Got to the point where I couldn't pick up my parents medication and was late to work for nothing. Won't be doing business here going foward.

Payed 100$ out of pocket for some lady to tell me stuff I figured out myself. Bigger waste of money than an Orlando strip club. Would not recommend.
