My home insurance premium went up this year at an unbelievable rate. Even after I raised the deductible to a dangerous level, the increase was still too painful to accept. Luckily, I found Brian and he worked out a much better deal with a reasonable deductible. He also saved me a bundle with our auto insurance! He's warm, confident, and efficient. I highly recommend him!

Brian Tolan and his associates have the very best customer service. Anytime I have reached out to them, they have responded right away. Rashelle gave me great recommendations and suggestions on how to lower my premiums, and shopped for the best insurance rates for me. I currently have both a homeowner's and umbrella policy with them. I highly recommend calling them for a quote!

Brian was amazing to work with, we needed to switch insurance, never done it before and he provided great advice and guided us thru the process every step of the way.As an added bonus, everything was done electronically, and this made things even easier with getting this done and balancing busy work schedules.

Brian,did an outstanding job today. he helped me when I was most in need. I couldn t activate my insurance policy and got a lot of run around. Brian didn t hesitate and took care of the issue. he didn t take no for an answer. He goes above and beyond. I wish we had more people like him. I want to take a minute to thank Brian. He did a great job securing a new homeowner's policy for me. I have been with the same agent for over ten years, and all I ever experienced was increases in premiums. Brian offered to see what he could do to save me some money. He took his time looking for similar coverage. He presented me with similar and quality coverage for $1500 less a year. This is a significant savings!I will be using him in the future for all my coverage needs. Give him a try and see what he can do for you.

I had renters insurance with them. I never made a claim. However in all other things they were prompt and accurate. They were as professional as any other company I have had experience with. I only left because I did not appreciate the insistence on "reviewing my auto policy" that I carried with another company to "ensure that I had the coverage I thought I had". Implying that I don't have the ability to understand what I pay for was not the way to keep me loyal. Outside of that one single blunder I have no complaints about them. That blunder however was enough for me to find coverage elsewhere. I choose a place that doesn't question my ability to comprehend my coverage. Brian, perhaps you should change your approach on how you leave your customers feeling.

they sent a flyer showing my home and its inruance quote and when I called them they were saying numbers are just fake. They send advertizement mails to customers with lower rates to make them call and get a real quote. On top of it Brian was rude and arrogant. Stay away from these guys. They seem complete cheaters and false practies and may get sued some day.

I recently purchased a new home in lakeland and my wife put me in charge of getting the house insured and luckily I got a very helpful and knowledgeable agent. Jason Willems made the process very easy and I even decided to change my car insurance since Jason was able to offer me a lower rate.
