Me and my family have had a lot of work done here. They are friendly and good people with a good reputation in my opinion. They have always dealt honestly with me and that's really important to find. Especially in the crooked, greedy and deceptive auto repair industry.

This place is just amazing, trustworthy since moving to Florida we have been scammed by car repair places left and right and we finally found a gem! So thankful for how caring they are for their people, we will ONLY BE USING them from now on!

The brake lights on my wife's Hyundai would not turn off without unhooking the battery. Advanced Auto said we needed a new brake light switch and ordered it for us. [A seemingly reasonable diagnosis.] When it came in the next day they recommended going to La Roche to install the part. We were told they would take care of us and not gouge. We drove there and my wife explained the problem. She was told that wasn't the cause (without even looking at it!). The service tech came out with a rubber bumper-type replacement clip, snapped it on and DONE! 2-minute "repair". And we got to return the unnecessary part.It would've been VERY easy to insert the unnecessary part and charge us labor. Not this honest man.Yes, they now have our business on both of our cars. You can't beat honesty, knowledge, and a great attitude.

This is the last business you want to use after being in an accident. The driver was extremely rude and demanding. The day after he called me to tell me that if I didn't release my car to the insurance company he would own my car in 30 days or something. Why on earth would I release my car, that I own, and is worth almost 50k to an insurance company and then why would I never do anything about it and leave it at his facility??? He also hung up on me after he told me he was going to own my car. Very unprofessional. Save yourself the headache. Find someone else!

Very professional. They showed up quickly to the scene of the accident and got the car out of the roadway. They were very helpful and courteous about clearing out my personal belongings and signing the car over to the insurance company. I hope to never see them again under these circumstances, but they ve made it a seamless process. They are a great company to do business with.

The owner of this business is beyond rude!! When asking questions in person she walked away from the front and proceeded to go in the back to eat her food and completely ignored us. They have absolutely NO compassion for anyone or anything. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone!!Service: Vehicle wreckingService: Vehicle wrecking

IF YOU WANT A REAL MECHANIC THIS IS THE PLACE. Saved me 1000.00 on work that didn't need to be done from another company. As far as customer service he doesn't need any. Be lucky if you can get in. Turn around is 1 day. Getting straight to business. Thank you PAUL for saving me a ton of $$$$. You your dad and Randy are the best.!

Great mechanic! Really knows what he's doing. Saved me an ac compressor. My air wasn't working right and blowing warm air. Paul tested it and found there was too much pressure and the compressor couldn't push it. Don't try to recharge your ac. Just take it to Paul!Thank you Paul!

Great mechanic... We used these guys for an oil change, and brake line replacement. Quick turnaround, very reasonable prices, and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them.

My co-worker and I were in a wreck on I-75. LaRoche was on rotation and Everette came to pick us up. He was quick and efficient. The company was kind and let him drop us at work (a little outside of their normal area) where we were able to pick up another car and go home (which is three hours from where we were.) It was a long, difficult day. Alan was kind and talked to us about a variety of topics which helped distract us from the trauma of our accident. I hope I don't have to call for a wrecker service in the area again but if I need someone, I will call them.Service: Vehicle wrecking

Absolutely terrible customer service, I called to ask a question about the service, I was answered with a NOPE and shortly after that hung up before I could ask any further questions. I was willing to pay a lot of money as I'm in an emergency situation but she did not care and quickly rushed off the phone. I definitely do not recommend this company and after just moving here anyone I meet will know who to NOT call.

Had a ABS issue with my F250 Paul jumped right on it took a reading told him where the trouble was and it was a sensor that come unplugged took care of it quick

Differences in what was needed to get my vehicle out of impound. Very expensive. I was told I needed one thing but when I got there I had to get something else. Hours were unpredictable!

Did not even make it into the shop, mechanic came out to discuss vehicle issue and was extremely knowledgeable, no charge fastest result possible.
