Brought my truck in was having cranking issues and within a day of them looking at it.They had it fixed and out the door the next day...thank you to every last technician in that shop...yall do an excellent job.

Having recently moved to Williston, a good friend of our family recommended this shop to me and I am thrilled with their top notch service. Even though they were about to close on a Friday afternoon, Alan took the time to pinpoint the problem with my car. He replaced the battery that same afternoon, however it also needed an alternator. His schedule was full the following Monday but he was kind enough to fit me in to install it. I am so grateful to Alan and his staff for going out of their way to help me! I cannot say enough great things about this shop.

This place goes way beyond the norm! I called 5 different auto shops in Williston trying to find one to fix my flat tire. They responded rapidly, were extremely helpful and..then patched my tire for no charge!

I used Williston Auto for the first time when my tire recently blew half a mile from the shop. I was on my way to take my dog to the UF emergency animal hospital. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road super quickly. Words can't explain the gratitude I have for them. They are amazing people with quality work!Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys are awesome. I was on a road trip and ran over a nail. They squeezed me in 2 minutes before closing for the weekend and did not charge me to patch the tire. Bonus points for having a shop cat!

I broke down halfway to my daughter's house in Lakeland on Thanksgiving Day. Some locals referred me to this shop. They were honest, fair priced, and obviously take pride in their work. Thank you Morgan and Alan for being so kind to a complete stranger and getting my truck back on the road!

I have been going to Alan's for my car repairs now for about 6 years. His shop is very busy. A 94 year old lady told me about him 6 years ago. So I gave him a try. I have been very happy with his work and the ladies in his office could not be sweeter. He doesn't do extra unnecessary work. He is honest and that is a big plus for me. When Alan had a health emergency a while back all his help jumped in and kept his business running like a fine tune clock. He must work on the Williston Police cars as they are in his shop from time to time. This morning I took my Versa in for a scheduled repair and Alan told me he may not finish the repair today. To my surprise, when I got home, they called to say it was ready. A special surprise is his feline helper that greets you when you enter his office. Give Alan a try, I think you will be happy with his service. Thank you for reading my review.

Bought 4 Tires for my truck was pleased with my experience. Bought a second truck and had them do quite a bit of work to it. I was satisfied with what was done. However it also needed tires due to violent shaking on one of the rear tires. I decided I wanted New wheels and tires but could not get a price for the wheels I had picked out. I had asked about them several times. When I picked up my truck and paid for my repairs I was told that I would be called the next day with price of wheels and tires. I never heard from them. I purchased wheels and tires from someone else. Very disappointed.

Alan is the best! He goes the extra mile to make sure that his customers are taken care of, even if it is after hours. He works hard at finding the best prices. He and his crew have done excellent work on my vehicles. Williston Tire is a first-class auto repair shop to work with! I highly recommend going to them!

I had a rental car that was losing air in two tires. Although, they were busy, they checked my car within 5 minutes, found a small nail in each tire, repaired them and when I asked what the charge was they said it was no charge. I couldn't believe it. Took my 2001 Ford F-350 7.3 L diesel Dually to them this morning for a starter replacement. They pulled the old one, found out it was under lifetime warranty and got the replacement starter at no cost to me. $157 was all I paid and it was done by early afternoon. Will take it back to Williston Tire & Auto for all future service. Cannot recommend highly enough!

They have a great team and are very easy to work with. I was able to make appointments every time so I was not without my vehicle very long. From Ranch Hand bumpers, lifts, Weather Tech floor mats, routine maintenance, and times I needed one of my trucks diagnosed they got the job done. Like any other reliable and honest business they do stay very busy but, they have always been upfront about the wait time and very good about getting me back on the road.

Alan has been servicing my vehicles since I moved out to this area 10.5 years ago. The service is impeccable. He fixes things right the first time so there is no constantly going back for the same issue like I've had to deal with in the past with other shops and he doesn't treat me like I'm dumb because I'm a woman as other shops have. Great mechanics . Very honest I send everyone their . I tell them what I want done leave the keys and pick it up when it s done . No surprises . My truck is running and riding smoothly for a 11 year old truck since letting Williston tire takeover the maintenance on it . Just can t say enough.

I have a Mini Cooper and picked up a horseshoe nail which caused a flat. Williston auto was amazing! They fixed my tire for free! And remounted it. Love this place!! And dog friendly.

Excellent shop. Fair, honest and meticulous work. The garage is clean and neatly kept. The mechanics are friendly and very good at what they do. You absolutely cannot go wrong here.

Terrible service took them a week of excuses for me to learn what was wrong with my vehicle.I took it for a second opinion & Williston auto had diagnosed my problem at 600 dollars to fix a part ford didn't make anymore... maguires fixed my problem in 2 days... a dry rotted vaccum line... 100 dollars worth of my problems...This shop is a trap for someone who expects honestyBecause ford hasn't discontinued the vaccum lines they said were discontinued, a liar & a cheat

Visiting Williston in an RV and in need of tires. Went to Williston Tire and although they didn't stock what I needed (with short time) the owner spent a lot of time with me researching other options and eventually was able to find what I wanted and refer me to another store. Thanks for the assist and I would definitely recommend this as an honest, reputable business to patronize.

Quoted one price for tire charged more when presented the bill. He conveniently didn't "remember" quoting the lower price. I could have received the lower price anywhere and not had to wait a day for the tire. Never even received a thank you.

It was late afternoon and a major electrical issues befell me on the return to Minnesota after a 3-week road trip so I started calling shops as they appeared on Google. First one responded with a "too bad for you" attitude. Second, I reached Alan. "Here's the name of a tow guy and come on by!" He squeezed me in, diagnosed, ordered the part, and stayed late to make sure I was on my way to meet up with my other party. It's the type of service I expect at my home town shop. As a stranger taking a shot on a random place when I was frustrated, hot and tired, it was a welcome relief.
