My old Nova needed some love. Jerry and the crew took good care of her. They did exactly what I asked for and found some things that needed attention as well. Very thorough,fair priced, and great communication. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

I Dropped off my F350 Truck on Tuesday and was 8th inline for service.They called me late Wednesday afternoon with the diagnosis. They ordered parts overnight and was able to pick up my truck Thursday around noon. Even with overnighted parts, it was a very fair price, and truck runs great. Would recommend this S&M to anyone. Very friendly, answered all questions.

Jerry and Kayla are very kind and knowledgeable about everything I asked them, they have done a awesome job on all my Vehicles , Today they serviced my Cadillac ATS, they will be servicing all my Autos in the future, and Barb was also very kind and knowledgeable , a great team I highly recommend, Thank you ! Watch out for these guys they do things and then change their mind about whether they did it or not every time you rotate or change a tire or do anything on your tires watch out because they forget to tie up the wheel nuts. We have a very bad experience, where they will voice about to come off and cost a big accident.

These people were incredibly nice. I had a problem that was electrical and could only be fixed at the dealership because of software. But they tried to help me every way possible. They work on a lot of specialty cars.

I broke down away from home, working in Williston, call them and they said they would work up an estimate and call me back. Very prompt on the call back, spoke to Dave really nice guy and was completely honest with me about a time frame on my repair. Super professional. They told me they would try and get me in today, and have the work completed same day, which they did. Couldn't be happier with my experience, from Dave, to the mechanic who worked on my truck, to the ladies up front. Thanks again for the service.

Complete auto repair services available. Jerry and his team do fantastic work! You won't find a more honest, or dependable shop for all of your automotive repair needs. The only place I have used since 2013.

I am new to the area, and soon after I got here, I started hearing noises while breaking. I first went to another shop to get a quote. It was on the pricier side, so I decided to try S&M Automotive. Not only did they give me a better deal, they also made me feel welcome and like at home with family. Furthermore, they went above and beyond to find someone to come and replace my shattered windshield, which was an unfortunate emergency. Thank you Kayla, Danny and the rest of the team, you are awesome! I will definitely be back as a customer.

Jerry and his crew at S&M are the absolute BEST IMHO. I am the proud owner of a 1959 vw dune buggy that had more bugs than a $10 hotel in NYC. The guys put up with not only the car, but eventually my anxiety and now it runs like a champ . Not only this, but the price and process was totally fair. THANK YOU ALL!!!!!

Amazing customer service and a team of great guys willing to help you out. We were driving from out of town when we got a blinking check engine light and stopped in to get it checked here. Mind you it was right before they were supposed to close up shop on a Friday. They were so kind and generous and helped us get back on the road.

I am from out of state and had an emergency brake problem on my drive down. I stopped because of the reviews and I quickly found out why they are so highly recommend. They squeezed me in and started fixing my car quickly! I have had extremely pleasant conversations with multiple members of the staff. Everyone is kind. They made this stressful situation of feeling stranded in another state incredibly easy! Thank you for making my day!

Honestly the best mechanics I've had my entire life, I'm always in and out quick and efficient with explanations and thorough walkthroughs. They are a joyful bunch and very caring. Will always bring my vehicles to them and recommend them to everyone.Jerry, Danny, Buddy and Kay..y'all are the best! Good people who don't rob you blind and help you. On my way back from South Florida I had a tire pressure leak on my run-flat tires on Friday afternoon. Monday morning I mistakenly went to a competitor because the buildings were similar online, who appeared to be frazzled and could not give me a price on new tires. I went home and discovered my mistake and called S and M. They researched my car and gave me an estimate on 3 3 choices which I approved of and within two days I had new tires on my car.Friendly prompt service at reasonable prices and I highly recommend their business for all your automotive needs.Service: Tires

They've been my mechanic go-to for 7+ years. Always informative, professional and personable, (I learn something new every visit). Up front with no surprises later. My Ole Betsy 23yrs new has over 260k miles and still runs strong-thx to S&M Automotive-my car shop family! Love y'all!!

First, the ladies at the front counter were friendly and responsive. Danny gave me detailed estimates for repairs and stuck to the numbers. No last minute suprises as you get with some repair shops. Although the maintenance costs for my vehicle were quite expensive the prices charged were reasonable for what was done. Jerry, (i think that was his name) who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable about his trade. Overall experience was very good. Had my Prius towed there . Thought it was a battery. Next day they called and said it was just a fuse. Only charged me $52. This is strictly a commuter beater for our family so it s not in tip top shape. They didn t try to sell me on anything else and checked voltage on both batteries. Very fair, professional and an all around great shop. They will be getting a lot of business from our family moving forward. Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

A friend referred me to S & M to have some work done on my diesel truck; this was my fist experience with them and it was a pleasant one. Everyone from the office staff to the mechanics were very professional, personable, courteous, and helpful. They have email reminders of appointments (which you must confirm) which is very helpful. I was pleased with the work they did for me, and I intend to be return - they will be my "go to" mechanics when my truck needs service. I would highly recommend them.

On July 14, I took my Ford F-150 in to have my air conditioner fixed as it was not working. After paying $151.83 and told that it was repaired and working, I drove off to find out that it did not work. Their only explanation was that it worked when you left. It did not work and they refused to correct the problem. They should have returned my money as it was taken under false pretenses. Never take anything here again.Service: Air conditioning
