I just wanted to give a shout out to Jacob for doing an great job at the Williston AutoZone. Jacob provided great customer Service for me. He is knowledgeable, personable and he enjoys helping his AutoZone customers. He greeted me as I first walked in the door and after I told him my issue with the car not wanting to start, he grabbed his testing equipment and said with confidence "let's go find the problem".In about five minutes or so. He found the battery was the issue and came across loose cable connection on the negative terminal.He replaced the battery which was still under warranty and with an added spacer that tightened up the loose terminal. He confirmed for me that the alternator was fine and never an issue.Jacob and his AutoZone team do a wonderful job in taking care of their customers. Thanks again Jacob !

Staff was extremely helpful driving a vehicle I'm not used to, they changed a windshield wiper blade for me in the rain and added oil to my vehicle!! Great service they did a fantastic job for me that evening after a long day of driving.

Again the dude used his own tool to help me clean my battery terminal and told me how to keep it up. Awesome. Saved money, bought a camera did a photoshoot and got paid back

My husband went in there this morning with a very difficult hard to find situation. They helped cross reference parts and were very patient and helpful. Great group of guys at this location. We highly recommend.

Great service; staff attentive, greets customers upon entering. Asks if help is needed. Store is clean and well organized. Update: The service continues to be excellent. Staff let's me know when I have earned a credit so I can apply it if I choose to. I love their reward program!

Overpriced and you're lucky if you can get an employee to help you. I went in there, and first thing I hear isn't "welcome to AutoZone", instead I hear two employees talking about quitting and where they're going to work next. Wow. I'll go across the street to O'Reilly's from now on.

The employee went above and beyond to find wiper blades that would work for my late model Subaru that normally would have to go to the dealer for wiper blades. He found some that fit and work. Wonderful. Another auto parts store had told me the only option was a dealer.

Very shorthanded. There were apparently two people working the front cash and the dining room. Although it appeared to keep that there was only one person that was doing both and doing it very well. I had takeout and it was tasty as usual. Just mainly wanted to send a job well done to the brunette who was holding down the fort yesterday for both of them... thank you and I'm sincerely sorry for not getting your name so I could mention it. Thank you very much!!

The staff was very helpful; although, they didn't have the product I was looking for in stock currently. They asked if I wanted to order it, and or I could order online. It is rare that cashiers still have customer service skills.I will visit again next time I need to purchase any parts, tools, and or etc. I would like to thank the management for properly training everyone, and the staff for their concern with my automotive needs.

Fairly new store, lots of different Options vs the one here in town. Place was Quiet nobody there but employees. The cashier was nice . The other employees where ok. Will go back had the paint we needed didn't have to wait for it, to be order

Always friendly and helpful here, but today Stephen R. was a champ--tested my battery and alternator, walked me through choosing a new battery, and installed it--all in fifteen minutes. Great job!

Every time I come into this auto zone, I am met with friendly and eager faces to help me out! The staff there answers every and any question I have, and even point me to the best deal I can possibly get.10/10 would recommend to come to this AutoZone anytime!

Good employee who helped me but there were 4 others just standing around not helping anyone.. Wow after 5 minutes finally got the guy who helped he was waiting on a customer while 4 others were standing around and talking.. Waste of time here ... Go to napa, O'Reilly's or discount at least they are eager to help..

So I rated this place over a year ago and I'm can honestly say that it's still just as amazing. The staff always goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Today was even better!!! I had to get a new coil pack for my 2013 Ford F150. I was talking to the store Manger Mr. DeVaughn about the issues that I've had with all 6 cylinders misfiring and that I have bought at least 4 or 5 from them in the past. Mr. DeVaughn looked up information for me and made sure that I was aware that the part was under warranty. He provided me with what I needed to do to get reimbursed for the part. These parts are $70 at a minimum. When I returned with the old part he had already set it up in the system for me. When I walked into the store he called me by my name and said "I can take care of you over here!" I was in and out in less then 5 min...with my refund. So I stand by my review that I posted over a year ago. Thank you Mr. DeVaughn for all your help and support. You are an amazing asset to that store. I hope that they recognize that!!! The world could use more people like you! Thank you again.

I called yesterday to order a part had a horrible experience with the guy on the phone. So I called right back the manger of the store took care of me over the phone and was there when I came to pick up my part . I am very glad I was able to have a good experience I love the autozone brand . I really hope a big wig Sees this the manger n staff there this evening were wonderful thank you very much everyone. I am still a loyal customer autozone rocks . Glad to see a store and a manger take care of their customers
