Went in today and purchased wiper blades for my Ford F-150. The young lady behind the counter insisted that she put them on for me. This is the first time in my life that I've not done this myself. She made a lasting impression on me and you are very lucky to have this nice lady as an employee...

I went in to buy wiper blades for my jeep. The man inside the store was so nice and even though the blades were hard to remove and put the new ones onhe did not give up. I am so glad I went there to have them done GREAT JOB Greajob Tha k you so much

Bought some overpriced tint not the stores Fault their automotive tint is just overpricedthe Store and the staff are fantastic, and the Tint works great but as I said it's overpriced. but so are a lot of things.

I went in to get oil and an oil filter. They went the extra mile to check my battery and do some other things which was awesome but twice now I have went into this advance Auto and then given the wrong oil filter both times I had to leave my car with no oil and find a way to advance Auto to get the right oil filter. This is very frustrating but computer system types in are making model and both times I've been given the wrong filter. Come on guysAfter draining the oil I went to the nearest store to my house in Gainesville. A 2 mile walk. They put the vin number and still gave me the wrong filter. So I went back with my old dirty filter in hand to ensure I get the right product. I'm not writing this to b&tch. I just hope me Sharing this can give your corporate office some insight. The system does not work. Make model and year got me the wrong filter. The exact vin for my vehicle got me the wrong filter.

Purchased two items from this store Saturday morning, 3/25/23. One item did not work so I returned back at the store that afternoon. The customer service I received was as though I was bothering the employee taking my return. This employee does not belong in the business. This establishment no longer has my business; being treated like a third class citizen is not in the cards. I took my business to Auto Zone and O Reilys across the street. What a pleasure dealing with their employees.

My car had overheated, so my son and I stopped there for antifreeze. The gentleman there was was helpful and looked up which time me needed. If I am ever in that area and need something I will definitely go there.

I use this advance alot. Most of the time they are friendly and very helpful. This last visit they seem to being slacking. I stood there for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and called the employees from the back to help me. I only needed to check out. After standing there for so long I googled what I was looking for and got it myself.

Me and my Grandma have been here many times. We have a 2013 Kia Optima, well for her the car is too tech savvy but all is well when we come here. They already replaced her wiper blades, and now they used the big guns.... The machine, well it states transmission something or other. Now a new icon flashed on her dashboard EPB, without the manual I could translate that to electronic parking brake. She said she never touched it but it's on now. Wondering what could be the cause. She really doesn't understand her car too well, it's to advanced..... There isn't even a key! Well Glenn was very courteous and helped us, we love coming here for the help on the car, from big or small problems you guys rock. Thanks for helping us.

Need more than 1 person running the store. You offer free battery installations but cashier can't leave until there are no customers. Also, staff needs to learn how to read the battery diagnostic tool! Was told one day battery was fine..no need to replace..next day ..dead battery. Was told I needed to drive it more. Utter nonsense! Susan checked my battery..and alternator..and definitely needed new one. She at least knows what she's doing!

Just spent $120 here and I will NEVER return back because of the horrible customer service we received from Julia J. Throughout the entire transaction she hardly said 2 words to us and when she did she mumbled everything when she did. An computer kiosk that said "thank you" at the end would have been a lot better than this experience. We will happily go to AutoZone in town or anywhere else that is NOT here. I usually have a pleasant experience here, but today the experience was less than pleaseing. To mouth breather at the counter either clearly didn't care about his job, or had never worked with cars in his life. I am honestly surprised he was able to pick a numbered part of the shelf. It wasn't in regards to his insensibility of trying to sell me only 6 spark plugs for a V8 that gave me a bad experience but rather his response to customer who's hood he left up moments before and allowed apparently allowed to drive off. The lady came back visibly shaken and said "you left my hood up". His response was a rather uncaring "I heard" to which she responded "it came open while I was driving town the road, busting my windshield. We had to pry it down and get it towed". His only response was a rather unconcerned "ok". To which the lady asked if there was a manager she could speak to, he said he was on the phone in the back. The entire time I couldn't help but think this kid didn't care at all based off his body language and tone of his voice. This experience has seriously shook my faith in the competency of their staff.

Some employee from this number from Advanced Auto Parts in Williston is calling my cell phone harrasing me claiming I put a note on his car. The person sounded like they were trying to disguise there voice.

This is one of my go to places off & on now for the past 20 yrs or so . I've found the employees here to be pretty computer knowledgeable when looking for whatever parts your looking for and some of the employees are probably retired auto mechanic. Either way they've always been able to get exactly what I need nice friendly neighborhood auto parts store thanks Advance auto

This is the worst Advance auto in Florida. If you want to waste at least 30mins of your life then you should go to Williston Advance auto. The phone just rings and rings. They will just listen to it. They are always short staffed and the employees that are there look hungover or stoned and not very happy at all. They go slow as possible. I know intellegent employees are hard to find in Levy county but come on.......
