They advertised brakes for 9.99 or something real close to that and by the time we got there 30 minutes later they didn't have them in stock or for order?? Doesn't really make a lot of sense to me you know

On 03/29/2023 Bryan b took care of me , my Toyota Avalon wouldn t start and I called the store and Bryan said they had a battery in stock and he would install it : so after arriving at this location Bryan sold me a battery and installed it quickly. Thank you Bryan for your great customer service : I will continue to make purchases from this advance auto parts location : so sorry I m so late posting a review

VINCENT did a great job running diagnostics on my 2014 Prius V so the ABS and Brake Light Warnings would reset to off. Probably saved me at least $125 mechanic s fee. THANK YOU SO MUCH, VINCENT!

Erica from store 9597 provided excellent service and went above and beyond in bringing us a new part for our car when we got stranded on the road. She drove it to us after her work shift ended as we had just been to the store purchasing a few parts, and thought we fixed the car but ended up we needed an additional part. She really deserves recognition for her superior customer service.Erica you rock!

Erica went above and beyond what any sales associate has ever done for me. While at the store her and other guy there were supper nice and helpful. We did the repairs needed and headed down the turnpike. This is where being a good human being comes into play. I called them from the road side for a part at 10 mins to closing. Miraculously they had the part, and to top it off Erica took the time out of her personal schedule to bring the part to us after she finished her work day. She helped make a very rough situation into one that was tolerable. She should get some praise for going above and beyond what she needed to.

Expensive. Make trip to Walmart if an option for supplies. If you can wait, order online. Tool rental is very limited to specialty tools. In my town have regular tools for emergency quick fixes needed to perform in parking lot. Staff eager to help find part, but not assist in small tasks like these type of stores did in the past

Just wanted to warranty swap a set of wiper blades that didn't last but 3 months and fell apart and the manager Eli denied me and starting cursing up a storm threatening to trespass me. waste of time, do not recommend this store at all. All the employees look unenthusiastic and even tell stories about the manager and his cruel attitudes towards them.

I believe we were there the evening of January 27th. The staff at this store was absolutely amazing! Blew a high pressure turbo hose, a dealer only part. The staff spent over an hour offering tools and insight of experiences trying to help us engineer a temporary fix to get home. If only the staff in the Dunnellon store was half as helpful or knowledgeable. The Wildwood staff were all extremely helpful in every way possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Even if they don't have your parts, they certainly have some knowledge and eagerness to help. Those traits are getting harder and harder to find!

We were broken down on the side of the road just about a mile from the store & Russ came to our rescue! Had everything we needed to get us back up & running. He was polite, helpful, kind-hearted & empathetic to our situation. More businesses should follow this example of amazing service above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you Advance Auto Parts!!

I had to buy a license plate bulb and did not know how to replace so Erica D and another man there which i didn't catch his name but they both changed the bulbs for me cus they were really stuck in there but they got the job done and I'm so Thankful that they did that for me cus i just got pulled over by the cops a few nights ago cus of my light being out. Oh and the man that was doing the job had a t-shirt on that said NAILED IT and he certainly did Thank u guys so much

Real friendly & knowledgable at affixing the issue I had with my pressure washer the store had that atmosphere of the old days of laid back & talking about the good old days with two men setting in chairs at the buisness.

Welll it s homely feeling . The AC leaked above me and I look down I m standing in a little muddy puddle while employees gossip about orders. Prices too high for that type of experience

Me and my friend Scott was on our way to Clearwater FL. Our Chevy diesel had a bad injector and we had to spend the night at a gas station. We waited until you all opened up. We were greeted by Nathan and Pete. They were very friendly and professional with us and they had the part in stock. While we were installing the part in the parking lot Pete checked up us and made sure we were good and if we needed anything. That's a very nice gesture. Not all part stores care about people outside working on there car. I'm a survivor from the Michael hurricane in Panama City and all my personal belongings including my car was being transported to Clearwater FL. Thanks to your business, and your employees.
