I had been volunteering in the Florida State Park system for ten years and used Lacey s exclusively. During that time they had successfully worked on all of the major systems of my 2008 Airstream Classic Limited. I was always extremes satisfied with the service and the technicians. Timely, efficient, accurate estimates and good relationships.Since having some significant surgeries I ve quit volunteering and located just north of the beach, in my Airstream. Since then they continue to be on time, communicative, accurate with estimates, and spot on with their diagnosis and repairs.I couldn t recommend them enough!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I am very pleased with the services that I received from Travis, the technician, and now owner of Lacey's. He's reliable and dependable; and has been for several years.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! This was a good RV service before it was sold to Travis Smith. We called Travis (The new owner) out to work on our Montana 5th wheel under warranty work. He came out looked at the issues and made a list of parts. Told us it would be a $200. deductible and once the work was done we would get $100. back. He left with the $200. and said he would be in touch when the parts came in to come back out to fix the issues. Almost 2 months now and he is not returning our numerous calls and messages. We called our insurance and he has not even submitted a claim. We did have them red flag the business. We sent a text message this time instead of calling asking him to please call us so we can work this out. An hour later I tried to call Travis again and found both my husband and my numbers have been blocked. We will be reporting to the BBB and other places in hopes that this does not happen to others again. After reading the reviews since Travis has taken over I have learned I am not alone and this has become his way of doing business. I recommend calling Rapid Rv Repair or ANY other service out there.

What service did they perform? Well, I asked for my water heater to be converted to electric. I sent all the info necessary so they could bring whatever parts needed. After showing up without the part, I was charged $283 for them to draw up a $675 estimate. $283 to get an estimate. If I accepted their terms, it would come to a total of over $900 for a hot rod conversion kit for a water heater... it's a $200 piece if you get ripped off! I called RV Urgent Care and they brought the part with them, installed in 1 hour for $400+. Lacey's won't last long under this management

The new owner came to our RV to fix our air conditioner May 2022. There were two other problems we asked him to fix for us. He agreed to return to do the repairs. We were at the RV resort for two weeks in the panhandle. He did not return. We prepaid him over $500 to do the air conditioning and the other two issues. He also filed for our service company to pay him. We listened as he talked with our service company. He told us he would refund our money once he received the money from the service co. He was a new owner so he did not have his paperwork completed to receive funds from the service company. Not only did he not return to complete the work, he has not refunded our money. It has been well over six weeks. We have texted him with no response. I m hoping this review gets their attention. My recourse is to contact the service company and get my money back through them. I was trying to give this guy the opportunity to be honest.Service: Air conditioning

Super happy customer - go no where else for your RV on-site service.I had an issue with my Fifth Wheel landing gear not working and could not move my rig in a few days. They worked with me on timing and the communication was professional during scheduling and right before arrival of the technician. Best communication that I have seen during my 20 years RVing and using RV Tech services. When the tech arrived he started right a way and figured out and repaired the initial problem in short order. I also had a couple of other minor issues that he also fixed. I am a new owner less than a year with this rig and had a couple of questions and he explained the operation and reason as well as making sure that I understood all areas that I had questions about.Lacey's has been my best experience that I had with an RV on-site service. Their professionalism, quality of communication and service knowledge is 2nd to none in my opinion and their approach is the model that all RV Services should strive to achieve.Service: Electrical

while on vacation we had A/C issues. Called Lacey's and they arrived on time. Tom and Travis arrived and in a short time found the issue. Lacey's worked with our extended insurance service. Turns out the part was also covered by Dometic. We had contacted another mobile rv repair and they weren't able to respond but recommended Lacey's.We were extremely satisfied with the service and personal from Lacey's.We highly recommend Lacey's service

Our water fill valve failed and we could not fill the fresh water tank on our class A. Called & was set up the next day. They charged a flat fee plus a service call charge to replace the valve. After they left we found a leak that did not exist before the call. I called back and they returned the same day. They found a nearby part and replaced a fitting that was leaking. They stood by their work and that was appreciated.

They simply dont know what they are doing! They came by to look at a toilet not flushing, ans an washing machine not working. They told me to replace a fuse in the toilet which i did . The old one wasnt bad but i did it anyways. no go, didnt fix the problem, after paying them over $220 i called them back. they never showed and stopped returning my calls. as for as the washer, they were going to get ahold of my extended warranty company and order a board. 5 months later and its never happen. These people are a joke Stay away,,, I wish i did.

This place was a life saver. We had just had our main air conditioning unit on our camper replaced. The first day we arrived, the new unit wasn't cooling. We called around for service and Lacey's RV Services was the only one who could send someone out the same day. They were very timely and the young man that came out was very polite and knew what he was doing. The box connected to the air conditioner on the inside was bad and should have been replaced with the new unit as well as the thermostat. The service tech replaced both and we had cooling air shortly after. I highly recommend Lacey's RV & services.

Called in the morning after waking up to water running out of holding tank and lever broke off. Travis fixes both and replaced the water pump which was the root cause of all the problems in just a couple of hours and by lunch time. Lacey s has excellent customer service and were honest in the way they treated us. Highly recommend!

Huge shoutout to Lacey's RV Repair. They sent Thomas who came to our site, diagnosed our ac problem, gave us a temporary solution, ordered our part, had it overnighted. returned and installed the unit and had our rv basement ac system up and running again . From Cathy who answered our 1st call to Travis the owner who ordered our part to Thomas the awesome tech, everyone was 1st rate. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to a friend or a stranger.

Kathy always answers the phone. 2nd time we had to call for service. Both times we had Squeeks out same day. This morning Travis arrived early to install new toilet. No sooner had he left that the a/c started to malfunction. Travis came back and repaired and replaced thermostat.Have been full timing for 13 years and have never had such great, friendly, courteous, and prompt service - and very reasonable rates. As long as we live in their service area, Lacey's will be our service techs.

Prepping my camper before a holiday weekend and I had a gearbox for my slide go out. I called the big chain stores and they couldn t get me the part until half way thru the following week. Called Lacey s, they told me they could have it next day AND it was considerably cheaper than the chain stores. Will definitely use them again!

Discovered rear roof air wasn't working while on our way to Destin. Called Lacey's on Sunday and they offered to have a technician meet us at camp ground that afternoon. I deferred to Monday since we weren't sure we'd be there before they closed. Technicians showed up and knew what they were doing. They got the AC working in less than 15 minutes (faulty sensor). Highly recommend!

Arrived less than 2 1/2 hours after I called for non emergency assistance to replace a partially fried Automatic Transfer Switch. Travis and Thomas had me back to full functionality within an hour, with a beefier ATS than the flimsy one that went bad. Just all around excellent RV mobile repair people.

Travis arrived on time for our appointment. He was very courteous, polite and professional. The problem was difficult but he was determined to find the issue. He figured it out and fixed it, while explaining everything to me as he proceeded. Definitely will use Laceys for all my RV problems.

Stacey's Mobile RV Repair technicians are phenomenal. Travis and Thomis have a good working knowledge of how RV Systems work. After dealing with a so called certified mobile RV tech that could not find the problem with our opposing slides ( the problem was as loose wire nut 12" from ththe slide out controller he kept was trying to force to operate. Literally under his nose.) Travis and Thomas were on site 15 minutes. They located the problem and had it repaired. Unfortunately the first guy messed up the slide controller and wired the rocker switch backwards. No problem as the folks at Stacey's ordered a part and had us up and running.Don't waste your time and money on the fly by night guy. Stacey's are the people that can get you up and running.

Very disappointed that I was charged a diagnosis fee and a trip charge service fee when techs came out to repair an issue I had already diagnosed, not to mention they didn t even bring adequate parts and as result couldn t perform repair anyway. A trip charge was due, but nothing more. I would have rated 1 star, but at least they arrived on time. Office doesn t respond to emails, which is another issue in itself.

The repair guy Travis was super nice and super knowledgeable. One shop told me I needed a new power transfer switch? Turns out the breaker for the generator had tripped. Damn up Campers World.

Ordered the wrong refrigerator. Installed microwave, when it didn't fit right pulled it out. I showed them how to make it work so they reinstalled it.Now my labor is double. On the plus side the folks here are really nice. But I did end up with a fridge with no ice maker and an expensive installation
