Awful experience wrong size tires and my car was riding smooth before I went here now I have to spend at least a grand after they worked on my car. Do not come here they are awful. They didn t care at all made an appointment told me there s no wait ended up waiting for over a hour just to find out they can t even do their job when my turn was up, worst experience I ve ever gotten and I ve shopped around. DO NOT COME HERE.

This location was available for me to drop my truck off at 7:00am. The services I required were a tire alignment and check up. I arrived at 11:34 am to get my truck and surprise...they hadn't even started. I know your saying 4.5 hrs is a long time for a professional company to do a job but you haven't been to this location. Besides the fact that the young gentleman with the twist dreads when trying to access my account submitted my information to apply for a tires plus credit card (which I already have), I still decided to give the business another shot. This time upon entry and explaining that's it's been 4.5 hrs I was greeted by the same young man with an attitude. I asked to speak to a manger and was told "he's going to tell you the same thing". Which when he arrived another guy gave me excuses about how workers don't come in till 9, which still gives 2.5 hrs to get the job completed. It is now 12:24 pm and I finally got my truck back...they recommended I get a new battery but after this experience I definitely won't have them service my truck anymore. Avoid this place at all costs unless you have time to waste with lackadaisical young employees with nasty attitudes who use profanity while having conversations at the desk. You have been warned.

Service / front desk people extreme friendly, inviting, explained everything clearly. Service was provided while I waited and got me out of there as fast as they could, appropriately setting my expectations as to how long it should take. I went in for a flat tire, which unfortunately had a nail puncture that couldn't be fixed, so I had to replace the tire.

Took my car for oil change, as soon as I got back the car the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Refused to take it was told that it was an additional 136$ charge to figure out was was wrong. Took the car to dealer to figure out what was wrong and after a 500$ bill it was a sensor in the oil lid.The problem definitely occurred when doing the oil change. After over 10 years going to the same place for service, I got this response definitely not coming back.

Thieves!!!! I went and paid for a 4 wheel alignment. Showed them my rear tire wear problems which they said they would fix. Looked at the before and after paperwork they gave me and they never touched it. Then I get the B.S. your car needs brakes story. I do my own brakes and know it doesn t need brakes. The salesman said it s metal on metal. Lmao. You can hear M on M and your rotors would be grooved. Took off my rear calipers when I got home and still have at least half of my ceramic pads left. Was going to let it go but the crooks keep sending me emails asking if I want them to rip me off. Ummm no. I don t.

This place has always been a hit and miss, they make dumb mistakes or almost ALWAYS forget to complete the jobs you have requested. They need to be trained to type down ALL your requests. When you pick up and inquire about the things you requested, something is always left off, result lost trip to place and more delays in picking up

Went in for some maintenance on my truck.Spoke with Lazaro and informed me he would have his tech look into it. Amaury and Dorien are great techs. Laz, Amaury and Dorien are amazing, great professional work done to my truck and no issues.

I always go to Tires plus weston for anything to do with my car or any car in my household and never had a bad experience. Ever.Update: I will never come to this TP ever again. The manager yelled at me for a mistake that they made. That last time I went there was a total nightmare. None of them working there except for the technician that made the mistake cared that I had waited for my car for hours and that I was going to be late. I don t want to share the details, all I can say is that if the manager yells at you for a mistake they made, you never go back. And anyway, the place is so full i am better off somewhere else.

Do not go to this place, they rip you off. The "manager" Tony calls and said that my brand new tire was REALLY torn up and needed to be replaced, refused to put a patch, LIES! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE, they are just interested in taking your money.

Don't waste your time. There's always a surprise fee and/or an upsell. When you quote online, they list a "Free alignment check" as part of the services, but when you get to the actual store, you realize that to actually perform the alignment it's about US$ 120 (the "checking" part is free.... really??). I also tried to have them repair a tire and they said it was impossible, that I needed to buy a new tire. The Volvo dealer repaired it for me, no problem. I'm not coming back.

I had a bad experience with this place. They are just no Pro-costumer. I had an appointment for a tire replacement and the waiting time was 3 hours, so I asked if I can wait in my car for more convenience and privacy or just come back later when ready but they strongly refused these options and insisted for me to leave the car keys and wait in their waiting room during those 3 hours. They are no very accommodating with costumers. I ended up going to Discount Tires just across the street and they fix my car in just 45 min even without appointment. I am not coming back to Tire Plus ever!.

Dissatisfied by the service. A synthetic oil change was performed with only 4,300 miles and less than 5 months apart. Factory talks about 16,000 miles or 1 year whichever occurs first. We trusted the service advisor but got disappointed. We could have been told it was not needed at the moment. Plus, we were charged double (it seems we were charged less "by mistake" last time - in December-, which we were never told back then). I have the invoices upon request. Keep in mind I was a client for many many years. Fully disappointed.Service: Oil change

I had a very good experience with this facility. Called in the morning asking for all new tires on my vehicle. They had a good price on tires and told me to come right down. They were able to put those tires on my vehicle in just a few hours and had me back on the road again. Switching away from the dealership to this location. Really impressed !Service: Tires

Please Please don't take your car there for repairs. I had a strange noise coming from my front left tire area.They told me it was the wheel bearing so I had it repaired. A few weeks later the noise returned I took it back and was told it was the breaks and rotors. I had a bad feeling but I went ahead and had that repaired 1,600 dollars later I still have the same problem. This happened at the Weston Tire Plus.

We blew MULTIPLE tires on alligator alley for our RV. They were able to answer my questions on the phone and help me replace my tire in no time! Special shout out to Renel for helping us and being so kind!

Was told I needed brake fluid exchange and coolant exchange. This is even though they charged me for doing those same two things, at this same Tires Plus location less than 5,000 miles before! I declined and took it for a second opinion, and was showed very, very dark brake fluid in the vehicle, meaning they never did it the first time. Would they have done it this second time if I paid AGAIN to have it done? Who knows. Stay away!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

This place is the worst tires plus ever!!! Buyer beware!!! I went in for a tire balance and the car came out worse than when it came in, then my wife took it in so they can rebalance , they told her she needed new tires an alignment . She drives a Ford fiesta the cost they quoted was $700 ! I took it in to falcon tires and they balanced my tires and car stopped shaking!!! Yesterday I I got a quote and I boutghtnew tires from falcon for $327 included balancing and warranty!! The mechanics in tires plus are either incompetent or they are scamming customers in believing that their tires are damaged , all the while they did poor quality work!! They didn t even want to rebalance our tires!!! Shame on you tires plus! I will never go there again!!! NOT EVEN IF I NEED AIR! !Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Service was quick and puntual. I even got a call to come in earlier than my appointment if I wanted because they had extra time. The only thing was that the prices did not reflect what was online, which was simply down to the tire I wanted not being in stock. Other than that it is a good place in Weston for tires and service.

On the plus side, all the employees were extremely friendly on both visits. I had Tire Hut deliver rear tires there to be installed. Front tires were not in stock at T.H. The tires were installed and I asked for my brake fluid to be flushed. The work was done fairly quickly which I appreciated. But in resetting my "brake service" due on my BMW, they reset all my scheduled reminders, so I have no idea when my oil change is due and will do it myself immediately to avoid wear. An unnecessary annoyance and now effort and expense to avoid problems. Today I had the front tires installed after shipping them there. I called 5 days ago to set up my appointment and selected a time. I arrived precisely on time but they didn't seem to have my appointment on the schedule. I waited 2 hours just to get to me! Then another half hour to complete the work. I have one day off a week so this simple task ate up half my day. Its a busy location and they had constant traffic. But if my appointment wasn't fumbled, my day would have been much more productive. Making mistakes on both visits forces me to only give an ok rating at best.Service: Tires

We were trailering our boat from Naples to the Keys. We had a blowout on the trailer tire on 75. I started calling tire places at the Miccosukee travel stop. After the third call to another shop, Renel answered and told us he would order our tires and they would be ready by 3. He actually cared and wanted to make sure we were OK.I had to question this awesome person by calling back to make sure he ordered the tires without payment . He assured us everything will be fine in our tires will be there by three . When we rolled up, and parked our rig he greeted us and said these are my clients when he saw us come in .. that man is glorious. It s so nice to see it!It was a long wait to have tires delivered but they made it happen. Prior to delivery the guys were jacking our trailer to make sure we got out of there quickly. That was a three hour delay but that s not their fault. We hung out, had lunch and happy to see our tires replaced in time to get back on the road. Rachel had really great customer service I sat there for an hour in air-conditioning and saw her greet customers by name.Thank you guys!Service: Tires

Went on Feb 1,2023 to get 2 new back tires . The service guy that day was so rude to me , and kept asking me why not 4 tires instead . I said I just needed 2 new tires . He proceeded to be very rude and gave me a quote for the 2 . I asked if that s the best price , as it was 550 for both, he said that s the best he had he doesn t sell cheap tires . I never asked him for cheap tires . So I said ok thanks . And he just gave me a very smart remark . I proceeded to go to the tires plus in Cooper City on stirling rd and flamingo . They were so helpful and helped me right away with the tires . And even a little bit better price at 500 . It s not about the price it s about the attitude and how rude the salesman that day was .Service: Tires
