It has good food the waitress pretty friendly and it's a comfortable place to relax and grab yourself some grub and spend a few minutes. There is truck parking here .. bikers show up and that's about everybody in the world comes here to have a good time

A lot is going on in this place at the edge of town. A beau place to enjoy sunsets.There is a truck stop, truck parking, Subway sandwich, a bar and a restaurant.Their services are as unique as the place itself.They have some nice hunting and pocket knives. A lot of rechargeable lights, flash lights and headlights.

Steer clear from this place!!! Needed to weight my boat trailer to register it. There are only to CAT SCALES in Miami this one and down south. So I had to drive to this one which was the nearest. The scale is located in a tractor trailer parking lot next to the gas station. We walked in and asked the cashier how to do access it. He told us to go and lift the gate open. My wife went and tried to lift the gate. The secruity parked and sitting in an orange Chevy avalanche started honking at my wife. She walked over to his door and he started screaming and fighting with her. Saying that no one told her to lift the gate and he was calling her a liar. She walked back into the clerk and started arguing with the clerk that if he wanted our business then he needed to call the security because he was being rude and disrespectful. So he called and the guy lifted the gate but the clerk and guard were extremely rude and disrespectful. Plus it s 9pm and there are a bunch of Cuban men at the gas station drunk, actively drinking. Very uncomfortable and not safe.

Loudest parking lot I ve ever been to. $30 bucks to have my eardrums battered by an apparent straight pipe mustang meetup. And all the truckers that go by blast their Jake break, probably in protest of the $30 park fee. I left after a couple hours. Could be a decent spot to drop and bobtail though.

Old style convenient store and gas station with some interesting finds.They have quality hunting and pocket knife collection. Some quality rechargeable flashlight and spot light collection.They have exotic meat jerky like Alligator, Bison and snake.

Truck stop with various amenities. They have everything from a convenient store to a truck repair and tire shop. They have showers, a subway, restaurant and a bar. All in one pit stop for travellers. The surrounding area is calm and quiet. And they have the best sunsets around here. The place seems like they are stuck 50 years in the past. Would be a full 5 stars if they lived upto their name and catered to the truck drivers better.They also Carry some exotic items like Alligator jerky, snake jerky and other exotic meats.They have a beautiful knife collection. They have quality rechargeable torch lights, head lamps, standing rechargeable lamps. Pocket knives and tools and other uncommon finds.

This place is convenient. But showers are nasty! They don t provide you with a towel, or shower rag. Come prepared.Shower #1 had hair in the shower, and the curtain looked like it hasn t been replaced in years.

Lied about services and prices over tho phone. Had to call the boss who still double charged me at the weigh station. Barely spoke English and were not helpful at all. Go anywhere but here!

A lot of dropped trailers here, $30 a day parking, the bar on property is loud, it's a motorcycle bar! Some just passed through the truck parking with loud music blaring! We haven't even tried the showers yet (went shower at Petro, very sad experience). I downloaded a sleep sound app hoping that helps. I didn't see all the negative reviews. We will not be staying here again!

Great lil truck stop for the area. However the showers are large but not the cleanest. There were bars of soap, a body wash container and hair everywhere. The seat was up with pre all over. Not worth the 10$. 30$ to park over night. Which is average for the Miami area, however not many spots available due to junk everywhere. The only thing that made this place worth it was the food and atmosphere at Cafe 27. Tacos were amazing and so was the staff .

I have been stopping at this place for 30 years . I stopped today to park for the night and was greeted with a $30 parking fee. I decided not to park here. I was here last year and it was 20 bucks.. still high , but ok.I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere super good bar . I think today I felt more insulted that appreciated. Met the owner as I was pulling into the parking lot in a new corvette. Seem to be nice enough. I think I am just done stopping there. When are we gonna say enough is enough?

Always a good time happening here!!!Updated review. Place is a hangout for street racers. Got here at 1am on Saturday night and the place was full of them and they were racing out the parking lot. Parking is $30 for 24 hours. Gate gaurd was friendly enough.

No shop, a subway and a high priced bar with expensive sandwiches a 3 year old could make better than them. Dirty lot, dirty bathrooms..see reference to bar. Noisy with motorcycle's roaring in and out. Miserable. Better than the 595 truck stop..barely. and parking is 30 dollars..if you can. Avoid this place.

I read the negative reviews and was about to steer clear of this place. I'm glad I didn't. The convenience store is clean. The staff are friendly enough. The restroom, a separate building from the store and the restaurant, needed to be cleaned, but was decent. I didn't go in the restaurant, but the Subway was clean, and their food was as delightfully mediocre as every other Subway in the universe.The truck parking costs $15 per day, because it seems as though their lot is used primarily as a storage yard for local drivers. The gate guard even asks you how many days you're parking and takes payment in advance. Nice folks too.

If you are trying to park either in town or just out of town the flyin J is your best bet. The parking a gravel lot for $20 which is about average for this area. The gas station/truck stop is okay. I got a hot shower for $10. The guy behind the counter couldn t understand me asking about towels and wash cloths. Inside of very cluttered but has some stuff. It has a subway. 100% worse part is the shower. I had to pul a huge clump of something out off the drain so that my shower would drain. The absolute best part of this place is the tiki hut bar. Normal bar food and a couple beers makes this place everything it is.At the end of the day I got a reset, couple of beers, hot shower and good bar food. So not all is lost.

Cafe 27 has great food, wonderful people. They are very accommodating. Tiki Bar and Restaurant is a little dated. But I like it.They are making up grades, the lot is paved bathrooms air conditioned. Thursday night I'd bike night. Great band lots of bikes, good fun.As for the Pilot Lovers. You can have them all.Expensive fuel for owner operators, unlike big discount for fleets. Also, bent fenders or demolished trucks, tight quarters for parking, oh an if like that run down feeling...... You go there, with my blessings.

It's a older place. It's great considering the other options near. Love the bar and grill. Great food friendly staff. Parking is $30

Great place on the outskirts of Miami. Awesome tiki bar outside. Has great food and cold beer. $20 to park for 24 hrs....no biggie. My opinion, best place around south Florida to park a truck and enjoy yourself for a night or so.

The main issue I had was getting a shower.They only have one shower. But the worse part is they don t clean it. They just hand the next person the key. So if you plan on getting a shower here bring cleaning supplies.

Only gave 2 stars and that's only because they had a couple of over night parking spots available ($15) and the gate guard was quite nice. Hubby and I needed a shower since Florida has nearly no travel plazas... was only charged $10 and they better be glad it wasn't more or they would have seen me show my @as! It was filthy disgusting! Sub shop was closed and so was restaurant... over-all NOT IMPRESSED!

Place sucks ass. Gas is almost 60 cents more there than anywhere else, people are rude as hell, EVERYTHING in the store is expensive. A 20 ounce coke will cost you $2.50. The restaurant sucks too. Last time I ate there the food was horrible. I ordered a burger. How the hell do you mess up a burger. It looked like a hockey puck and tasted old. Got sick shortly after eating it. Absolute last resort for me.

It's a truck stop and a biker bar all on the same property. Truck parking for about 60 trucks. $15 to park for 24 hours. $10 for shower. The shower is not all that great. It's not a TA or Petro or Loves or Pilot quality. It's below all of them. 2 showers also. It's a shower though. Subway restraunt for food. Dirt lot to park on.

$15 for parking $5 for corona beers, and $18 Buckets. $33 before tip. Woulda been better if the parking was free after spending so much money, but it s not. Don t forget to mention that people who stop for food in a regular vehicle dosent pay anything for parking. Trucker segregation at its best. I understand the parking charge for drivers who spend nothing.

Ordered "Gator Bites",Horrible, tasted like old fried grease that needs to be changed !Best thing this place has going for it is the rear end on the Colombian female bartender, incredible !

We were very disappointed in this place, I have to say it was the worst truck stop we have been to. The bathrooms were closed and they had all these portable potties that apparently had been there for a while (full of waste). The diesel pump had a leak at the nozzle and my husband was sprayed with fuel which resulted in him needing a shower. Shower was 10.00 and it was disgusting as well. When my husband paid they didn't even clean it after the previous person came out they just handed my husband the key! Items in the store were over priced! Thank goodness they are building a Pilot Travel Center futher up the rode!

Great place for truckers to spend time. Tiki bar is a hipster biker bar at best. Brand new Harley clothed wanna be s kind of cute.The food on the menu, some is good. The bbq guy in the center makes heavenly food not on the menu!. Orgasm in the mouth kind of food!I truck parking is 15 per day , A1
