I went with a flat tire, hoping for a quick fix. But things took a bad turn. They made the hole in the tire bigger and said it couldn't be fixed. Then they told me I needed to replace not just one, but at least two tires. When I asked for my tire back as it was, they got rude. It's obvious they just want to take your money. Don't bother going - they're not honest.PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS; I'm not the only one with this experience! I should have called the police on these thieves.

The first time I visited this place, the service was excellent, and they did a perfect job on my Jeep.However, during my recent visit for an oil change, I felt that the attention given was obligatory.The seat of my car and the radio controls were moved and not left as I had them. Moreover, they failed to reset the oil alert, and I had to figure out how to do it myself later on. I also noticed that the driver's seat had oil stains, and the glove compartment, which was locked, had been opened. Lastly, the sticker on the windshield was placed crooked.I had planned on going to another Firestone location, but the same thing happened there. Initially, I had invested money, but since the second time, everything was covered by the warranty I bought. Sadly, both locations treated me as if it were a favor that I was asking of them.For this reason, I won't be returning. I wish your business all the best, but I won't be coming back.

A *bit* pricey for labor for a relatively easy repair I requested (in my humble opinion of course) but it's at least my third time using this center and they've consistently performed excellent work on my vehicle's wheels and rotors.

Raul is very rude in his answers to people: smart aleck answers.Also, I just bought new tires from you. He charged me for removing a nail? When I asked he said I didn't have road hazard. Nobody offered road hazard when I bought the tires! He said "oh well"

I have spoken repeatedly to management at this location regarding issues with work that is paid for not being completed and making improper service recommendations. Yesterday I spoke at length about these issues with both corporate headquarters for Firestone as well as the regional manager (A.B.) There is a serious problem with the level of work ethic and honesty at this location.

First didnt gave the alignment report. Second they have to load the car on the bridge again and they have to re align for second time so the report came out good. Which concludes that the forst time was not done the alignment

Our SUV started shaking really really bad on the way to a family members house when we were out of town. We were able to drop it off that night and leave it there for the next day with a key drop because that was the closest place to the highway. BTW kudos to Firestone Weston for the drop box it greatly helped, since we arrived there after they were closed.I called them the next morning and gave them my info for my SUV. They called me some time later and told me I needed two new tires and an alignment. They tried overselling a lifetime alignment which I wasn't interested in and they kept on trying to convince me to do it. I didn't.Well over $700 later my SUV was fixed with two new tires and a one time alignment. I am really glad the auto was fixed and I felt out of place since I didn't really know the area so just agreed to it.They never really gave me an explanation of what exactly was wrong and they never offered me cheaper tires which BTW they had available. After further research and talking to other mechanics I now realize my issue might have been fixed with just a wheel alignment a balance and possibly just one tire.They never offered that to me. I am happy that my auto made it the following 200 miles the next day but I feel I got a little ripped off.Also who ever I picked up the SUV from just took my money and sent me a receipt to my email. He wasn't really sociable and didn't tell me anything about my vehicle.Maybe I am use to something different in Southwest Florida with my normal mechanic but it is what it is. After everything the SUV does drive great and the issue was fixed.

Raul is truly an incredible asset to this corporation. I ve been going here for over 18 years and I am always greeted with such great customer service and knowledge. Came to this location as an emergency with my tire needing to be replaced, the customer service was amazing! They inspected my car and got it on a lift in record time.They were understanding, communicative, very pleasant and got the job done with no hassle which is hard to find. Thank you for all your help and will definitely recommend to anyone needing your services, thank you!!

Called at noon to make sure my tire could be patched before they closed and they said no problem ( my appointment was set to 5pm and I arrived at 4:25pm).Was rushed during check-in and was being told that suddenly it might take until the next day to patch the one leaky tire (they close at 7pm).Well after waiting, they finally got me checked out at 6:30pm (with now a random vacuum line related check engine light which is a whole other problem I'm not going into)Yet not even a week later I am AGAIN dealing with a leaky tire from a sub par patch job.You would think a specialty tire and alignment auto center would know how to properly do a patch. Very disappointing, will not be returning again as this is the last one of many bad experiences at this location

Absolutely would recommend this location to any and all customers. My husband, Eddie, goes her often and sees Raul. This morning my tires were low with air and my husband is out of town. I did not know where to go but I remembered my husband telling me about Raul. I called and Raul helped me right away and didn't even charge me. Great customer service!Service: Tires

Buyer, beware! Took my daughters car to have a brake inspection a couple of months ago because there were some squeaking and slight grinding sounds. They took the car to the back after waiting about 30 minutes. One of the representatives came to the front and told me that it looked like the emergency brake had been left on and both rear brakes neeed to be replaced immediately. Which I believed. The car only had 17,000 miles at the time which was fast, but possible for brakes. The car has an electronic emergency brake, which is automatically disabled once the car starts driving so it was not able to be permanently on. They gave me the sales pitch to sign up for a new credit card because it would be six months interest free. Once they saw my credit limit, the brake job turned into a $700 repair for two rear brakes, which now I have learned is about three times more than what the job should be done for. They tried to tell me that my tires were in bad shape, and they needed to be replaced, but I knew they were not that bad. I declined. Fast forward a couple of months, my daughter just takes her car to another vendor because she had a slow leak in one of the tires. I just got off the phone with my daughter and they said that the brake pads were ok, but that the rotors were never serviced as they were supposed to be a couple of months ago. There was also some parts that were mentioned that were put in incorrectly. When I told them that I had paid $700 for two rear brakes. They said that that was criminal! That is the reason for the delay writing this review. Hopefully it will help others in the future. Not repeat the mistake I made. I will never return to fire stone for any repairs. If anyone takes the time to read these reviews, be sure to shop other places before getting any work done at this location.Service: Brakes

I took a Toyota Corolla that presented no issues at all to the shop for oil change and preventive maintenance. Accepted all suggested services (oil, front disc brakes, rear brake pads, filters, wipers) and left with an invoice of almost $900 dollars after I signed for the Firestone Card which offers 50% off the first oil change. Later that day, I realized they didn't take off such discount and I had to go back to request the refund. I felt uncomfortable and asked if they had forgotten to do something else since the customer can't see many of the services being actually done. I left concerned.Fast forward TWO days later: out of the blue, my car brakes (no acceleration, shaking). I am able to make it to the shop and I am informed I am facing a $1,000 dollar repair for a totally new and unrelated problem (engine coils, spark plugs). I was advised to replace the four of them and not just the one that was broken in order to avoid the same problem three more times, which was likely to happen soon, according to them.I don't know anything about car mechanics, but I've got to be the most unlucky car owner in South Florida since I ended up with an expense of almost $2,000 dollars in a matter of three days for a car that was working perfectly well, has 70,000 thousand miles (8 years), is regularly serviced and is not a luxury vehicle."Cars are like this", I was told.I had taken my car to the shop many times before and always thought they suggested more services than needed. Yet, never doubted the way they did business.After this experience, all I can say is I find what happened very suspicious. Trust is lost. Not coming back.

Was told they had the tires I needed, proceeded to ask me if anyone spoke to me about pricing and I said no . They then asked me for my keys, to my surprise a guy comes inside and tells me my car is ready, I go up to the counter and I m told it s 700+ dollars for two tires. Unprofessional and dishonest.I towed my car to this place to get a starter replaced. After that, the car still had issues with the start, and I went to a dealer to check it out. The dealer ran a diagnostic and said the problem was with the new starter.I went back to this place and asked to fix the starter that is still under warranty. They said their starter was fine and refused to replace it, but I needed to replace an injector and a fuel pump instead. Also, I was supposed to do a fuel system cleaning. They tried to charge me more than $2000 in total. BTW the dealer cleaned the fuel system just six months ago.So I returned to the dealer and changed the starter again. It fixed the problem.When I tried to return the lousy starter to these guys and get my money back, they refused and said that they could only replace their starter again.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I am on my first "vacation" in two years. I took a four-day weekend and drove to Miami for the first time. On the way from SW FL my ABS system went on my vehicle. I was in Miami and called out to several Firestones finally settling on this Firestone. Raul told me he can check it out today. I got in the car and drove an hour to Weston and spent a few hours with Raul and his crew. They took good care of me and great care of my car. I was able to get back to Miami just in time for my dinner reservations in Little Havana tonight! Great work and great service! Thank you so much for everything!Service: Brake service & repair

Horrible experience and I would say go anywhere else. They damaged my car, refused to acknowledge it, the company did some type if "investigation", of course it came up with no responsibility for the place. They say they do not have camaras there. All impersonal too, never spoke to anyone about it. Explained this all in a letter to the company, no response. Ive gone here with my fanily cars numeorus times over the years, no longer. There are many cloae by places to go, I recommend any of those. Can't be worse.

My wife & kids was coming back from a cruise that was my wife's bucket list before she passes away she has stage 3 brain cancer .Any way she was leaving the parking garage when her Acadia started acting up she took it there & the manager told her they would have it looked at well the master fuel pump that they got was a lemon after they test drove it so Saturday they fixed her up with the parts .I'm so greafulthat the staff & especially the manager treated her & my kids great especially what my wife is going thru .Thanks so much the manager there

On 08/3/30 Brought my 4 new tires to be installed to this place. The first thing I told them was that my rims are black and needed to be careful not to scratch them, the man behind the counter named Raul, (nice guy by the way) told me "we do this all day" Guess what? when I went to pick up my car all of the rims had scratches al over the rims. Raul then called the guy who worked on the car and he came out with a wet towel trying to make the scratches disappear like magic. Well obviously the scratches did not disappear and they told me that they will take care of it, and that I will be receiving a phone call from someone to come and repair my rims. Still waiting for the call. These people are really irresponsible and not trustworthy, I submitted my claim with TIRE RACK since they had them on their web page and I thought that it was a plus, but NO. Hopefully TIRE RACK apologized for these clowns and will take actions on not recommending them in their web. Also balancing of tires was awful, car vibrates around 65 to 70 MPH. Stick to your dealer if you have a new car, don't waist your money and time with this unprofessional auto center.Service: Tires

Called the place, I believe his name is Walter? He picked up the phone, was nice and said I could come in for an oil change without an appointment. Took my car shortly after arriving. I had a tire rotation planned so he recommended that and I knew that my rear brakes were really bad and he also said I should change it. Did a great job, the brakes look great, feel great and did exactly what the car needed. Thank you!UPDATE: 2 months laterGave them a call today about a getting another alignment that came with the 12 month alignment warranty I bought almost a year ago. The ?manager picked up again and was very friendly on the phone said come right on in for an alignment. They are all always so friendly and nice at this location! I just got my brakes and oil change from them a month ago as well and my brakes have been so much better since they changed them last time. Got my alignment done today without an appointment and didn't have to pay a dime since it was apart of the warranty!

8/16/2021 - I took my car to get serviced for multiple things. They called me and said the work was done. When I went to go pick it up I realized my tires were not rotated as I ask them to do. I told the guy who attended me and he insisted that it was done. Argued with me that it was done. I know my car and wheels very well. He went to ask his technician and technician said it was not on the list to do. Why argue about something that you really do not know.He then said sorry that he missed to put it on the list for technician to do. He said come back any morning to get my tires rotated that it should be really quick. I took time off to do this work today. Now I have to take more time to get this done. If I was him, if it is really quick like he says, I would have done the tire rotation right then and there so customer can leave satisfied but instead customer left upset.

Do not go to this place! Got an oil change, week later my oil was leaking everywhere. Took it back to ask them what happened they said my valve was eroded and wanted to charge me $950. I didn't trust it so I drove it to my other mechanic, found out that they didn't put the cap on correctly so it was just leaking everywhere. Disgusting people. You should be ashamed! They are rip offs! They did the same to my wife with a different issue.
