Excellent service. From the moment I got into the local. Come on, the staff were attentive and addressed my issue. I waited less than 30 minutes. My tire was diagnosed with a nail and plugged successfully, and there is no charge for the repair. Would highly recommend it, and they have gained a new loyal client.

Great place to do business with I needed a special tire. They were the only ones that were able to get it pulled through. They receive the tire they called me. They didn t need any money until it was put on my car. They were very honest and I would never choose another company. Everything went perfect.

Based on the reviews, I decided to visit this place, and it exceeded my expectations! The customer service was top-notch. Upon arrival, a friendly employee greeted me outside and presented several tire options. I appreciated their use of a screen for customers to view the choices. In just 20 minutes, I was in and out. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend them.

These guys are amazing. I took my car for the first to get tires changed back in 2023 a while ago and have always counted on them since then. I got an unexpected flat yesterday 4/18/2024 and the guy with the glasses easy on the eyes really nice guy (you ll know when you see em). He adjusted to my situation and accommodated my needs and I walked out so happy after dealing with my first flat tire ever first donut installation all on my own super stressful. Achievement collected. If you need tires go to these guys. They re awesome.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of service at the Weston Discount Tire store. I purchased my tires online after taking advantage of their site s helpful search features. I made an online appointment to have them installed and Vito greeted me in the parking lot as soon as I parked my truck. He was friendly, helpful, and informative, and I was on the road with my four new tires in less than an hour. I highly recommend this business!!

The staff at this Discount Tires location went well above and beyond what was expected when changing out my 4 tires and the spare as well as putting I. The new tire pressure monitor sensors. Fantastic customer service. Everything was done quickly and professionally and I had no issues driving off afterwards. Highly recommend them to anyone and will absolutely be coming back for future services they offer.

Once again Discount Tire comes through. The first time was in Pooler, Ga.(12/30/22). Today 1/21/23 I phone DT in Weston, Fl. and spoke to the Senior Manager Mr.Vito, and explain to him that I just purchase tires from Costco and took one of the tires off the car that I purchase from DT to put on a rim that I also purchase from DT (to read more about that experience go to Discount Tire Pooler, Ga.) Mr. Vito told me to bring the car and I did. When I got there I was greeted by the assistant manager Mr. Carlos while talking to Mr.Carlos Mr. Vito said oh yeah I remember you take care of him and Mr. Carlos did just that. Mr. Carlos went and took the tire and rim from the car and mount the tire to the rim in ten minutes. Customer Service is at its best what I love most about DT is the two times I have had the pleasure of their service they have been fully staffed. The establishment was also nice and clean. A welcoming experience overall.UPDATE: 3/14/23I am selling the two tires and rim for 225 bucks the tires have just a couple hundred miles on them. See my review on Discount Tire Pooler, Ga. These guys are amazing. Visiting from out of town and got a couple of nails in my front tires. I was able to get to the location from Fort Lauderdale just before they were closing, and they were able to take care of me. They pulled up my maintenance plan that I bought w the tires originally and took great care of me. Stellar customer service. Amazing team. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Wow! Got great tire deal with Tire Rack that is part of Discount Tire. Service was cheaper, quick and excelent. Have tried other 2 big tire companies. This one is definitely the best, by far. Try it out. Doubt you will regret it. Thanks Erik (assistant manager) and your great team. Competitors watch out! Again, wow!

I got all 4 of my tires replaced (after they checked for sure that my most recently purchased one wasn't repairable). It was such a quick and easy process even though I didn't come in with an appointment. David, the store manager, walked with me patiently through all the warranty information for my tires, and Francisco also helped me compare between two tire brands. I appreciated how they didn't talk to down to me or try to upsell me. They were also so patient and ready to help me as I sorted out my tire issues.The tires were also great priced - much cheaper than how much the dealerships were quoting me. Not to mention the free inspection. David also credited me the amount I should have had left on my most recent tire so that I could avoid the hassle of going to a dealership to use their warranty. The entire process from getting set up, inspection, to replacing all 4 tires took 2-3 hours top with no appointment. Amazing experience!

Used discount tire all the time when I lived in Michigan. They were great. Went to this location after I moved down here 2 years ago and have used them ever since. Exceptional, fantastic and the best in the business is all I can say. Maybe if more businesses and people in south Florida conducted themselves like this business does then with Florida wouldn't be full of the entitled, degenerate scum that it seems to be. If you want a trustworthy and loyalty driven business and staff that simply excels at what it does, go here!

Wow, in a world where customer service is all but lost this place brings back hope that it may return! Erik and the team were amazing. Their price, service and speed are unmatched when it comes to replacing tires. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. First time at the Weston store. Eric checked us in, Astelan was the technician, Francisco returned the car. Fantastic service from the moment we arrived until we left. Eric found the nail in the tire, checked tread depth. Astelan took time to show us the nail, and used jack pad and torque wrench! Francisco answered questions about tires when we need them. First class operation. Wish they had a store in Miami Dade.

Couldn t have imagined a better experience. Those guys move FAST! I was in and out of there in 40 minutes on a Saturday. I m still in shock writing this from my driveway. where s i would spend 2 and a half hours at tire kingdom. that s how much time i allotted mentally. Discount tire is my new go to. Wow! Amazing job guys keep up the good work

Friendliest team! Super efficient & follows appointment time promises. Wasn t there for more than 30 minutes and then wasn t even charged for my tire inspection. They handled my problem and got me out so quick! Definitely can tell this company cares more about customer service than about making profits off of their clientele. Will be back!

Been using DT for years, from TX to CO and now in FL. My mom needed tires (badly) for her BMW so I reached out to them and spoke to Eric (who was very personable and knowledgeable to deal with) to see if they could assist her and like usual they provided the best tires, with the best warranty and fast service. She was in and out in a jiff and now I can rest assured my mom has safe and nice looking tires on her 'whip'. They offer military discount and often price match! Highly recommend..get the certificates...100% worth it....no I don't, nor have I ever worked there!

Great service and prices. The staff was very helpful. You can either purchase tires from their physical location or from their website. Came early to be the first customer that morning and they were able to help find a reliable set of tires for my vehicle and have them installed in less than an hour. They also helped with a tread wear warranty.

First Class operation all the way.!!! This location was extremely clean and the service was super prompt. Eric was very respectful and courteous. He helped me and was totally on point and professional. My new tires were installed in exactly the time that was promised. The car was returned to me without even a smudge. Best of all was the price. Update: I returned to them for all new work van tires after having such an amazing experience with what they did for my Camaro SS.Once again, they were always on point and extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.You really dont see many places where this attitude and service is exemplified throughout all team members.These people are one hell of a team, wont ever get tires anywhere else.Original review belowBuying tires here was a great experience.
