I like very much the Toyota Weston location. They offer a great customer service with a lot of professionalism and fast service. This is a second vehicle that we have purchased through this dealer, and we are very happy in particular with my car service assistant Mr. Rivera, he is very professional, and courteous.Thank you for your help

Service advisors are always very honest and knowledgeable. Very accommodating if you have any problems. I always take my vehicle for service to this location. On my last oil change, the drain pan plug was left loose, and I had oil leaks. The problem was resolved immediately when i returned with my vehicle.

Had an appointment with my Service Manager Alvaro. As usual he was very courteous, friendly and professional. He did a visual inspection and checked all the equipment for functionality. They replaced the rear brake pads. Great Job!

Excellent service in emergency visit - Jose Rivera is the best. The emergency was the gas tank cover would not open when button pushed. YIKES! He found it was a broken clip and had it replaced/repaired within an hour. So very much appreciated.

I have been a client since January 2022. I am continually impressed by the welcoming and friendly, yet professional nature of the staff. The service is excellent! I always feel valued. I appreciate the fact that the relationship does not end after the sale is completed. The sales representatives are always accommodating to any requests or concerns I may have after sale. My assigned Service Advisor is just great. I would like to publicly acknowledge Mohamed B., Hernan G., Wali K., Drew E. and Ricardo G for the excellent service I have experienced. THUMBS UP First customer experience on the service: EXCELENT !I came here for the FIRST TIME for an oil change,after having a terrible experience with another dealership. Not only that my car was ready wayyyyy earlier than expected but the service advisor (Alberto Fuenmayor) was extremely professional. I received a complementary car wash in addition to my oil change which was a nice touch. Overall the dealership looks clean, well organized, the personal is attentive and everyone seems like they know what they doing. I will definitely come back here for the next service on my vechicle. I like it...***This is a FAIR review, is subject to a real experience and can be updated at any time based in further experiences. THANK YOU guys !

I was there without an appointment and they were able to help me. Chris greeted and assisted me. Gave me all the information and prices before accepting their services, so there was no surprises! Bought my Tacoma here 17 yrs. Ago and had its first problem besides a few recall repairs. Called and made an appointment the day after new years and actually changed the appointment times 3 times simple as pie. The service dept. is top notch from top to bottom. Truck was done the next morning they always kept me updated to the process. Great company, great people

Took my car to be serviced and mentioned that my car has a little stall when cranking up and for them to check the battery. My car wouldn't start the next day to go to work, so I called to speak with the supervisor in the service department Mr. Henry and he said if I have AAA or call a tow service to have my car brought back to them to look at. $150 later just so that the service attendant can tell me that it was my battery all along, in which was never looked at even though when I text the service attendant to ask did they check my battery in which he said yes that the battery is good. So now I have a service person lying to me and a supervisor that didn't even offer a loaner for my inconvenience to get to work nor to refund me of the towing on top of that when they washed my car, I now have scratches all across my vehicle. I never ever had an experience like this at this location ever, but this should have been handled with some kind of compassion towards the customer, me. I said that I was going to buy my 2nd car from them, but I don't see that happening.

First the organization is amazing. From greeters, to service advsiors, technicians, and cashiers. You should go to Greg the service advsior. He is friendly, honest, dress professional and has a great personality. The technicians that works with Greg is outstanding . He has great hands. Felt like I drove out with a brand new vehicle. Keep up the superb work! Keep smiling ! Blessings to all of them! They all need a raise!

Hector Landrove and his team are top notch in customer service. The consistently communicate with you. I've been going there for 2 years and never once have they tried to upsell anything that wasn't needed. Honest brokers!!! Highly recommend!

While traveling from Georgia to Key West my hybrid systems light went on. I called for an appointment on Wednesday afternoon and scheduled for repair the following morning at 7am. The repair was complete by 11am and I was on the road again. The service I received was amazing!

The most important feedback I can give about the Toyota Weston Service Center is that I trust their word and their skill. I dealt with Greg, the service advisor, and Dwayne, the mechanic. I have dealt with them before, and each time I felt that they had my best interests at heart and were providing my car with exactly what it needed to remain in excellent condition.

Excellent customer service from Jorge Moreira. I went in for an odd situation. Toyota apparently did the work, but I still have the same issue. It's not a major deal, so I'm just going to live with it. (The issue is that I can hear air coming from the front driver's window. I mainly hear it when I'm on the expressway. It's a 2024 vehicle. My 2017 Corolla didn't have this issue. They couldn't resolve the issue, that's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. It's probably a manufacturer problem.) Thanks for trying.

I had better experiences at Autonation Toyota. This time was not as good. Service advisor can use some training to provide better customer service. I am the customer and it felt like I was bothering him to service my car and collect my money.

My service advisor Mr. Hernan Galeano was kind, courteous and knowledgeable about what was recommended by the service technician to keep my vehicle operating at optimum performance.The front desk staff for payment and collecting my vehicle keys always seem's confused and disorganized. My opinion is to have operation management over view this process and see how long this process takes. Remove these old ladies and replace them with experience and well-rounded individuals, some smiling faces, young, happy, energetic and friendly staff. Not to mention saying some kind words like "Thank you for choosing AutoNation Toyota of Weston please do come again" or "How was your experience today anything else we can do for you, please do come again" my last impression leaving this establishment shouldn't be a negative one. Well I hope you fix this....

We took our car to Toyota Of Weston and were sent to the collision department. The gentleman who helped us with Epolito. He took care of us right away and send us where we need to go in Hollywood to the Auto Nation. There we were taken care of very quickly our car was ready within 24 hours And looked brand new. The only reason why I gave them a four star was because our side rearview mirrors were not done. I told us that they were in the car to come back later which we didn t. They did not have them. They told us to come back the next day, at which time they only had one. That was changed right away. We have been notified that the other one is ready, but we are still not at home. Will take care of it when we get there. All in all we got really good service we will we will recommend them highly.
