If you are looking for an exceptional mechanic instead of a parts replacement person, Westgate Auto Center is the best to go to. Their staff is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They are reasonable and will have you on the road very quickly. I give this shop five stars.

Dishonest!!! Came to them needed complete front suspension, was guaranteed parts delivered in 3-5 days yet 9 days days later still nothing, no phone call. Forgot to order my parts, lied to me about it, promised me by Monday after the fact knowing perfectly well Monday was Veterans day. Now, my car is damaged even more due to the procrastination of westgate auto. Now, my refund of over $400 still hasnt been put back on my debit card and I dont have the original money to fix my car because these people tied it up somehow. Ask me, they used my money to pay a late bill by the looks of the place and lack of customers...suprise. I was lied to up and down by these people. Do NOT trust them with your business.

Horrible customer service for one, I got hung up on while talking to the owner Bruce, and the receptionist is extremely rude!!! I had to bring my truck here to get fixed and got screwed over big time !!! I highly recommend not to bring your vehicle here. Just putting this out there so other people don't make the same mistake I did. They also quoted me one price for a job, then called me up and told me it would be more money than they originally quoted.

Brought our Jeep in for service last week. Shannon and Bruce were right on it, found the problem and fixed it within 2 hours. We have a new place to go now for reliable, dependable and efficient service.

Needed help fast for my college girl's car. This is the place to go. Straight to the point, didn't try to sell any service not necessary. In and out in an hour. Will only use this small family business from now on!

Owner was to order over $400 worth of parts, told me 3-5 days. After a week the parts were not there and she said maybe 3 more days. Paid for them in advance with my debit card. After one week I requested a refund, she then ran my debit as a credit card refund. It has been 5 days and no refund. I personally think this company used my money and never ordered the parts. Owner got real ugly when I asked questions. Won t be going back there, and no one else should.

I would highly recommend WestGate Auto. They got my vehicle in and out of there. They don t beat around the bush, and they don t try and sell you unnecessary repairs. I am highly impressed in the services I received and how fast and efficient the services to my vehicle where. Thank you WestGate Auto. You will definitely be seeing more of me.

Been using Westgate as my Mechanic for oh about 7yrs now and they absolutely bend over backwards to treat you right. I always trust that their service and prices are spot on. Thanks Bruce!

Family owned business for 43 years.Honest and dependable work highly recommend. They know their business. I wouldn't take my truck to anyone else for service

Worst place EVER. Owner quotes a price verbally then charges more later. Job not done right, lies and yells. There is no such thing as an estimate there. Thieves and they have already been reported to the state of Florida.
