Such a smooth and easy process. Got all 4 new tires without breaking the bank. They were installed for free, with a couple perks in the warranty. My original appointment was for a Thursday morning but I could not make it. The associate was more than happy to change it for that following Saturday. (Was trying to avoid the weekend but I had to get them done. Anyway, got there Saturday afternoon and all was moving at a fast yet properly managed speed. I took off into the store to get a few things. Car was ready within an hour. Before I could even finish my shopping. Staff in the auto mart section are very pleasant and made me feel like the only customer. Will be continuing my car maintenance with them as well. Thank you all for such excellent customer service.

I had an appointment early in the morning because I thought I would be first.in line. When I got there I was told no technician was going to be there until 10am because "everyone wants a job but not everyone wants to work". I was asked to leave the car and it would be done by 12pm (!!!) Because of other 3(!) cars in front of me.What about hiring people that want both a job and to work? What about creating incentives for people to be there at the beginning of the shift? What about actually caring of delivering service on time?

I change all my tires at Walmart for the last 10years. I had a flat tire today Wednesday May 3rd 2023 and came at 3:55pm, they told me that they won't take me and to come back tomorrow, mind you that they close at 7pm. The lady even went to the extent of asking me to go to BJs to have my tire fixed because they won't take me...It is not their 1st time doing this. That happened also to my husband 2months ago.Walmart Corporation should try to investigate what's going on over here... They need to change their hours of operation or hire more people to do what they suppose to...Thanks God, one of the worker stayed after hours and put the spare tire for me. Bought 4 tires and was able to take them home that same day. They also install them for a reasonable price but I decided to get them installed elsewhere due to needing an alignment.

I had an appointment at 10 a.m.. check in and Mr. Danny the manager tells me it would be an hour. Only needed one tire to be changed. I come back at 11:30 they had just taken the tire off. Danny was yelling at me and very loud because I called him out on it. Right in front of my son. I'm a woman and felt very out of place and uncomfortable. I will never come here again. This service was horrible. Thanks alot Mr. Danny for poor customer service as a manager.

Service is AWFUL in the auto department. The Indian guy that checks you in for oil changes is rude and has NO customer service skills. They are supposed to open at 7am but no one opens the department until almost 8am. If the workers don t want to work then they should not be there. POOR POOR service and the Team Lead named Danny needs to get fired or trained better! The only good customer service I received was from the actual oil technician. He was very nice and did his job with a smile on his face unlike everyone else.And the lady that takes payment is rude as hell!! You need to do better!!Service: Oil change

I bought Rain-X Latitude Water Repellency 28" 2-IN-1 Windshield Wiper Blades and watched the video and could not figure out how to install them. I stopped by a Walmart where I was working that day and Assistant Manager Mike in the (Auto Care Center) was able to help me quickly and showed me how to install them. Thank you very much! 5 Stars Mike!!

Don t get a job working with customers if you re going to be disrespectful and rude. Lady at the automotive register with the wig, first of all, doesn t know anything about cars and tells me to go look at the books for batteries and walks away. Then I tell her I can t find it, and she completely ignores us as we are standing right in front of her. Watched her shoo away other customers WITH HER HANDS like they re dogs as well. Disgusting attitude and demeanor.

Went to get an oil change at 4:30pm plenty of time before close just to be met with Oil changes done for the day if you don t like your job just say that I faithfully go get oil changes, full service ones at that, from there and it s always an issue I see why the reviews are how they are.

I called to see in regards of getting tires. The person I spoke to spoke like a man I mean a very deep voice, and at the end of the car, I said, thank you so much, sir what was your name again and they rudely replied I am not a man I am a woman and hung up on me like how am I supposed to know very rude very disrespectful by the way it was a LiNDA that I spoke to

If I could rate 0 I would do that. I came here 7:50 in the morning and it was just 1 car in front of me. They asked to leave a car so I can come back and it is going to be ready. Now it is 10:16 and I just needed to change 1 tire!!!!! I just decided to Jack my car myself and at least start the process!!! I will never come here again. Terrible

I had a horrible experience in Walmart Auto Care Center West Palm Beach, FL SR 7 or 441 Branch back in 12/15/21 with my truck changed oil and tire rotation past 6PM. After couple of days I found out that 4 of my lug nuts are loose on both front sides and scrathces on my rim. I brough it back to them and they forced it in ended up 2 OEM studs are completely destroyed. The Walmart manager even argued with me that it is still safe having 4 studs on my wheels not even considering the weight and balance. Glad I did not put load as I normally does and travel along I-95 that day. I could have lost my life and others for this unprofessional and irresponsible work. Since I dont trust them no more, I took it then to Tire Plus. They gave me a quote of $336.28 for the repair and labor. I decided to do it myself. But this should not be tolerated. These people could cause chaos in the future. I have all the evidence of pictures and receipt from Walmart.Service: Tires

If only there were a negative number. Flat tire out of town and had to get towed to closest town and spend the night next to a Walmart. 7am and no inventory so they couldn't or wouldn't fulfil warranty with same tire I had a mismatch put on.Flat tire again and can't call in to see if in stock. Got there at 8am and was told they can fix by 10am or they will replace with same tire. Get a call that they can't fix and don't have the tire. Picked up car and went elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!I will gladly pay extra for service, caveat emptor

Got tires replaced months ago, when my car came back my tire pressure sensor wasnt reading on 1 wheel. I called they said no big deal come back well reset it. I did nobody there knew how. They said the only person could but they werent there. I have been trying to meet up with this person but they are never there when i show up. Update they were willing to pay for damages. Returned for more buisness schedualed at 12. Its 1 my car has still not been taken into the bay. Nobody called to notify or reschedule. Looks like I'm just going to have to walk home and hope its ready tomorrowUpdate 12/21/23It seems like every time I come here. There's an issue this time. I called at eight this morning to see if there were any openings and the guy on the phone said it's not busycome right in, but I can't guarantee nobody else shows up first. I come in at 815 and the person outside says it'll be a 2 hour wait minimum. There are super busy and to come back later at 7 o'clock so I did instead of 7 o'clock. I showed at 630 and they still wouldn't take me and then instead of scheduling an appointment. They said that no one in this building would have told you that.maybe try 7 AM and to use the website to schedule an appointment. I went online and they require me make an account to see openings. The email won't go through.I just want an oil change. Can no one here schedule the appointment over the phone in person?! Day 3 of trying to get an appointment... no luck

This is probably the worst Auto Center in all of FL. I booked an appointment to get all the tires changed on my car and it took like 4 hours for them to finish. When I arrived, I waited in my car and no one approached me. Afterwards, I walk inside only to be told I need to wait outside next to the red tent for service. I walked around Walmart shopping for over 1 hr and 30 min expecting the job to be done, but it wasn't. I If I had known the job would take that long, I would have taken an Uber home, or gotten a friend to drop me off. Like, do the guys here "WANT" to work or what? Maybe they should all find another line of work or something. Honestly, I would rather pay more money somewhere else next time than have service done here.

I arrived anticipating 2 hours of wait time from reading previous reviews. I had a dead battery that needed to be replaced. I arrived and was helped professionally, kindly and quickly by Chris. He changed my battery and I was out in less than 20 minutes.

The Walmart company should shutdown this place, it is ruining the company's image. The service is appalling. All I got from them is a day wasted, gasoline wasted and really strong impression that they did not want me as a customer. They just don't care, they are fine if you leave; its less work for them. All customers I saw while I was there throughout the day had the same complaints as me. They were all forced to take their business elsewhere.

Came 3 times with a nail in my tire and was told to make an appointment. Workers don't care, racist managers. Everyone has a face like they are ready to kill you, extremely slow service no sense of customer service. Don't waste your money buying a warranty for the tires from walmart.Service: TiresService: Tires

Zero stars. Worst service experience ever. They said they had my tires 3 times and it turns out they don t! It s 4 days after my appointment. I ve been here twice in person and spoken to the 3 times on the phone and Walmart customer service twice. I could not get an appointment at all. They just said to come in early and hope it gets done by the end of the day!They say they open at 7 but the bay door rolled up at 745. There were 11 cars here and 3 more left because of the line! They didn t open the first hood until 815! What a waste! No wonder they can t make an appointment! They don t have any clue that they could be popping hoods at 645am and be ahead of schedule!This place is terribly managed!

Excuses stacked on excuses, if your under staffed close your doors and go help out at a register. - read the other reviews... Not unique or rare. 2.5 hours before they're adjusted hours of closing at 4 instead of the posted 7, after we called and they said "you don't need an appointment for an oil change just come in" sorry we have 2 people in front of you and no more time for oil changes. An oil change shouldn't take 15 minutes. Jiffy Lube did it cheaper, in and out in 12 minutes with my 5.6 Liter V8 Truck.

Only gave one star because I can't give zero. Called at 12:30 asked if I needed an appointment or if I could just come through. Was told to come after 1.. I asked if 2:00 was okay they said sure come through there will be an hour away I said no problem.. I get there and they tell me there is no technicians and they can only service the three cars in line. They told me they would bring a supervisor out to speak with me but never did. All employees were avoiding me. Was told I'm welcome to make the 30 minute drive out first thing in the morning.. so rude and dismissive. Would never come back here again. Plenty of employees here just standing around complaining not doing anything

They are so rude and every time I go there they are hardly working. There is only one or two people working and the mechanics are always just standing around when there are like 3 cars waiting to be serviced. It truly shows that the mechanics get their work ethic from the male manager there. He doing the same thing they are just standing around. SMH. Called 7 times over two days to schedule an appointment, no one answered 6 of the times, the one time someone answered he said he wasn't from that department and to hold for someone else... the phone never stopped ringing.When we went in person the line was long, no customers wear masks (fair warning) and they let a woman go to the front because she had an appointment, (which we couldn't make because they don't answer the phone) the guy in front of us said aloud he didn't have an appointment, had a large truck, and needed unique tires, they said no problem and saw him. When we got to the front the employee looked as his watch and said they couldn't do our tires today it was too late (1pm) and we'd have to come back tomorrow. We told him we called 7 times and he just didn't answer us at all.Never going back. Tire kingdom up the street saw us immediately without appointment, had name brands for good prices, and we had no issues.

Wish I could give it zero stars. I just went yesterday. Never again. I have never done a review before but I'm very unhappy. Workers just messing around not taking their job seriously and not helpful. Went to get my tire replaced cause I had a flat. They were able to patch it. Now the service was supposed to include balancing, but it was either not done or not done right cause now my tires are shaking when I go 60 mph and I never had a problem before just got new tires two months ago.Also the technician stole my change I had on my door in my car. I went to go use it today and found nothing there. Also when I got to my car the air conditioning was blasting. I know we are in Florida but you do not move customer cars and enjoy their air conditioning.I wish I would have not gone here.

I tried to call **multiple times** to ask for how much a tire change would be for my tire size. A lady keep yelling over me saying I need an appointment. I had to yell over her to correct her that I just need to know how much it would be. She kept forwarding me to another lady that just kept hanging up on me. Please get new staff. No one has any respect or any actual good work ethic that's currently working there.
