Tyler was amazing. The whole staff (ketrie and prince) was nice and got my car in immediately for an oil change.They explained everything they were doing and checked several other things on my car. Felt like my car was in good hands.Thank you!

When I Approach the young man Chris was very polite and the young lady Jay works top and and bottom and she was very great at what she was doing I will be coming to do a oil change cause the Service was great.

Fast professional service. They took the time to completely explain all your options and the pricing. I was there on a rainy Sunday morning. It was 8.59. The doors opened up @ 9. There were several cars waiting and only 1 attendant. He was swamped. The attendant worked until helped arrived. Thanks for your service Tyler on 45th St. Repeat customer for sure. 9:18 pulling out

WARNING!!! Oil change gone wrong. 800 miles later a burning smell, so I went to dealer. Dealer said I only had 2 out of 6 quarts of oil left in the tank. 5 phone calls later, they demanded proof, the nerve! So, I opened a claim. They had some wanna be claims person call to interrogate me. HIGHLY! Disappointed with this visit. If you love your Brand New Car AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw him thru the windshied,because I was in my car,never ever saw a new bottle of oil,much less 5,like I supposedly paid for!!over a $100!!I did get a light fixed and new air filter,it was like 135/140 total,I had a $25 coupon as well,the coupon brought it down to $135,so I see the guy picking up a dirty gasoline dispenser prolly holds 5 gallons ,maybe more,so it's like barely 1/2 way barely!!not even close to halfway ,and I hear him say ,"oil going in" & proceeds to pour this oil into my truck,I said,to myself,that doesn't look like 5 quarts of oil,and I thought it very strange he didn't pour it out of a new bottle of oil,5 of them,not once did I see a new bottle of oil near my truck,that slimy guy,put old used dirty oil in my truck,and I paid $135 for oil change for used dirty oil,I checked my oil yesterday, it is barely at full,barely,not even full,and it's disgustingly dirty,oil change 1 day ago,that color should be golden, it's filthy dirty!!!what's going to be done about this!!!!!????that is a shame,borderline CRIME!!!

Went to get a radiator and fluid system flush and everything was going fine until fluid exploded out of my vehicle and they made me turn off my vehicle. Employee said Looked like my radiator was about to explode. I don t know what they did wrong, but it was a horrible visit and there was no supervision. I just hope no damage was done to my vehicle. Would not recommend coming to this location. Very dissapointed. I should not have paid what I did

Nice crews and fast service.I have never been to a drive thru oil change.I had tire rotation so I did have to step out of the car but overall, I had a good experience.

I am posting this review after coming here for years and never had an issue until now.First -when entering the facility, I noticed that the Rap music was playing so loudly that I could not hear the tech's questions. Keep in mind that your customers are also subject to your music for the next 15 -20 minutes as we sit in our car.Secondly-the CSR Amari spent more time on his phone than on the computer servicing the customer. Personally I don't think this projects the image of servicing the customer first and that cell phones should be out of the sight of the customer. That same Amari handed me my sticker(rather than put it on the windshield) and my receipt before the Technician even checked my fluids. When I asked why, he said that his part was done. How can I receive paperwork that says all fluids were checked before it had even been done? Also, normally other services would be recommended at this visit or for the next visit, but again nothing.My oil change was fine, but upon arriving home I decided to call the store mgr. Cesar. The only problem is the phone # on the invoice is not the local store, but more of an answering service, so no direct way to call them. They told me for the 2 days that I called ,that they had trouble with the phone service at that location and they would transfer me to another customer care service, where you would be on hold for a long period of time. I also had them send an email to the Mgr. ,but no response. I thought I would be providing helpful information to the Mgr. of the location, so he would understand why he might be losing customers, but instead I had to resort to leaving a review and perhaps I will get a response.Service: Oil change

Last visit was terrible did not have my oil filter had to run to get my oil filter had to sit there and wait terrible
