The most horrible customer service.The most ridiculous policies.They take your picture they take your phone number but when you buy an item, they do not keep records of it. It is unnecessary to take all the information that they do from a customer. If at the end of the day you can t come and exchange something when you accidentally bought the wrong year and throughout your receipt . They want to act like it s a Gucci or Prada store that you need a receipt to exchange something when you just bought it and you got the wrong year.To Spanish ladies in the front including the manager, are completely uneducated unethical, they have no idea what customer services is.Ridiculous to say the least.

Great place. Was able to get a set of seats that looks like new (22 years old) for a nice price. If you want to pull the parts and buy them for a fair price, this place is for you. I have been here numerous times. A+

The best self-serve junkyard. They sell a bunch used and reconditioned batteries for a great price !- Vehicle fluids,-to sets of tires / single tires on the outdoor racks for quick grabs!!

I ve been coming here for years, and the staff always keeps this yard picked up and free of debris.The yard is clean and safe to navigate.Isles and rows are clearly delineated and marked for convenience with finding in stock vehicles.There s always plenty of friendly staff in the front office to check out and help check inventory, I have never had to wait more than a few seconds.They even sell ice cold refreshments and waters at a reasonable price which is great.I have been to every self-service salvage yard in Florida, and many in other states, and this is among the best run and cleanest yards in the southeast US.

I was just there recently to buy a part for my truck. The price in the ability to get it is so awesome and fast. You don't have to buy a warranty you get a 30-day automatic warranty. The other place next door charges for warranty U-Pull & pay lets you bring the part out to your car to make sure it fits and works properly without buying it first. I will never go anywhere else to get my parts but only at u pull and pay

You have to be quick. Everything I went for the vehicles was picked clean. And don't go after a 24-hour rain storm flooded. Or make sure you bring your rain boots

This is the place that I've been that has the most inventory. It is a huge lot full of automobiles. The only problem that I found this time is that European cars are mixed up they're not being neatly kept anymore it took me about an hour to find three Volvo's that we're separated other than that he's a great place to go find pieces for your car I highly recommend them. The other thing is don't even bother calling because it will not answer. Just go or check their own line inventory which is fairly accurate. I love this place.

Easy to find parts we needed. Look online before going so you know what rows to look in or you can look on their computer in the office. Everyone very helpful.

Absolutely the best experience ever. Steve Marlene and Cori helped me find all the vehicles I was looking for cause I was so lost! Needed tons of parts and will definitely come back to this location again cause of how wonderful the staff was assisting me to find everything I needed! Absolutely amazing, best customer service I've ever had with anything car related!

They show you pix of car and parts which is not updated. Unless you see multiple car and model you are looking for it's not worth even paying a dollar for entry to this place. No customer service attitude the staff here has.

Place use to be a gold mine for classic car parts now they just have your standard run of the mill vehicles. But you can still find a treasure buried somewhere in the yard.

Here at U.pull you will find many varieties of parts that you are looking for. The prices are on the floor. They have an original part if you know which are the good parts U.pull has it

This is the best junkyard I have ever been too wow what a great experience everything is clean and organized love it! My chashier Brandon also made the experience better by helping me out when I was short a couple cents he grabbed some change from him pocket and helped cover the cost so I didn't have to break another bill, great employees going above and beyond and great location overall thank you!

Front desk staff is friendly.enterance is $3 per person, need to bring your own tools. It does get muddy and there's plenty of shattered glass on the ground. Can find the cars and what rows there in in their website. Each row is tagged with the number in the front vehicle.

Well organized, good prices . Much better than the yard next door. The only thing is they need to be more on top of their website. Searching for 98-2002 Lincoln Town Cars and the website showed only one, but there was a half dozen when I got there, which worked in my favor.

Never a dull adventure in this junk yard from a to z & old an new. I come here all the time for bolts to parts. Im glad to uses some of these parts to help recycle these part and get them back on the road no need to clog up the land fill. If ypur not mechanically inclined there is a parts puller on site for a fee but saves you alot of time if you cant go out yourself or need a hand. Staff are as friendly as they get !!! Need spanish speaker their on site too. Some times you get the guy of the golf cart riding around with music loud as can be and just turn the junk yard in to club turn wrench lol!!! All and all i highly recommend a visit to these guys!!!

My first experience at a junkyard today and it was great! Adrian assisted me through the entire process. The junkyard can be real intimidating for the first time, all thanks to Adrian I left a very happy customer! That guy is an asset. My cars running again! Thanks again!

Been there multiple times, and it seems the a/c is never working. Dont forget your sunblock. This place is literally a junkyard. Do not recommend as a first date place, even if service is faster than starbucks.

Excellent service at counter. He provided me with all information,even he sends someone named Alex to teach me how it's work. Alex lovely worker. Nicely he did more than I expected. Thanks. I recommend it

BE WARNED THEY TRY AND TAKE YOUR PICTURE FOR THE WAIVER before you enter.Furthermore, there appears to be stragglers trolling the lot going car to car row to row looking for anything and everything. If you are in the middle of pulling something and walk away to get another tool they will jump in and try to take the part you are working on.....why? Not sure.....makes no sense....Keep your tools close and be ready to claim your stake cause they are sneaky!Overall good selection and its a junkyard, so those who complain that the yard doesn't have the parts; its a first come first serve and if the vehicle you are coming for has been on the lot longer than a week don't expect to hit the jackpot...nature of the pick.

I visit here often and very rarely don't find what I'm looking for. Absolutely the best prices of any junkyard. The manager David Ozimek is EXTREMELY HELPFUL he does all he can to accommodate my needs. He's an Asset to the company !!! Brandon and Alex are also two GREAT guys. This is my 1st go to place for parts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHECKING THESE GUY'S OUT FOR USED PARTS !!!!!
