U unfortunately, I took no photos however, Tuff Coat did a beautiful job. Without price shopping, I called, Ivan answered, and I took my car for his inspection. his explanation of what I needed was thorough & my immediate instinct was, this is the place to restore my car. I was not wrong.The parts arrived on time and my pick up date & time exact, Ivan s communication and follow up were excellent and overall facility clean. My highest recommendation.

I picked up my 2008 Honda Civic hybrid today and I must say, that the repair work and paint job were perfect. They were exceptionally easy to work with, price was great, as well as fast and efficient. Car was delivered on time and perfect. Thank you ... CN

Great job at Tuff Coat Paint & Body Shop. Changed the bumper on the car and got my Dauther back on the road in no time. Carlos & Ivan are amazing at Customer Service. Keep up the great work.

Pretty good paint job for 1,200 bucks. Definitely needs paint correction lots of orange peel. Also don't bring your car there with factory paint and ask them to replicate the color because that's what I did and they changed mine to a much darker shade Hello

Came in for a rear bumper repaint and got more then I expected. They went above and beyond with my car, they corrected the paint on my fender and door and I didn t even ask them to make my car look 10 times better. Professional and excellent paint and body shop highly recommend them.

I could not be more happy with how my car turned out! Ive had a car place every where i've lived in my life and this is by FAR the best. If you are in the West Palm area, I highly recommend bringing your car to Tuff. Carlos and Ivan are some of the best, most professional and easy guys to work with. More Paint and Body shops need to be like this!

Best body shop, best prices the most professional guys I ever seen in the area took my Toyota tundra, 2022 for a door painting and these guys are just to good didnt even remember what door it was of such a great job done by them. Thank you for your service and excellent work. I personally Highly recommend them.

Terrible experience! I took my car for a paint job - the roof of my car had sun damage. I only wanted the roof to be repainted, but they were insistent that it would be cheaper to paint the entire thing. They kept the car for almost 3 weeks!! I would call every few days to ask for an update, and they would tell me my car was next, even though it was not. Very unprofessional When I got the car back, it looked poorly done. And within a few days, the paint started peeling in very large flaps! It also was bubbling and appeared cracked. I immediately took my car back for them to repair the job, and they kept it again for another four weeks. When it was ready for pick up the second time, you could still see that it was of poor quality. The paint is peeling extensively and I will have to take it to another car painting company. Please do not waste your money here!Service: Painting

Everyone that works at this body shop are just simply AMAZING, professional, as well as very detailed in making sure that you are going to be a satisfied customer. Their primary care and service is to make sure customers are happy when you leave and that I was. Everyone wants to know who fixed my car as it looks brand new. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Big scam he didn't do a good job. Charged me double and my car left the shop worst then when i gave it to him. Definitely don't recommend this place.

My brand new 2020 Jeep got keyed randomly on trip to Georgia in December 2020. I had been waiting for another vacation week to drop it off. On a whim I took a chance with Tuff paint and I'm so glad!! They took care of my baby despite the obstacle of the custom paint. Alex, who was completely professional and upfront with me even told me they had to take it out of the area to ensure that the color matched. Thank you so much!! It was worth being car-less for a few days! Great job!

I just went for a small dent and they fix dent but very bad paint job. Overspray all over the car my windows door handles fish eyes everywhere they painted. Swirls everywhere left door jam with no clear coat and then said they are not painting it. I had no budget so money was not issue but they are just bad. Not happy will be trying to trade car in because it s such a bad job makes me not want the car no more.

They painted my 1973 corvette and after a couple mths. THE PAINT STARTED PEELING OFF AND BUBBLING UP. When I took it back They had it 4 weeks and painted over the bubbles. No prep work done at all. I had to pay someone to strip the paint off and do it over. The manager blamed the car for the problems. I took it to 2 other quality body shops and they both said poor preparation was the problem. They had no problem taking my money but would not warranty their poor garbage work

These people are the over spray Kings! 2,800 dollars to paint my single cab truck and I had to find all the bodywork mistakes and then to fix it again and after it was done and delivered to me the truck was filthy with handprints all over the truck stuff and dirt in the truck and they said when they deliver it they were going to clean it. overspray everywhere tires wheel well they painted my wheel wells white and the wheel wells are black originally.Service: Painting

The Two Guys are the most friendliness people in the business! I gave them both my cars back to back, Absolutely Beautiful both vehicles! I'm Amazed and the workmanship! In such short time. I will definitely recommend these guys at Tuff Coat paint and body west palm beach to everyone!! Big thumbs

The experience with them was horrible. I had to return my car three times because of bubbling in the paint. They crack my windshield and try to say that it was already crack, which I had pictures to prove that it was not cracked from the day of the accident. The paint on my bumper is currently chipping, as I stated this would happen because of the bubbles. By far the worst experience I have ever had getting a car repaired. Have my car for over 30 days I end up having to pay for rentals out-of-pocket.

Had a great experience with my car. Took it there for entire paint job. Came out beautiful. Couple of months later had some clear coat peeling. Took it back and they hooked it. Best part was hassle free. I recommend this place to anyone looking for paint job.

Took my Dodge there for a paint job , truck came out great s/o to everyone that works there . I got what i was looking for nothing showroom even though they did offer factory like paint . I wanted something afortable with good quality and thats what i got . Ive been to maaco and other bodyshops and to be honest they were the best !

I was referred to Tuff Coat by my mechanic, Butch Hale because of fender bender.When I got there, I was immediately taken care of by Ivan. Then I saw a car being painted blue and asked about painting my car once the bumper was fixed. The quote was VERY reasonable and my 1999 Toyota Camry desperately needed new paint!!In 4 days, not only my car was fixed, painted the beautiful shade of Icy Blue, BUT, Ivan also got me 2 NEW HEADLIGHTS because mine were really foggy and he thought they should be replaced!!! What a THOUGHTFUL and very kind gesture!!Please tell him Jane says "Hi" when you get there!!

Did a fantastic repair to my 2010's front bumper after being partially pulled off by a hidden tree root. Thankfully they were able to keep the original front clip/lower spoiler which would have been $$$$ just in parts alone.

I did not have a good experience.I had this company paint my challenger door and the handle was faded. I went there and they gave me the run around about bring it back in a couple of weeks.This happened on two occasion. I would not take a bicycle for them to paint.Keeping it real.

Horrible experience. Had my car a wk, kept telling me parts were delivered wrong. Finally went there to get car & $ back, due to no work done. Was told by the guy, they didn't have cash that day. I had to come back several days later to get my car. Stay away!
