There was a very great man.So sorry,not good with names.He checked my vehicle and was very honest.He told me he received a lot of codes, he pulled up. He said before he put his hands on my car, I had to have the code look at. I did the next day.On top of that, it wasn't even nothing wrong with my transmission.I took my car down to the greatest handy man who does my vehicle all the time. Who's greater than the dealership it's self..Andy Auto Repair of West Palm Beach.Thank God for honesty!

I highly recommend Transmission Outlet to everyone. When you meet Buddy, mechanic/owner, you will know right away he cares about you and your family. His honesty and kindness will uplift you. His knowledge and skills will put you at ease and your car back on the road.My car is now back on the road and I feel Transmission Outlet and Buddy are a great asset to West Palm Beach!

Was quoted $2996 for a new transmission but got a rebuilt transmission. Was charged $3386 but he changed it to $3350 after several inquiries as to why it was so much more. The owner stated several times the transmission would be brand new from front to back. He said he doesn t use used parts ever. He said he forgot to add a drum and transmission fluid to his quote. Well if you ve done ten thousand transmissions how could you leave fluid out of the quote...and how does this need an additional drum when it was quoted all new transmission ? We can agree to disagree but you weren t truthful. I suggest making a checklist for quoting so others do not get $390 surprises and emphasize rebuilt instead of new. I m a very fair person and I wish I had recorded our conversation so I could play it back for you. I only hope now that these $3350 used parts hold up. They also had the car for 14 days.To make matters worse, the air conditioning worked fine when we dropped it off and now it blows hot air. Since they emphasized the transmission was electric I wonder if they screwed something up there...I gave two stars because she drove it home and made it, otherwise it would have been one.

After visiting numerous transmission shops from Deerfield to West Palm Beach, I chose this shop and it was the best choice I made for my transmission rebuild needs. Buddy is an honest, trustworthy and fair owner/mechanic. It is very rare when you can find an honest repair shop and if that is what you are in search of, I highly recommend putting Transmission Outlet at the top of your list.

If you are looking for a honest, fair priced shop, come see Buddy and his team at Transmissions Outlet. The team here is very professional and knowledgeable. They care about you and your safety, and will not over charge for work completed. Says a lot when a shop has been in business for as many years as they have. They must be doing something right.

Buddy is the most honest mechanic you will ever meet. I have been using him for over 10 years. He has helped me with my 93 mustang 5.0, 1996 Lincoln Mark 8, 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe, and now 2005 BMW 545i. I have referred all my friends and family to him. The best transmission shop around.

Buddy's Transmission Outlet has been our family's trusted repair shop for 15+yrs. GMC 2500, Ford F-350, Ford Taurus, Honda Odyssey, Ford Expedition. My father lives in Orlando and when he had tranny probs - we came to Buddy. Though we moved from RPB to LaBelle - today I am bringing our Ford Exped for Buddy to do filter change and fluid replacement.Buddy is an Honest Man and his team are The Best !When you have a mechanic you trust - you stick with them !

Best transmission shop I have ever been to, he did fantastic work out our companies 2500hd gmc truck. The truck is much more powerful now. Fast turn around, very fair price. Call buddy, he is the owner and is there everyday.

Buddy and his crew are great people and all about the people. He worked on my transmission and got me back on the road fast! Highly recommended and he knows his stuff. Please give him a call. Oh and he works on diesels.

You deal with the owner(Buddy) him self! He's a great man he treated me fairly and honestly I went in because my truck shifter lever with pop out of gear when you first start to move also because once you were moving it would hold a year before shifting he fix the problems of it popping in and out of gear and told me how I could fix the rest myself cheaply and affordably

just thinking back - we and our family have been using Buddy and Transmission Outlet since back in maybe 1998 - I remember AAA Towing my Dad's Taurus down from Orlando - the only Transmission Shop that I Trust ! I have had Chevy's and Fords . . . and maybe my Jeep

There is no word to express how good it feels to leave my car in that place I been looking a place to trust and only in transmissions outlet I feel that trusts and a fair price. I recommend anyone that place is good not wasting your money on other places go straight to transmission outlets.
