First, this review has been a long time coming. Our family (my husband and I and my now two adult children) has been bringing all of our cars, to Trail Tire for more than 10 years. That alone should tell you about their business. At Trail Tire everything is explained to you in detail and they re very patient with any questions you have. I never worry about what s left in my car whether it will still be there when I pick up my car. They kept my Malibu running for over 10 years. Tom the owner is extremely fair. He makes sure that he gets the best parts for his customer s vehicles and the best price. I highly recommend Trail Tire for all your mechanical work needed.

Jay the secretary has an absolutely horrible attitude. Zero professional phone etiquette. Likes to make smart little side of the mouth digs. Pretty sad he has not been retrained to understand he may be speaking to a previous customer that otherwise had an awesome service experience. Attempted to get an alignment done at this shop and was told by the owner that the tie rods were cross threaded, and they were not able to complete the alignment due to that. They then charged us $50.00 for a "diagnosis fee" which I would never have a problem with paying IF it was a correct diagnosis. We took our truck to Kemco Tire, where they did our alignment with no problem whatsoever for $79.00. My husband and I owned a shop for over 10 years and have been in the industry for much much longer. We knew that the tie rods weren't cross threaded because we did the installation ourselves. The next day I decided to call the shop and attempt to get our $50 back since they misdiagnosed our vehicle and wasted our time. I was told from the owner that because his guys are paid on commission basis and he took the time out of his day that's why we were charged. So, basically you are telling me because you can't handle a simple job you are still going to charge your customers for a false diagnosis? As a previous shop owner, I would have paid my guys out of pocket for the time spent on it and NEVER charged my customer.... Absolutely ridiculous. Awful customer service and they quite frankly have no clue what they are doing. Save yourself some time and money.... find a different shop to take your vehicle to!!!

If we were local to the area, this would definitely be our permanent car service center! Katie was warm and helpful from the moment we first called. Driving down from Tampa to miami we got a few nails in our tire and had to get it replaced. We were traveling with an elderly and two dogs, so of course we wanted to make it home as soon as possible. The places nearby had wait times of at least 3 hours, the service took 20 minutes at Trail Tire and the price was better than we had hoped. Thank you Katie for the hospitality and for the staff for getting us on our way quickly!

The owner is super nice and does a damn good job. I will be coming back for all of my oil changes and tires!! Katie is an amazing woman and does everything in order to make your experience outstanding!! I absolutely love this place!!!!!

I had a tire pressure issue. I thought I needed to replace my tire or get it plugged. I went by and they immediately told me I did not need a new tire. They put air in the tires and put new wipers on my car in less than 30 minutes top-notch customer service if you need an honest person and a real opinion, I would definitely recommend these guys.

Strongly recommend! i was aware i needed tires for my vehicle, unfortunately i put replacing them off too long. i showed up without notice with a blown out tire and needed my repairs turned around quickly. Katie not only provided wonderful customer service her and her team were able to replace all four of my tires, perform an alignment and service my vehicle all in the same day! and at a great price. My vehicle drives like new now. i highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repair services!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Thank you trail tire for doing the excellent job on my keep CJ -7. From Katie at the front desk to Tom and the staff the work is always done promptly and properly at a fair price. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for auto repairs to check this place out. The best part of Trail Tire is that they will work on anything from classic cars to new. I always bring my car to Trail Tire. The front desk employees are always friendly and accommodating. They never over charge and always take me in right away when my tire has a nail in it, which seems to be alot lately. I would highly recommend them for your car needs. GREAT JOB TRAIL TIRE CENTER!!!

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Trail Tire Center for all of our automotive needs for almost 2 years now. We ve been all over the place and have never encountered an all around positive experience dealing with the vehicles like we have here. It s family owned and operated and that s a rare trait to find these days. This means they re friendly, affordable, honest and legitimately care about keeping you as a valued customer. The guys are extremely knowledgeable, quick with their work without cutting corners and straight forward with getting your vehicle back to prime operating condition without price gouging you. It s hard to find dependable automotive work these days and I can assure you we will never need to worry about finding another place. Give them a try. They won t disappoint.-Mike Raposo

I had an unfortunate run-in with a pile of rocks and my tire light came on. I already needed an oil change, and I stopped by trail tire center expecting to drop 2-300 dollars on fixing up my car. They had me in and out in 40 minutes, re-inflated my tires, changed my oil, topped up my fluids, and it only cost me 45 bucks. They were quick and efficient, seemed to really know their stuff, and didn't try to upsell me on any services like a lot of garages do. I will definitely be a regular customer!

I've been taking my cars to Trail Tire for 2 years now, and it doesn't get any better than this. It is family owned and operated so they actually CARE about their customers and take the time to make sure you are happy. The reviews this company has are fake and paid for. A simple car alignment is a problem for the people that work at this business. Not only well they have your car all day and get nothing done to it. They will give you all the excuses in the world why it took so long and why they don t know what they re doing.

If I could give Trail Tire center 6 stars, I would! I went in thinking my tire needed to be plugged, turns out I didnt need it! Any other place would have lied and told me it needed to be plugged; Trail Tire was Honest and said I didnt need it! How many places do u know would have been Honest?!?! And, it's with All their customers!!....while I was there, another woman got her car fixed. She thought she needed 5 other things done; the woman working there told her nope, that wasnt the problem...it was only this One thing! Trail Tire has earned a customer for life!! Best place to go to get your car fixed!!!Service: Tires

I purchased 4 new tires for my truck and Trial Tire balanced and mounted the new tires in a jiffy. On top of mounting and balancing, the employee warned me of some inevitable issues I would be encountering with my brakes and seals. I didn't take any chances and had everything replaced as per their suggestions. Since then I haven't had any issues!!

Trail Tire is definitely my go to place for all my repair needs, not just tires. I trust that if they tell me I need something done that I really need it and they aren't trying to oversell me and that's so important to me! Their customer service is top notch - very courteous and I appreciate how quickly they were able to take care of my needs.

Awesome place! Came in after Tire Kingdom tried to rip me off and wanted me to buy 4 new tires because one of them had a nail. These guys took care of that one tire in less than 20 minutes. Great and HONEST service.

Had a flat was right next to trail tire was a tiny screw they told me I needed a new tire, seal, rims and that I damaged my car extensively they can fix for $1200. I went somewhere else and got a tire plug for $10. My tire is still good. The guy is a lying creep

HORRIBLE SHOP. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ITS A SCAM. I took my car in for brake squeek. Charged me for rear brakes and rotors (high end of pricing) and received car back worse with new problem. Car steering now shakes past 40 mph. Took 6 buisness days to diagnose. Then told me it was 900 dollar fix. Took car back brought to diff shop. Turns out it was a 12 dollar wheel centering ring they forgot to put back on rim...... the "900 dollar fix" was actually something i had replaced 8 months prior. I dont mind paying to fix a car but some people are just a joke. Dont run people round in circles. Karma.

More than just a tire store, trail tire always takes care of all my auto repair needs for my SS Camaro.Fast, knowledgable, friendly and compeditive prices as well . I won't take my car anywhere else.

I towed my car to this place they told me I need new control arms they quote me a price and said ok and left my car there overy the week end .They call me and told me my car was ready. I picked up my car and started driving home when the shaking started I was closer to home so I just went there I called them and said what did you do to my car . They said we replace the bushing to the control arms .wait a minute you said you were replacing the control arm At this point we jacked the car up and the bushing .where the same old bushing I went back down there he didn't want to refund my money or the tow .Remember I didn't have my car for three days and they did nothing .Final my girl raised hell and he give us by the money .Then he said I'm taking the bush out .I was like that fine..My girl asked me how long will it take .I said if the really had replace the bushing an hour in a half maybe 2 ,but he put a car around front in less the 10 minutes, but cause they did nothing .I guy who said he owned the place was so rude .if you reading this and you don't know much about cars don't go here You can go right across the street to A1 explosion auto, they fixed the real problem in one day and cheap. Stay Way from this place!.And for people who don't believe me I have the quote for both of the and the bank statements
