Diane is the BEST!!! she really look care of me and was extremely transparent. she made me feel very safe and i am definitely going to be returning to this location for my future car needs

Went to Tires plus on military and Okeechobee on 12/15/23 .. two service techs never asked what I needed (poor customer service) after a 10 minute wait I went inside and spoke to the who I assumed was the manager; and said I needed air in my tires, he barely looked up just shook his head. I went outside sat in my car by this time the roach coach or meals on wheels arrived. It gets better. The two techs proceeded to take their break and order their food and disappear the manager walked out in front of my car and proceeded to get his food from the food wagon and went back inside peering out the window to see if I was still there. By this point I left. But I followed up my visit with a phone call to the manager explaining the wait time, no one coming out to acknowledge me, being a Tires Plus customer for years. His response was did you say anything When someone comes onto your property you should acknowledge who they are and what they need. Not to mention the fact I told you what I needed. Just be accountable. He did say come back I will take care of it. But I went elsewhere. Worst experience ever.

I've been coming here the last few years for oil changes and tires, rotations and alignments. Obviously car care isn't cheap, but they are upfront with cost and will advise on what you should be doing, but at the end of the day the decision is yours as the customer. I think the best thing I can say is that in my experiences, I believe I get a fair shake, and that's really what you are looking for from your car care establishment.

Great as always.EdiitMy experience this time was horrible. Tim didn't keep me informed very much during my almost 4 and a half hour wait. Then he tells me that there was a piece of metal in my tire that had no holes in it that they installed. Had to buy 3 tires instead of 2. Two of the tires were never rotated by them. It was always we will get it the next time. I am done with this company when I need my next service done.

I want to Shout Out tto Chris He is Amazing!!!!I had an emergency with my tire and he accommodated me. I live in Port St Lucie and I did not want to drive home on a bad tire. Thank you for being so considerate of my situation. Tires Plus I recommend Chris gets a promotion

Even though I had an appointment, it took 2 hours to change out only two tires. I have never waited that long to change out tires in my life unless I didn't have an appointment. Also, the man that checked us out was rude and was in rushing us. Poor customer service.

Terrible at setting proper time expectations. Also tried overcharging. They had a solution for me when I get work done on my car I make sure I don t have anything going on that day

I had a great experience getting tires here. I asked questions and received good answers. Representative came out and looked at the tires, gave me his honest opinion and gave me a variety of options for changing out my tires. In short: I felt like I was valued and wasn t forced into buying. Overall a good experience.

Stopped in without an appointment and they were happy to take me right away for an oil change. They didn't try to upsell me on everything under the sun but gave me a coupon for a $10 bumper to bumper inspection. Got a great oil change in 30 minutes plus inspection and tire rotation. Fenixon and Galean provided great service and I am very happy with the shop and the front desk. I will certainly be back here for new tires in a few months.

I traveled from Orlando FL, and about 30 miles out from West Palm Beach my alternator went bad. My plan was to just drop off my sister at her house and head back to Orlando. I stopped at 3 different mechanics and was told that they were just too busy to even look at it. I stopped at Tires Plus on Millitary Trl. I explained everything to Mark and he immediately came out to my car, checked everything and determined that it was the alternator. They looked like they were pretty busy, so I figured I'd have to look for a hotel to stay at for the night and pick it up hopefully the next day. But to my surprise, Mark said that he would have me back on the road in about an hour. And 45 minutes later, I was pulling out of their parking lot. Mark was very friendly and understanding. I really appreciate what he as well as the other mechanics did for me. I highly recommend this location of Tires Plus.

Jc tires and wheels right down the street they cheaper more rely on and mostly take on any challenge tires I got my tires balance and out on the wheel for on $20 and second these people done it under 30 secs tire plus guy who works there just saw us and decided not to help us the other guy with dreads is a very nice guy and willing to help but couldn t cause of other clients tire plus you need to know who you hiring because that wasn t it your running a business your not your house that guy with a low cut deserve a suspension he didn t even look at the tire more greet us he just walk away and shake his head I ll gladly say I love to come again but not when he works again I own a clothing business as well and we all have bad workers at some point but this this is not it never again until he leaves or suspended

There is a white guy at the service desk the so-called service advisor he's around 40 or 50 years old, he's very very rude. He threw the consent sheet at the counter and walked away pretending that was my receipt, he knew the paper he threw at the counter wasn't my receipt because I didn't even finished with the transaction, I had to go back and asked him for my receipt. I don't think he likes what he's doing.

These people here are great. They dont take advantage of you because you dont know much about cars. Johnny the mechanic is my guy, I like the way he breaks things down for me and not try and upsale me on things I dont need. Chris and Mark are great too. Very attentive and helpful. Very honest people. I was here a few weeks ago for a different issue and when I came in they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I recommend this place 10/10

The manager is rude. Don't advertise your store online if you're not willing to be nice when customers come to your store. Being kinder doesn't hurt you.

I have taken my car to this establishment for years, only for my tire needs and the service has always been welcoming, but this day I go in the white guy (sorry but I didn't remember his name)at the front desk was very rude and never acknowledged me when I was waiting in line to get my tire service. I waited for about 15-20 min and still nothing, not until another guy who was in the garage came inside to help me and take care of my needs, so I dropped my car off and when I came to pick it up the white guy had to check me out, still with no acknowledgement or greeting when I told him I was there to get my car, and when he asked if I wanted a paper receipt he just threw it on the counter and walked off. I really wanted to give him a few choice words but, I just left and thank te guy in the garage for fixing my tire. But the guy in the front of the store really needs some customer service skills or not be put in the front of the store.

I wouldn't take my van anywhere else because this company has gone above and beyond to make thier customers happy. I'm in a hurry and they understood so made sure i got right in, got the job completed and could of charged me for a battery because we thought that was an issue but no just a battery charge, that's being honest! Very happy customer I most definitely be back. Mark and Dave are very honest and customer service is their goal!

Stay away from this place. I went in to get my tire inspected because of a air leak and see if a patch or new tire was needed. They eventually fixed the tire by patching it, but they called to inform me that my car is starting slow and my battery is bad. They offered to replace the battery, and I declined because I just got my car serviced at Toyota 2 weeks ago and the inspection went well. I went to pick up my car after they told me it was ready and all of a sudden my car wouldn't start. What a coincidence!The cashier and the guy that worked on my car saw me outside with the hood of my car open and none of them even had the decency to come out and see what was wrong or offered any assistance. You see a customer that you just checked out & a car you just worked on, in the parking lot with the hood open and not even have the decency to say "everything good?" nope, they didn't even look my way, because the game they were playing was already in motion. Luckily I was able to get a jump start(not from anyone at this establishment) and if I do indeed need a new battery, I would never purchase it there. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I can only imagine who they've already ripped off.

Worst service. Slow as they could possibly be. Horrible communication. Careless.I wish I could get my 6 hours back. Heard a lot of customers complain.Went Sunday after calling to make sure they could take me in. Was there for 2.5 hrs. I went in for an alignment. 2.5 hrs later they tell me nothing is wrong, no alignment needed, and looked at me like I'm crazy.They told me I needed to come back so they can research further. Made an appointment for the next day. Got there at 12pm. Left at 3:30pm. Vehicle was sitting there most of the time I was there. The sales rep 90% of the time had no answers when I asked him for an update. After 3.5 hrs they tell me my front tires had a problem with the threading and that's why the car was pulling. This is over 6 hrs total after two days when they tell me this. These are supposed to be certified techs.Most incompetent group I've seen run a place. Convinced that they take long to do less work since maybe they get paid per hr. Poorly poorly run operation.Will never go back to this location and I'm worried that a this could be the same situation at other Tire plus.Ohh by the way, they told me tires were safe to drive even with this problem. If they would have treated me with proper customer service I would have without a doubt bought new tires.

Both my lights work AGAIN!!! YAY!! THANK YOU!! Tires Plus!! No more getting pulled over for a burned out headlight!!! I have a 2020 Chevrolet Trax that I bought from Mike Maroon (2 batteries died and the left headlight, talk about a HORRIBLE auto shop). Thank God for Tires Plus.
