Such amazing customer service! The guy in the front was super helpful, informative and genuine! The price for 2 new tires and an alignment was very reasonable and my car was fixed super quick. I definitely recommend coming here!

I came into Tire Kingdom for an oil change and tire rotation and the workers there were so professional. They explained exactly what was needed. And worked with me. The professionalism of the employees working here was just amazing. There s very few places that I have been that still caters to the consumer.Thank you Tire Kingdom for such a positive experience.

Greg ,the manager went above and beyond with calls and research to resolve our complicated tire issue on our 25 foot RV. James and Antony did the hands on work quickly and expertly with friendliness and good humor. I dropped off a vehicle 24hrs ago for 1 tire . I called them now and asked if the vehicle is ready they responded by saying nothing was done and if I wanted to fix the tire they would have to order it now which is Sunday and they would get it Monday with their tire delivery if that was something that I wanted to do. Vehicle was dropped off on Saturday morning. Should have went to tires plus. Waisted all this time for 1 tire. Tire Kingdom I think Not Jesters of Tires that suits them.

I ve come in here twice now to get new tires & the staff has been nothing but wonderful! One of my tires I thought was just a leak, unfortunately they could not fix it, but they did everything to get me a new tire at a good price. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience in my life, I went there for an oil change and by the time I got home I noticed they stripped the oil bolt and my vehicle was leaking all the way from the Tire Kingdom to my house. Now I have to pay for my drive way to be cleaned, pay to tow my car to a facility that is capable of doing the oil change correctly and pay for a new oil change. The worst part is they tried to lie and say they didn t have ANY mechanics to help me and then 3 minutes later in the middle of the conversation one came walking from the back. I would not recommend going to this location they are other tire kingdoms in the area.

What can I say but wow I went to 4 other places and quoted me $1,300 Ricky was able to price match A set of Perelli tires and discounted me $458 with alignment thank you thank you I m telling everybody come seeeeeee rickyyyyyyyyy

Today I went to Tire Kingdom of Okechobee and Jog Rd in West Palm Beach. Supposedly I had an appointment for 3PM. I arrived on time and they reminded me that my appointment was at 3PM. They attended me and everything went forward as agreed. When I asked for the total... according to the "special" along with taxes and other added fees, the total came out to $589.88. I told the girl I wanted to keep the back tires, and that I would take them home after my car was serviced. Around 5PM, at about their closing time, they charged me for the tire service in a rushed way, like they were in a hurry to head out. When I finished paying, I asked "Where are my back tires?" and the girl said they were likely in the trunk of my car. They charged me $706.00 and they weren't able to balance the back wheels because they didn't have the tools, but they charged me for that anyway. They didn't even tell mewhere my car was after I paid them. Without much care they simply told me that I should look around in the back of the shop, as if it was my job to go search for my car. This is by far the worst service I've ever received in my life. They never even put my old tires in the back of the trunk like I asked.

SCAM. I worked as a tire service tech for a year and it should not take any more than 20 minutes to change and rotate all 4 assemblies on ANY vehicle. Me and the ONLY other customer spent two hours here. My car was only a single tire change. I went to the back and watched what was up from the back of the Lowes or whatever it is. Both employees were sitting in the back. Not to mention when i first arrived i had to find someone to check me in. Another time I went to check on my car. Went to the back first, didn't see it. Walked all the way around the complex snd did not see my car anywhere. Needles to say I'm pissed

Came in without an appointment and they were able to take my car in and change my tires and change my oil. I had to leave early for an appointment and they were able to get my car to me quick instead of me ubering.

Went to go get tires today and store manager Soledad and ASM Lisa were FANTASTIC. VERY helpful and knowledgeable made it so easy and didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of. The guys were fast efficient professional and so nice. Got us out of there quicker than expected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Awesome job Okeechobee and Jog Rd BEST Tire Kingdom hands down

I don t normally take the time to write reviews, but this location has been nothing but the best. I would also like to take the time to give the young lady named Lisa a huge thanks. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate. It s difficult finding workers like that these days. I wouldn t mind returning here if need be.
