I just want to share that everytime I go to this location I am always pleased when I leave. The staff at this location are courteous, professional, and efficient. Their workmanship and speed is something I really appreciate. And I must say that Audrey Is very good at her job and she makes the process much easier than your competitors. Thank you for all your hard work and I will continue to get my service to your location

I've been dealing with tire kingdom for a very long time since I lived in Tampa, and now I am in West Palm Beach for 5yrs now and EVERY TIME I come into the shop Audrey and staff give me the utmost service. I most definitely enjoy the tire kingdom service here in West Palm Beach on Military trail. Thank you!

This Tire kingdom is amazing. I have taken my car here multiple times over the last 4 years for flat tires, oil changes and battery issues. Everytime they always treat me with respect and are super timely. They don t try to upsell me on anything and are transparent. Audrey is great and made sure I was satisfied with how my car turned out, price wise and quality wise. I recommend this tire kingdom to everyone.

I brought my car here without an appointment for a new tire and an oil change. In just a few hours, they had me in and out. Audrey was such a great help and was the epitome of great customer service. I will definitely be returning here for my car needs!

Thank you to the great and dynamic staff/crew at this location tire kingdom. I received excellent customer service in regards to my visit everyone was professional and nice. I bring my car to this location any time I need a service done on my car. They are fast, HONEST, reliable, and efficient. Every service worker I ve met in this store is incredibly nice and are easy to work with. 10/10 recommend for any of your needs

Exceptional service and they were able to fit me right in. Miles and Audrey were very helpful, knowledgeable and explained to me everything that I needed done. They were very fast and I will be coming here from now on for maintenance. Y all rock.

Great work. Got my front brakes and rotors replaced in under 2 hrs. Elijah did a great job assisting me and keeping the price reasonable. Audrey was super nice and professional. I truly felt welcomed. My technician Dieon understood that customers like to be in and out, so he began working asap to give me quality service. Thanks again for a superb job. Will be making this Tire Kingdom/Mavis my home shop.

Last time my mom and I put our cars in for a couple things my car had an appointment for 9 am and I didn t leave the lot til 3pm when things were supposed to be done since 11 since I had to go out of town for school. They didn t even do the oil change like they were supposed to. When I came In to check on the car, it just seemed like everybody was sitting around doing nothing. But yet my car was still in the air and nobody was working on it at 2pm in the afternoon. Just to be told they need another hour on my car which I simply didn t have time for. Waste of my time, my parents time because they ve been coming in for years receiving usually good service but this time around I m not seeing that. The only guy that actually did his job was the black man at the front desk that scheduled me for an appointment. My mom put her car in several days after I left for an engine check up. Just for them to not do their jobs and wasting my mother s money just for her to come back and have it re done. What is going on? Was everyone replaced since I was last there? Because business does not seem to be booming.

Best Tire Kingdom to go to! Audrey was attentive and quick to resolve my tire issues. Highly recommend this location over others in the area as they are quick, efficient, and pay attention to detail! They are willing to do the work that other TK's I've been to in the past 6 months are afraid to do...or just too lazy to do? Whichever it is..THIS TK is your go to spot!

Elijah is a superstar mechanic. Got meRight quick and efficient made sure I had a water bottle and a good conversation. Before sending me on with a perfectly functioning vehicle. Wait time was cool.

Drove down from Canada. Tires were getting bald, so i called their customer service center through Google. The person was very helpful so I made an appointment and came to this store. The staff at the front were very professional and helpful.Deion worked on my car, very professional. He answered all my questions. Great attitude and customer service. An elderly lady fell down in front of the store, and despite being at the other end, he quickly came over and helped us get her up. This man is an asset to this company. Somebody should acknowledge him and give him a raise .

Pulled in to Tire Kingdom with a nail in my tire. No appointment. On a Saturday morning, I was expecting the worst as leaking punctured tires are never fun.Audrey welcomed me in and was super helpful. She inspected the nail in my tire and coordinated with a technician. They were able to rescue the tire and patch the hole while I waited in the air conditioned main room. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road. Definitely the best experience and best prices I ve had when bringing my car in for a tire inspection/repair. Thank you Audrey!

Came in a few months ago for an oil change Audrey was amazing great prices friendly faces.... So came back with my other vehicle for more services and still best place to come....Audrey is the best and will get the job done right... I was contacted by store manager Alex in response to a service issue I experienced at another Tire Kingdom. I was on my way to Costco to get the tires I wanted when Alex went out of his way to ensure Tire Kingdom didn t lose a loyal customer. I appreciate the prompt follow up with the issue and the professionalism of the entire staff at Tire Kingdom WPB.
