They sold me bad tires and didn t want to replace them they also charged me for a valve stem that they broke on my tire I highly Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS TIRE SHOP TO NOBODY . They are bad for business and make sure you ladies have a man with you when you come because they will take advantage of a female because they think females don t know any better I ve added photos of the bad tire they sold me and refused to give me a different tire

WORST TIRE PLACE EVER! They sell empty promises. They didn t have my size tires and offer an alternative (smaller size) until the next shipment came in. I called back on several occasions to check in on the shipment and was told they weren t in. I ve been waiting for months. Called today and they tell me since I ve been using the tires to commute to work, there s nothing wrong with them. And if I wanted the correct sizes I would need to pay for them AGAIN. They also mentioned there s only a ten day warranty which wasn t disclosed during our initial deal. I ve been driving with unbalanced tires thinking they would keep their word and replace with the correct ones. Worst service ever!!!! Very dishonest and unprofessional customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I never got to experience their service. I prepaid for a new set of tires on the weekend you are supposed to support your local business. When I showed up on Monday for my appointment the establishment was closed and they failed to communicate with me. I had to go back again on Tuesday to request a refund. I lost 3 valuable hours at work. I make no recommendations, you be your judge!

Good tires. Even tho i called ahead they were training a new guy so there was a bit of confusion goin on. But all in all good service @ an affordable rate. Will be using them again .. back again and they are awesome as always

I must have gotten lucky with timing and a basic job; you MUST call ahead and give twice as much time as you think. Get them to write everything down when you go in if you need it in court.My one visit with this tire shop was quick and no problems. I had two tires mounted that I brought on the rear wheels of my Camry. No fuss over bringing my own rubber, and they balanced the new rubber as requested. There was none Infront of me and it took around 30 minutes while I waited. I do not leave my vehicle anywhere with anyone for any reason. That is where you guys made the mistake.

Speedy service. The guys first checked to see if they had my tire size. After confirming the tire was in stock they inspected my vehicle and notified me of what they found. I really appreciate that and I will return because to me that is a perfect example of customer care and service. Also, for a Friday morning the service was Speedy!! There are picnic tables & chairs (socially distanced) underneath the awning to protect you from sunshine & rain. Also a vending machine with cold drinks that accepts Bills/Coins.

Amazing service!!!! The owner was super helpful and accommodating! We came with a flat tire and the shop looks kinda old and dirty. I thought that they won t be able to fix my car, which is a luxury suv. But they did fix it ! Pretty quick too! Great service!

I have done business here for many years now. Always on point and quick on the draw. Thank you speedy! I have 4 new Pirelli's shipping to my house and spoke to Carol and she will take care of me AGAIN! I drive down from Jupiter Farms because I like their service!

Gave them a tire to patch. Waited nearly an hour and was told it couldn t be patched. Much to my surprise I had to wait another ten mins for them to remove a used tire they had put on the rim without asking me. I went on my way and got a patch at another shop. Very bad service.

The name Speedy is definitely the right name for this tire shop. I was in and out in 20 minutes without any appointment. The customer service was also on point. I will definitely utilize them in the future if need be

Karol or Carol the owner of this location is very unprofessional. The owner of this store overcharged and made the refund process very hard. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with state against this location because this lady does not know how to run a proper business. I was recommend here coming 2hrs away. Do your research on these business please pay attention to how they charge Carol is the one who is overcharging and stealing money.And for KAROL WHO REPLIED no he didn t my love i came in The store first picked out the tires and left for work. The original tire I wanted you only had one in it so I picked a different tire and different size and put the other one back.Please Ask Your Employees Before you come and make accusations. That is very unprofessional.Because you stole money you are trying to lie now but i am so glad ive been recording the calls and i have proof we only asked for two. You could of easily replied and said YOU MADE A MISTAKE. All my Son knew was to pay i picked out tires and handle everything before i left.

An economic version of a ture place. Prices are very decent for used tires and that's what attracts locals to this place. The people there are also very nice. However. If you are looking for a waiting room while you are getting a tire put on, or looking for a place to sit down in cool air, then this isn't the right place for you.

Really bad service at all.I got there at 10am for 2 tires and alignment.1st. I asked how much it was going to be and the lady told me that she did not know and that she had to ask the manager, so she went to the manager and came back 30 mins after just to tell me that they will have to call me to let me know after inspection the car ??? But that for sure she will call me before they touch the car and that it d take 2-3 hours max. I agreed and headed my way. Call never came through. I called and they told me that they were going to call me back to let me know again and it nice again, no call at all. I had to call a third time to ask what was going on and they just told me it was going to be ready in 20 mins at 4:30pm!!! 6 hours later!!!2. Lady calls me and tells me your car is ready, you can come pick it up at 5:30pm. I get there and my car is still lifted up with no wheels and no one around it. I went into the office to ask what s going on and the lady told me they are putting the wheels back in. (Had to wait 10 more minutes).3. When I went to pay the lady tells me we couldn t do the alignment because it was too busy my car spent 6 hours there and I only got my tires!!! I complained and the lady said the girl that attended you in the morning doesn t know anything . This is ridiculous. I mentioned it to one of their mechanics and he said I m not surprise, this place is a mess starting from the managers, no coordination and very disrespectful . I told him, thanks, just what I wanted to hear. And left that place.0stars!!!!

The woman that works here is super friendly she is very efficient at her job she's extremely helpful friendly and when I showed up 35 minutes before closing tonight with one tire that is super bald & I drive for Uber and door dash & DEPEND on my vehicle for survival at this point. But they took me in to help me out even though I know everyone was ready to get off on a Friday evening. I called twice today regarding this and she helped me over the phone to locate a tire for the other side that I'm going to need.I have to get another front tire replaced so I'm going to be back here tomorrow but so far I'm really impressed with the service received here today. Highly recommend! Great affordable prices as well;) Thanks again!!

When I asked for a price to mount 3 trailer tires on my rims. He told me it was $25 a. Tire.. I explained to him that I have the rim. I'm taking the old tires with me when I come back two and a half hours later they are not completed. I requested New valve stems as the old ones were not metal, and this is a fourteen ply tire.. The guy told me it was seventy-five five dollars out the door... I return back a 3rd time to pick up. Tires and I have miss matching valve stems. Two metal and 1 rubber.. the tech said they dnt have any more heavy duty so they put regular..

It's cheap, but you will pay substantially more with your time and aggravation. After 3+ hrs, i was taking off the wheels myself and putting them back on just to get out of there before they closed and left me in the parking lot with my my vehicle on jacks. The employees wanted to finish the job but the big mad black women in charge was nagging and yelling at the hard working employees to to leave my vehicle unfinished because she wanted to go home. She allowed someone else to go ahead of me because I am white and he was black and he was cool with her. Speedys is the absolute worst place to go for anything. I have been going through the Lake Worth Speedy s for 11 years getting tires. Today was the first day I went to the west palm location. Never again! Sat there for 2 1/2 hours. The guy took over one hour to change one tire and then gives me an attitude because I said I ain t giving him a tip!! The real nice look when your workers were telling the customers to give them money so they can buy alcohol

Cheaters! They put pin on ur good tire if you dont buy from them, just 1 min away from their shop we find our tire flat and find this pin

i do not recommend, apparently only one guy in the shop actually knows how to replace tires , and even he managed to scratch up my rim all the way around

Small but the name speaks for itself. I had to wait about 10 minutes before my car tire was worked on but they were already doing a tire change and rotation on someone else's vehicle. I only had one tire changed so I know I spent less time there than someone getting more tires done would. After my tire started to get worked on he had it done fast. Did a great job, the tire is on great and haven't had any problems with it. Great prices also. I spent less than $50 total, and was out of there within 15-20 minutes.

Do not go there worst customer service ever I bought a tire for not even a month and it popped cause they give me a dry tire and it was old they refused to replace it they want me to buy another one and the manager over is no help what s so ever didn t even try to work anything out . For bad experience DO NOT GO THERE !!!

Dont go to this shop, full of cheater! My husband went to change the both rear tire , they opened both tire and they found one good tire to change so they gave me one! But the other one that was okay which they opened and put it back with an un usual pin which u would never find on the road, we just left their shop and 1 min away our tire got flat and found a pin on the same tire that they put back which we didnt change, Its their business policy to force people to buy new tire from them! Dont go there!

Okay so I called trying to find a local used tire place so I can get four used tires which led me to speedy's New and used tires Plus asked what time they were open till told me 7:00 it's now 7:51 p.m. and I arrived here at 6:00 p.m. after being here for 45 minutes and my tires still not complete another vehicle had pulled up after me. They proceeded to start helping the car that came in after me and asked if I would kindly come back tomorrow.. are you kidding me unfortunately I think it's a racial thing because they were black and I am white the other vehicle has literally been here for 10 minutes as I sat and wait for over 45 minutes I am not racist in any way I figured I would share my experience not saying it happens all the time that is just what happened to me here at speedy's New and used tires Plus if you come here please make sure you have at least 2 hours free to sit and wait I hope whoever reads this looks at the situation and understands my point of view with maturity and not ignorance. Just an update it's 8:51 p.m. and I am just now leaving... Just wanted to update everyone that read this review not only did that night really suck the service but got home put the tire on and the next morning the tires are flat so now I have to call them and see if this can be fixed how wonderful

Had I read all the negative reviews I would have just gone to my regular tire shop Affordable Tire I came in with a tire that was punctured and asked the owner if it can be repaired. Without communicating with me one of the workers took my tire and supposedly patched it then told me it couldn t be fixed. I informed him that I m gonna shop around before committing to the quote he gave me for a new tire.Because of me wanting to shop around he told me it s gonna cost me $20.00 for a tire that they did not fix. I asked him why would you charge me for something that couldn t be repaired. He said because the guy did the job.I paid the money but I will never step foot in that business.From the reviews that I am reading it s bad business all around.
