As a regular customer with a service appointment, I was assaulted by a driver in the V.W. service drop-off area. The dealership didn't do anything about it. Road rage and vehicular assault with intent to cause bodily harm. I requested the tape of incident, and the management implied that it was a civil matter and that I needed to call police first, while it incombs to them under the premises liability. This is becoming a very unsafe area.Occurred March 19th, 2024, at 8:50 am, Schumacher Volkswagen, West Palm Beach.

A fantastic experience. My car battery died the night before my visit, and first thing in the morning, without an appointment, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem within the hour. Highly recommend. Not only for exceptional service, but for the friendly and helpful team that works there. Thank you!

Talk about awesome customer service from John Bueno aka Johnny Good!!! Friendly, polite, understanding, reliable, honest and knowledgeable sums him up! From the moment I walked into Volkswagen he made me feel welcomed! He has the best personality and takes pride in his work! Honestly he should be a manager because of his calm, caring and professional attitude. He noticed that I was cold in the waiting room and brought me over a VW sweater! He checked on me offered me coffee or water, If I wanted a lyft ride anywhere or if I wanted to go to lunch! Super customer service. I had a flat tire so I needed it fixed before my shift tonight and I am a travel nurse workkng 2 1/2 hours away!! He was a man of his word said I be all set to go by 6pm. It it 520pm now done even before the scheduled time and I am about to get on 95 to head back north...Thanks again Johnny, it definitely was "good" meeting you! I will drive 2 1/2 hours to have any service done if he is working!!!

I am so glad I came to this location, first time there and the team, especially Ovik, were very helpful. Services that I need every x amount of miles we re brought to my attention. Which the north lake location had never notified me of. Ovik answered all of my questions and was very thorough with all the services that were overdue. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Absolute incompetence at every level. Complete apathy and a total disregard for customer experience.They literally ONLY care about selling you a vehicle and do NOT support beyond the initial sale.

I've leased 4 vehicles from this dealership and have had one bad experience after another. For starters, it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone in service. We were to pick up our car today. When calling service, we could not get through, so we called sales. The sales representative was so rude and was not accommodating at all.Not only was he nasty on the phone, he did nothing to help our situation. This was during regular hours at around 5:30 pm on 3/28/22. We will be in the market for a new VW in the coming months, and we will be sure to go somewhere else with our business. Good luck finding someone who cares with Schumacher VW.

The early bird gets the worm! I came for my oil change at 7:40am and was met with a serene office and the professionalism and friendliness of Johnny Good. Volkswagen makes it so easy. My lift was on the way in no time. I also had him check on a few things. Thanks Volkswagen & Johnny for making it easy!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Charged me 160$ to diagnose my car. Originally came in because my EPC light had came on. Told me they didnt find any problem with the EPC, that the light went away on it's own. Told me it would be $1040 for two new fans. Then when i said i wasnt going to do that right now, they called me back and told me that the EPC light had flickered on and the engine light was flickering as well. 788$ for a manifold repair and that it needed a decarb for $488 as well. That it was urgent. Mind you, this vehicle is under 100k miles. They said at first didnt have any issue and now all of a sudden it does. Charged me $160 just to plug in a machine that apparently was faulty and misdiagnosed my car the first time. 48$ to put in a light bulb that their parts manager said they would put in for free if I just ask them. I will never recommend buying a car there ever again if that's how the service center treats a long time customer.
