Mike Boden our service advisor was tops! He got my mother's car in and out and fixed right. He was patient and respectful and went over and above to make sure we were taken care of properly. He made the visit to have her car repaired a pleasure!

I went this location feeling hopeful about getting some effective diagnostic and service repairs completed, but unfortunately was grossly disappointed. I am understanding fees for diagnosing without repair can occur, but the way the information was presented to me was extremely disappointing and manipulative. As a customer, I would have liked it if the fees were broken down to reflect where the diagnostic fee would have been applied to, as I would have been happy to have other repairs done, but felt so uncomfortable that I would still have to pay a diagnostic fee for some of the secondary repairs since the primary concern (2 primary concerns were noted on the original complaint ticket).They need to consider making the fees fair, concrete and specific moving forward. I have always been a big Subaru advocate, and will continue to be for the vehicle itself, but never for the repair centers, specifically this one.

I like to thank Mike Boden my service advisor. He helped me out in servicing my 22 Outback. I was in & out with my service performed with less than an hour. Fair priced service. Don't buy tires here for the road side warranty. It's a scam. If you go out on a road trip and blow a tire you get redirected from the out of state place *that is a Subaru dealership* and worse the place you purchased the tires.To Note I didn't go here to complain before trying to get resolve or a real answer of only "it was declined ". No real why. Been over 6 months still no resolve. I could have saved over $20 a tire and that's with paying for extra roadside warranty on the side from a tire place.Service is great at this location and so are the service advisors, this is external but direct Subaru issue. Leaves the dealership nightmare up sells are still old school concern that lives on.

I have been going to Rhonnie since I bought my Subaru Forester. She has been efficient and straight forward. The last service for the replacement of my battery and rear brakes, and oil change was prefect. Cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Schumacher Subaru. Everyone was helpful, answered my questions, low pressure. A wonderful experience. I Love my new Subaru Outback and I am looking forward to future service appointments with them.
