I get that dealerships are busy, but this place is a joke. Called 3 times to make a reservation to get an oil change on the new vehicle we leased from this location.After not getting a single answer or anyone who could actually schedule an appointment, I decided to make a reservation online. Confirmations and all, I show up only to stand around for 20 minutes waiting for someone who can actually help me.Then when I do finally get inside and get someone to look up my reservation to take the car in for my oil change, they inform me I have no reservation on file and that if I want to get an oil change it would be at least 2.5 hours before they could even start.So I made an appointment with Apex Automotive and got the oil change and tire rotation done with complete ease. So I still have a free oil change at Schumacher, but I will just pay the cost to go elsewhere versus waste an entire day to get them to care enough to actually take care of a customer.Sadly, I was actually really looking at going to get a new Jeep here too, like totally going to buy one and I will go to somewhere else instead to avoid having to deal with this POS dealership!!Services: Tires, Oil change

Had my new gmc in for warranty issue they found the issue and had to order the part 3 weeks after not hearing back I called them I wasn't able to leave my vehicle for awhile so I needed up having another issue with the vehicle and I set up a time and the writer wsaid no problem they could handle both things they ended up fixing the second issue but said they had to reorder the the part for warranty it wasnt in stock which was a lie and I said several times if you can't get to it reschedule me so I can get it fixed but they decided to lie and tell me it had been reordered so now month later still no call for repair the part is still in stock from months ago and my vehicle still not fixed called gm they told me to just take it to another gm dealer which I would recommend all who reads this to do dont waste your time and money with the quality of this place and remember the name to stay far awayService: Electrical repair

I tried to get a second key for a vehicle we had purchased. The dealers promised they would provide the original and never did. A copy was given instead what had issues. I asked for an original one to be ordered and asked that the Schumacher covered the lions share since they owed it to the customer. That was denied so I had to pay the lions share. I did not feel like I was a part of the Schumacher family. I felt like a reject trying to fit in. And what's so sad, we purchased vehicles from Schumacher whenever we are in need of a vehicle. That's a next reason I knew I wasn't a part of the Schumacher's family. I wasn't treated like one.

Went in for simple service, or so I thought. They are terrible as far as greeting and getting things done. Pick up was as annoying. Tried to charge on service that was bought when car was purchased and when questioned no one had a real good answer. So disorganized. Wish I didn t love the car because Lexus service makes these guys look foolish. So sad that you spend so much on a vehicle but their service department is a mess.

Horrible experience overall. Just bought a truck a couple months ago. They make promises and don't keep them. The detailing department is horrible. Management is terrible as well.
