Great service, I call them on Friday afternoon they help me with the insurance claim and schedule my repair for the next day. (Saturday). The repair tech called me 1 hr ahead and was right on time. He did awesome job and fast 45 mins tops he was done and everything was it had never happened 10 starts in my book. Highly recommended it.

Same Day Windshield was excellent from start to finish. When I called to ask about their windshield replacement service I received a thorough review of the timing, cost and calibration they offered. I was told my insurance would pay the full cost of the replacement with no deductible. The technician came out the next day and the calibration expert came the following day. I could not be more pleased with Same Day Windshield.

This installer was the real deal! He was great! I would recommend him to anyone else who gets their windshield broken by golf ball in our complex. He was on time fast but very thorough especially in the cleanup of the broken glass. He clearly nobody was doing and proceeded skillfully.Robert H

I was worried that it wasn t on my insurance (that s mostly the HUGH competitor) but this is the crazy part - same day windshields buys and installs OEM parts. The insurance companies want to use the competitors because they use their own brand NOT the original manufacturer. My insurance paid 100 percent with no issues. The guys came out to fix and recalibrate all the tech - they came on time and were great. I definitely recommend them!

I spent nearly 500 dollars on a new windshield and was promised multiple times that a technician would come out the next day before noon so I could pick up my child from school. When I called to confirm the time, I was told that the appointment was actually scheduled for a week from today. It makes no sense to have a car with a broken windshield sitting there for a whole week when I paid so much money for a quick replacement. Now they are saying they can't send someone out until Monday. My week was already going badly, and now because of their technician's mistake, we are even more inconvenienced.

Awesome called with in 24hr I had my new windshield. Which is super important since my son drives that car and installer noticed it had 2 cracks. This is the 3rd time I've used them and allways happy

It is hard to find professional people who will go to do the extra step to make sure job is done correctly now days. Jeff from same day auto glass did just that. His professionalism was A+++.

The service was great. They arrived on time, even a little early. They replaced the windshield quickly and even fixed some insulation that was sticking out at the bottom of the windshield that had always been there. I highly recommend this service.

They didn t have my replacement windshield readily available for the time they had my appointment scheduled for. I ended up waiting all business day for them. But once they showed up it was super quick, less than 20mins. The guys knew what they were doing & they had great energy.

The so called tech drove up in a old beat up van, stepped out the van like he just arrived from Jamaica. Never put a cover over my dashboard and scratched my dashboard and exterior paint around the windsgield frame.Never use this company!

The person I worked with on the phone was very helpful and so polite, she walked us through the whole process from start to finish and called our insurance company with us to help file the claim. Super fast replacement the day after placing the call. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and the guys doing the work were very nice! The windshield also needed a separate calibration appt and they called about an hour after the install and were there in 20 minutes. Calibrating took all of 5 minutes. Great experience, would recommend!

I called Same Day Windshield by mistake, I thought I was calling Safe life. I am so glad I made that mistake. The representative that took my call was professional and provided excellent customer service. He contacted my insurance company, scheduled my appointment , which was literally the next day. It was super easy. The technicians showed up on time at my home and within 30 minutes I had a new calibrated windshield. I noticed a few extra chips after the windshield installation but I guess that s to be expected. Overall, my experience was great.
