The worse service EVER! I went in one day at 5pm just to have a tire plugged. I only saw 1 vehicle in the bay and was told a patch which doesn't take long couldn't be performed as they were short staffed. Upset that I passed my house I said ok, I made an APPOINTMENT for the very next day. I arrive 10 minutes till my scheduled appointment and was told that it was cancelled because they were advised that they had to paint. I asked for a manager and was told he had just walked being me. After waiting a half hour a store manager came over and told them if I had an appointment then they needed to honor it. So once complete I gotta in my vehicle and all indicator lights were flashing showing uneven psi with the worst being the tire due in for repair. Now at this point I'd already been there 1.5 hours and it was closer to their closing time. So I filled the tires myself and the light went off. However the tire issues correct my car is shaking like crazy which means three tires are wearing incorrectly and my brakes are wearing improperly.

First time visiting the auto center service as a plus member I went in because i had a nail in my tire it was very unpleasant and unprofessional there was this fat Indian or Arab dude at the desk I was in line before this lady was but he called her up before me an he did not seem friendly at all he didn't speak or say how can i help you at all in then the wait time was very long and they had no cheaper tires in stock and once my tire was done they left the cap off my tire?? Smh now normally I don't usually come here because I was skeptical lol because free doesn't always mean good service good ppl lolsmh

One of the members features that I love the most about Sam's is that they will patch a tire if it's able to be patched at no cost to the member regardless of where you purchased that tire. So, even though I had to wait 2 hours for a simple tire repair, it was well worth it as I was nothing out of my pocket.

I didn't go in with too much of an expectation and saw other customers having an experience which would probably nullify a positive review like this... but I had a good experience. I came in when there was nobody else there, I was able to speak to someone pretty quickly about what I wanted, we chatted about other options - he presented me with a great option to save a little bit of money, I had the tires installed (he said 45 - 1 hour but it took 90 minutes), then I went on my way... and so far so good with the tires! Thank You!Pro Tip: Schedule an appointment.

Worst place ever!!!! Every single man there is LAZY & RUDE. I went there today 9/18/22 at approximately 2:30pm for air. I was IGNORED for about TEN minutes. A CUSTOMER was told he would have to get his own air because they re busy , although they only were servicing 2 cars and it only takes a second to put air in a tire. The guy put air in his own tire, I asked if they could help me with mine and they said don t you see that I m busy with so much nastiness and attitude Another lady pulled her car up and told me EVERY SINGLE TIME she comes here, she has to put her own air in her tire. Believe it or not, she was in her 50 s. Sad. This is the most unprofessional Sam s Club I ve ever been to, and it s sad that it s my local Sam s Club. UNFORTUNATELY. So today, I learned to put air in my own tire and stay away from their auto center. I definitely don t recommend anyone to come here. 0/10 stars. Not only do you pay for membership, but you do everything yourself. This place is a JOKE.

My worst experience ever with Sam's Club I am a plus member for several years and have been a member with Sams club for over 20 years. I was standing in line at 5:45 pm and was refused service even though they cut off time is 6 pm. Not only did I drove 25 miles in rush hour to get there, I'm also disable. I spoke to a manager who was insensitive to my needs and after our conversation told me "you are not going to be help tonight." Unbelievable, I am totally disappointed. I must mention, they were three or four more dissatisfied customers. Quite an experience.

Absolutely horrible! Went on a Sunday, first mistake, left standing at the counter while the man behind the counter answered the phone and proceeded to answer a zillion questions to the person on the phone and ignore me, even though I was first. Should have been a sign. There was a 'long wait" with 6-7 people ahead of me so I left my car with a plan of returning when they called me. This is where it gets worse. I left my car there at 1:30 pm. At 4:40 pm I try to call to find out status, due to needing a ride back to get my car. They would not answer the phone in the tire/battery area. I called over and over, the phone rang and rang and eventually got a "member services" person. I got placed on hold 3 times for such long periods I finally hung up all 3 times. It took me 30 full minutes to FINALLY get someone to go back to that area and tell me my car was sitting there ready. When I picked up the car I told them thanks for the phone call and told them it took me 30 minutes to find out car was ready - no apology at all. Just a dumb look. When I got back there a little bit after 5 they weren't busy at all, just ignored the phone I guess. Avoid this place unless you want to get yourself frustrated.

I had an 8 appointment to have my tires rotated. I was out of there by 9. I have one suggestion to make . It would be nice if you had coffee brewing for early-morning customers.

I m a local truck driver just trying to make a living.Your receiving department employees are rude , as a truck driver I know what they do and go through dealing with all of us drivers, doesn t mean you have to be rude or put off for your deliveries for your customers. I m also a Sams club member and I m having thoughts about it now. Have a nice day.

Sams Club tire repair broke one of my studs in the front tire and moved one stud from the rear tire to the front and told me it'll be ok but I should get another one as soon as i can. I bought studs and brought them back at a later date so they can fix what they broke and I was told they dont work on studs, even after I told them how it broke they refuse to fix it. I would not recommend this place.

Some of the employees try hard, others need the boot. Ever since they closed the lantana location, there has been a lot of problems with dealing with so many customers.However, that was no excuse for it to take three and a half hours to get a tire plugged.

Only one person working changing tires took me two and a half hours to get two new tires on the front of my car not very happy better service at the one in Lantana when it was open

I get all my car and truck batteries here. They never let me down and are guaranteed for 3 yrs. The Goodyear tires are the best.
