B M - RNR TIRE EXPRESS -Can t say enough about this RNR West Palm Beach Team. I ve been waiting for two years to accomplish this upgrade for my F150. Because of the exceptional service I had last year, I decided it had to be THIS CREW and not did this make it happen. It would be three pages if I tried to explain how they really worked with me to get this accomplished -no simple task right during the holidays. Amazing over the top customer service before and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) after the sale.Posting this two weeks after install - Really happy with the look and performace of these rims and tires. Already lots of compliments too.One Final impression INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY.Big thanks to: Raul, Kenny, Devin, Rosa and the installers.

I ran over a construction bolt and I was fortunate enough to be able to drive to RNR Tire Express. I was very panicky as I did not know the area. I could see there was still air in the tire so I drove slowly to the West Palm Beach location on Military Trail. I was warmly greeted by the manager, Devin Beene, and I felt calm and secure, knowing that he would not charge me for a new tire unless I really needed it. He was friendly and offered me coffee, water, and a bathroom. He allowed me to watch the bolt be removed and he gave it to me as a trophy. I can t thank him enough. There was no wait. I rank them five stars and I will return when I need to purchase a new tire or a whole set. The manager informed me If I purchase my next set of tires from RNR Tire Express, future flats are repaired for free. I thought the price was excellent as well. R&R express is definitely a 10 star operation!

Amazing experience with Devin, JR and Martin at RNR Tire Express. I was very impressed with the quality of my experience from start to finish. Facility was freshly mopped, clean and coffee, tea and water are available in the waiting room. Prices are reasonable also affordable payment options are available.This next part is for us women: Ladies it s hard to find a trustworthy establishment when you need to get your car serviced. I personally am always fearful I will get taken advantage of. (As it s happened in the past). I was so happy I drove to RNR. I m a Forever customer now!

I had a really positive experience with the customer service team. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of the questions I had and even providing me with additional information that I hadn't thought to ask for. Overall, I was really impressed with their level of service and feel confident using their service. This will be my go-to place for anything related to tires and wheels.

Mr. JR and Martin were extremely helpful. Their customer service is extremely impressive. I mean, I ve never encountered such great customer service at any Tire Kingdom, Pep Boys, etc.I recommend anyone to direct your automotive needs to RNR!!

I went to the store in West Palm Beach and the service that I got was to me unprofessional. They took my information and never contacted me back I had to call them ,then another guy name jr said that the other guy had an emergency, so he took over and got my information and did the exact same thing got my information and never contacted me. To me that is very unprofessional. All I wanted was to get some rims and tires for my truck.if they did want to deal with me then they should have told me instead of wasting my time. I'm. very disappointed.

I had to share the awesome experience as a first time customer here at RNR Tire ExpressThe facility and accommodation, music, television, complimentary coffee & water for the customer area are at a level with any dealership. WELL DONEThe customer service WOW, Raul, Adam and the management were all very patient and gave great advice, clearly not about charging the most, but rather finding the best pricing that fit my needs.Raul in particular was tops. I watched him handle every customer with appropriate attention, even checking in with those waiting, although clearly very busy answering the phone and competing paperwork. OVER THE TOP customer first mentality.Will be coming back for future needs.

This is one of the WORST company that sells tiers. They will tries to nickle and dime people in order to pay their rent. Rose who can never understand how to figure out the payment system is always rude and disrespectful when you figure out that they are over charging you Randy who is the manager is also clueless and try to preach about the early purchase options without trying to understand what the real issue is. The bottom line PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE they are liars and a bunch of con artist . It was signing a deal with the devil

Always prompt and professional. These guys do a better alignment than the Dealer. Psssst.. The Tech Loves Wranglers!!! Jeep JL Owners.... Go here for your Alignments... They get you out really quick and there is no follow up fix like at the Dealer. They are the Best!

The customer service is impeccable here. I walked in and everyone was super friendly. The service was quick and I wasn t hounded to spend extra and do extra stuff. I worked with Raul and Dave and both were super friendly and nice. Will be coming back again.

Great experienced at RnR. I had a screw in my rear tire. Devon volunteered to get my tire across town in a Friday afternoon traffic. JR was hospitable during my wait !! Amazing customer service .

Devin, Martin, and JR were great. Sometimes auto shops make you feel like you re getting taken advantage of, but RNR was the exact opposite. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be back.

Just left after a tire alignment and balancing at their West Palm Beach location. Was highly impressed. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted in a very professional and personable manner. The gentleman at the front desk immediately addresses any concerns you may have in regards to the vehicle, and then proceeds to offer you water and coffee in what I must say is absolutely one of the cleanest waiting areas I've ever waited at, considering many auto service shops tend to be greasy and grimy. Not this place. The furniture and floor were spotless! Service was quick and you were made to feel that your business was highly appreciated. Don't know if the guy was the owner, but he definitely treated the customers that were there as if he were (picture the chef or restaurant owner in a restaurant coming to make sure all was good - that kind of effort). I know this seems like I'm rambling on and on about the service, but in today's age where many people have lost that personable treatment (or are just there for their paycheck and couldn't care less if you took your business elsewhere) - this treatment stands out - and if he's not the owner, I hope the owner is aware of what an asset this employee is. Wish all businesses valued their customers like this place made me feel today. My car felt great afterwards - what a difference both on the road and on the highway! Thank you for a job well done! You've earned a repeat customer.

I went to RNR to get a price for 3 tires sensor and I left with 4 sensor, 4 tires and an alignment. Kenneth was very honest and knowledgeable. RNR guys are all about safety. The staff there make you feel like family. I am very happy I went and I will be referring many people.

I recently found a large sharp object stuck in the tire of my Tesla Model Y, so I searched Google Maps to find a local tire retailer to see if it could be repaired. RNR Tire Express had really good reviews (4.8) on Google so I went straight to them. Unfortunately the tire was not repairable and a new one had to be purchased.I found the entire team at RNR Tire Express extremely helpful, friendly, honest and quick, and whilst I didn't make an appointment, they were still able to fit me in and I was on my way in 30 minutes.

Everyone there was great! TJay balanced and installed my wheels in less then an hour. The store manager was great and so was Richard. I will always go to them when I need wheels. Everyone was very nice and the service was great! Thank you to all of you that helped me out! I went again a few months later, I had a small leak it was fixed in 15minutes. I can't express enough how nice the crew is working there. They really want to make their customers happy and want what's best for them and go above and beyond to help them out to make their customers happy. Highly highly recommend going here for any tire,rim purchase or just service in general. Thank you guys again!

Raul was excellent: fast, to the point but with care, answered all my questions, did not keep me waiting more that needed, and took my vehicle even with a slight delay on my arrival. Even though I live in Delray, I m very happy I selected RNR Tire to help with my alignment.

My experience at this store was amazing, the customer and the service were great kenny was straight forward with me and answered any questions. also mike made it happen keeping me safe on the road by changing my tires n rims and let me know anything else i may have a problem with.

RnR Tire Express, was a very delightful experience! I went in for wheel alignment and was out within 35 minutes. Quick and easy. They are really flexible with appointments and will try to accommodate based on the customers needs, but you can thank Raul for his shining energy! Raul was fantastic; he is very outgoing, generous, and is always going out his way to make sure the clients are satisfied. Great customer service skills! I definitely will return in the near future!
