This place sucks the man Wendell denis is a rip off and police will definitely be involved they stole my battery out my car replaced it with an old one like I wouldn t be able to tell. they had my car for over 2 months car was giving back broken still and my money of course took and the customers service is terrible as a hard working woman I plan to make sure no one waste their time effort of money here. Police is definitely getting involved and I shall be reimbursed for it all and my battery

Pman automotive is THE place for car maintenance and repairs. The mechanic was excellent and the prices were reasonable. Moreover, the atmosphere created by all employees was so welcoming and hospitable. I was given food and treated like royalty. The guys are so chill and I had a great time talking with them while the mechanic worked on my car. It is so rare to come accross a company where its employees go the extra miles to ensure that their customers are happy.

I have been taking my car to Pman Car Care Center for the last 5 + years because every time I get it back it runs like new. The owner is very knowledgeable and when he recommends something, it's because it really needs attention. His prices are also very reasonable. I used to have to take my car to a few different places just to make sure I wasn't being taken for a ride and they would tell me the same problems, only their prices would be higher. If you want you car fixed right the first time, I strongly recommend that you visit Pman Car Care Center.

Went there about 1 hour before closing because I had a bad oil leak. With no hesitation, the mechanic said pull around and we will look at it. He degreased the area and got on the ground with his light under my car. I really appreciate that. They never asked me for a cent even though he had to spend the whole hour cleaning and spraying.Did I mention they were open later than all the other shops in the area?

My wife and I got stuck on 95 South heading towards the Okeechobee exit and this man came out in the rain and made sure we were OK. Fixed the car at a fair and reasonable rate and got us back on the road in no time. Water pump and serpentine belt fixed at 8 o'clock in the evening... great customer service and work!

Went there cause my brakes gave out while driving he assess the car, and said it was the brakes he said $143 to repair. He fixed the car and when Time to pay I asked what exactly was he charging for?. He sad 85$ labor 63$ part... I paid than left and called auto zone to discover the price of the part less than 20$ bucks in it took him 5mins to do the job after having my car over 24hours.. guy is a rip off if you trust him. But I'm heading back to get the difference of my money

I actually went there because I heard I can get me car detailed there. My car was in desperate need. The guy by the name of Stan was very nice and polite and did a great job with my car inside and out. The prices were great too. Will be coming back to him.

This place is a joke. I took my car here and everyone was drinking Heinekens, my check engine light remained on after he returned my car. Pman stating, he didn't know why the light was on. Where is the competency in this repair shop? Seems more like a hangout for foreigners.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

To Flawro Hickman. Thanks for your review of my business. Your figures are inaccurate however ($63 + $85 = $148). First of all, if the total did come to $143, that includes the parts, labor and sales tax. Secondly, when I do brakes, I always explain to the customer before the repairs are performed, at which point the customer would agree or disagree to the service. I also give customers an option to choose between organic, semi-metallic or ceramic brake pads. I rarely recommend organic pads unless the customer brings their own and typically, I use OEM quality pads which are costly but more reliable. Labor wise, there are standard labor times that every repair facility goes by. As far as how long it takes to install them, it depends on how fast a technician is. Some take hours to perform a 30 minute job, but you only get charged for the 30 minutes. It takes more than 5 mins to setup to perform a brake service.

The worst palce to get your car serviced . He ll overcharge you pieces. Then leave your car open , let it rust , then tell YOU that YOURE responsible . DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICE HERE . All they do is drink and steal stuff out of your car. I would rate it 0 if i could !!!

SCAM ARTIST !!! ALL THEY DO IS DRINK AND NEVER WORK ON YOUR CAR . YOU HAVE TO BE HAITIAN OR JAMAICAN FOR THEM TO REALLY HELP YOU . THEY CONNED MY MOM OUT OF THOUSANDS . DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO OVER PAY AND THEN HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT !!!
